Service was great when I shopped there because of Ayden and Sara. They were helpful with my questions and helping me in the room. But 2 weeks later when I came back to do a return for one of the two items that I bought, the wait at the cashier was annoying. There wasn’t a big line up when I got there. There were 2 people in front of me but they were together. They must’ve bought at least 5 items which I understood would take a bit more time. As soon as the cashier (big blonde lady with long curly hair, she also had glasses and nose piercings) noticed me with my bag she looked at me with an annoyed face. She chatted with the other customers before touching the clothes. She was slow with taking the hangers off, detagging and folding the clothes. I’ve worked in retail before and it doesn’t take more than 5 minutes to finish one transaction with 5 items, hun.It’s great to chit chat with customers for a bit to make connections and create relationships but ommgggg please be considerate of other people’s time! Edit: Thank you Iris for coming to the rescue and for the polite gesture. I know returns can be annoying but you definitely didn’t make me feel like I was a bother.
I was in the store yesterday returning an online order. Due to their new system they no longer provide receipts for returns so you have to trust that the sales person correctly processes the refund. I noticed today when checking my VISA statement online that I was only refunded for one of the two items I returned and I only received one email confirmation of the refund for one of the items so obviously the second item I returned didn't go through. This is very concerning to me. I won't be shopping at Dynamite again. Edit from previous post: I had to call customer service (the store would not help me out) they ended up refunding me for the wrong order number, an order that hadn't even shipped yet. Entirely different order number! Hire some new staff here! Last time I will be shopping with Dynamite! What a headache for your own mess-up and horrible return system!
I came in with a dress from an online order I wanted to return. The cashier took one look at my email receipt and said that it was final sale. I explained that the dress that was sent to me not only had a stain on the front but also smelled very funky. She kept on saying there's nothing she can do except steam it for me. I tried telling her that no, I really don't want to keep it based on the horrid condition it is in. All in all, her attitude was extremely defensive and I feel like dirt. Thanks Market Mall Dynamite you've made sure that I will never, ever come back.
Terrible service. I work for retail myself and I have to say this was beyond the worst service i've experienced. Walked in everyone didn't seem to care about me, everyone and i believe it was the manager was walking around talking to each other and on their phone. They didn't care to see how I was doing or help me find a size I needed to exchange for. Was not greeted when walking in the doors. Unacceptable. Never will I ever shop at this location. Rude and unacceptable customer service. WOW!
There was no staff helping the back fitting room and there was an open stall that I went in to, after 5 minutes with no one in sight. One of the ladies that worked there rudely yelled out that I was in a quarentine stall (no sign?) and I needed to get out. It was embarrassing needless to say that it was a loud shout and everyone in the dressing area were watching. Not a good experience and I left without buying anything.
Service could be better. All I was asking for was if they have my size in store but I think it was too much to ask for. Didn’t ask if I wanted a bag or not. Just gave me my tops like that. The cross iron store in much better. The customers before me were offered a bag for ten cent.
Tiara was amazing! I was at market mall last week and she was the only one that speak Spanish and she helped us so much, her attention was amazing and she gave me a lot of recommendations. She needs to be promoted because she was awesome.
I spoke to the manger on the phone at this location and oh boy... she was very unpleasant! I simply called to ask her a question about a price adjustment and exchange. I was very polite to her but she need to get her attitude in check!
Beautiful clothes and the sales associates are very kind, but the manager here definitely needs to refine her management skills. She was very unwilling to help out in a situation.
