Went here on the last day of a long weekend break to Fuengirola to visit the city before heading home. We had a lot of time to kill between check out and our late night flight home so we wandered around the city and happened across Ebike Malaga. There was an hour and a half segway tour on offer for only €25 per segway! My parents had used segways before but I hadn't. I personally was not a fan and felt quite uneasy on it. The staff were excellent and helped me out several times with getting the hang of it but ultimately offered me an electric bike instead as I wasn't comfortable and they wanted me to have an enjoyable experience, which was very considerate. We had a tour into the city and old fighting arena and were told lots about the city's cultural and religious backgrounds which was very fascinating. We ascended the city's mountain and got spectacular views of the beaches, city, docks and architecture. Our tour guide, Maruschka, was a delight. Very sweet and charming with great knowledge of the city and its history. She makes an excellent guide and I wish her the best of luck in her continued studies following her apprenticeship with yourselves. A MUST DO WITH THE MOST GRACIOUS COMPANY! this was not only the smartest way to get an all encompassing view of malaga, as there are some steep hills on the outskirts of the city that would be difficult to reach by any other mode of transportation, it was also a run by some very kind individuals. We had to push off our original booking time to later in the day, and still arrived after the group departed, the owner Angy, contacted us to make sure all is well, and then sent us with another staff member to catch up with the group - all with a smile. This was a great way to also see which places in malaga we want to revisit and spend more time in. We biked through the narrow streets of various quarters, through hilly paths on the near the city walls (breathtaking views) and then on the bike lane by the seashore. The tour guide was very knowledgeable, fun and friendly. Took all the pictures we wanted, was playful with the younger children in th group and engaged in good conversations with the adults. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I ordered 3 trekking bikes in advance, but when I came to pick them up we were given excuses that they had had problems with previous clients and now there weren't enough. The owner offered us 2 city bikes instead and one trekking bike. My trekking bike was in very poor condition when I tried it - none of the 18 gears would change! I returned to the shop to change it and was given a mountain bike. It was working - but not in great condition, especially the rear brake. Around 1 kilometre from the shop I got a puncture. Perhaps the shop was jinxed.... Our planned run was spoiled. My daughter's city bike had only two of the three gears working properly. I wasn't impressed and would recommend trying another outlet as there are several to choose from. Prices seemed reasonable enough at 12 euros for a trekking bike but we had 1 mountain bike and two city bikes. Plus a puncture kit, luckily. The puncture obviously wasn't the owner's fault but I think the bike quality was poor and his service could improve.

Hemos cogido dos bicis eléctricas para visitar Málaga de una forma diferente, la reserva la hice online y me ha encantado la experiencia, realmente merece la pena por las pistas ciclables que tiene la ciudad puedes ir hasta Rincón de la Victoria o hacia Benalmádena por el paseo marítimo con unas vistas espectaculares y sin cansarte. Se nota muchísimo la ayuda de la bici aún no siendo habitual coger una desde hace mucho. Recomendable 100% además prestan candado, cascos, alforjas, etc... Bicis bastante nuevas y en perfecto estado. Oferta al coger durante más días según temporadas. La bici tiene muchísima autonomía y en cualquier caso llevas la batería para poder cargar si hace falta. El chico que nos ha atendido Javi, un encanto.. nos ha mostrado rutas y enseñado posibilidades al recoger la bici indicándonos todo para sacar partido a las bicicletas. Seguro que volveremos a coger bicis aquí.

Rented several e-bikes on many occasions from these guys and have always been very happy. They are not the most expensive bikes, but they did the job and the price was very good. If you want to really get to know the city and do some sightseeing, this is by far the best way: rent an e-bike for 1/2 day , or a full day, but you must recharge the battery after 4 hours... Don't rent pushbikes in the hot sun or you'll be exhausted in no time and wont get to see anything. Unless you just like to cruise the beach promenades. You get to see everything easily, in your own pace. From the Rosaleda football station and the botanical gardens just outside the city center, to the Mirador Gibralfaro, all the paseos, i.e. all the beach promenades which stretch for more than 7+ km, the Cruise ship terminal. Really a must. Excellent service, friendly, multilingual staff.

We went on the two hour e-bike trip and this was lovely and well worthwhile. We also rented the electric bikes for the rest of the day after the tour (I highly recommend this option) and headed off on our own on a trip to Rincon de la Victoria. After the success of this trip we ended up renting the e-bikes for 3 of the 4 days we were in Malaga! They are a brilliant way to get around and we include a few trips to Torremolinos. The bikes are a fantastic way to see the coast in the sun! The team in e-bike Malaga were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We were greeted every day with warm smiles from every single person on the team. This is a great organisation. Shout out to Xavi who was not only our guide and agent but also provided great advice on what to do around Malaga. Great Job and Thank You.

We landed in malaga for a days visit, not really sure what to do with ourselves. We accidentally stumbled across the guys in ebike malaga as we explored the central area of malaga, and what a great service to stumble across. Gabi our tour guide for a 60+ minute tour of the city and its mountainous surrounds was very informative, friendly and more than helpful getting us set up and accustomed to the Segways we toured the city on. Whilst other companies offered video camera hire, even asking more for the use of an SD card with it!!, gabi very kindly took pictures throughout our experience using both his and our own cameras. All photos of the experience were sent on to ourselves the next day. Couldn't recommend the guys, especially gabi, enough a truly brilliant all around experience.

Add to this review another year later.... at this point we have our Littium Kaos bikes over 3 years. Can’t recommend them back up from all staff at ebike Malaga. Had a small problem today and Javier phoned me twice to ensure everything was sorted. And of course it was. Excellent bikes. Excellent shop. Excellent staff and customer support. We bought eBikes from Pablo two years ago. We have been delighted with the back up and support the team at the shop have given us. We have used them also for rentals for each guest that comes to stay. Angie has been extremely helpful with rentals and has looked after our every need. Thanks Pablo, Angie and team!

They have given me a normal damaged bike. When I used the brakes with my hands I could feel the current. They have not probably secured the cables for the lights. The faster I rode the more painfull. I told them nicely. The business woman doesn't give refund nor discount. Other thing: I planed to rent more then one day. You have to contact the woman every day "in case I disapear". Very annoying and complicated. I paid 10 Euros standard bike for 4 hours instead of 5 €. No refund! She probably doesn't pay enough tax. I didn't get any receivt for paying. I signed a contract in Shanish, no other language available. No copy.

Recommend really much. Rented a e-bike for a day and drive over grass and 10 minutes after that I had both tires flat and about ten spikes in both tires. That was not grass, that was some sort of spike bush. I went to repair shop and bought both new tires, because I tought that I was responsible for damaging those tires. At E-bike they were so gratefull that they gave me second day for free as they got new tires. Really good compensation for accident I had and really good service. Got some good tips for good restaurants and really good ideas for next days activities. Service 10/10. Muchas Gracias.

Ich kann diesen Anbieter leider nicht empfehlen. Die uns angebotenen Räder waren preislich (12,- pro Tag) ok., aber die „angeblich“ neu angeschafften Räder taugen nur für gut ausgebauten Asphalt. Die klassische Tour, den Strand entlang, waren mit diesen Rädern eine Zumutung, da sie über keinerlei Dämpfung verfügen! Man hätte uns Mountainbikes anbieten müssen! Zudem ist man uns nicht entgegengenommen (Rabatt oder Gutschein), als wir den letzten Kilometer ein Rad „tragen“ mussten, weil eine kaputte Trommelbremse das hintere Rad blockiert hat! Das hat nichts mit Service zu tun!

We had a great time with Lulu on our 2 hour tour of Malaga. Best was cycling up the big hills with the ebikes, an effortless journey! Views from the top of the hill were outstanding. It was not fun biking through all the people along the ride along the beach. Once we hit the bike lanes it was much better. Too bad Malaga doesn't have those everywhere. It was a nice warm spring day and we were there in the middle of the day on a weekend. Earlier on a weekday would likely be better.

Cogimos 2 bicis con 2 sillas de niño para pasar el día en familia de una forma diferente. Ha sido muy divertido, hemos pasado por sitios que no habríamos pasado con el coche. La atención del chico de Ebike ha sido encomiable, muy atento y simpático. Las bicis y las sillas en perfecto estado, ninguna queja. Nos proporcionaron cascos para los niños sin coste adicional. Recomiendo esta empresa para alquilar tus bicis y circular por Málaga.

We had a wonderful 2 hour e-bike tour of Malaga in May 23. Our guides were focused on safety with great English. They were not clock watching so we were not rushed or hurried. We went through the old town, up to the viewing spot in Gibalfaro and then along the seafront. Everyone really enjoyed it. Just the right balance of information about Malaga and of cycling. The bikes were excellent too. Highly recommend this tour!

La semana pasada fui a arreglar mi bmx y el mecanico me dijo que aparte de ponerle la cadena ajusto algunos tornillos , bueno , me encuentro que a los pocos dias la bici suena en el eje y resulta que estaba todo desajustado , hasta la cadena estaba desajustada , pague 25 euros para dejarme la bici hecha un destrozo , no recomiendo para nada arreglar alli las bicicletas o por lo menos , las bicicletas bmx.

James was a great guide and we are so pleased we did this trip. We had already walked around some of the sites but we learnt so much more on this tour. Great way to get up to the viewing point of Mt Gibralfaro- so easy and we're old and definitely don't ride bikes often enough! If we find time we will return to hire bikes on our own to explore more of the coast. Thanks for a really enjoyable morning.

Servicio perfecto, buena calidad y precios competitivos. Toda la gente con la que traté fue súper amable y servicial. Alquilé una bici durante bastantes días y me dejaron alargar el período sin problemas, además de buscar una bici que se adecuara al tipo de viaje que quería hacer. Son muy flexibles y la bici iba de maravilla! Repetiré cuando vuelva, sin duda. Súper contenta. Muy recomendable.

전기자전거 기준 하프타임(4시간)에 15유로. 다른 업체와 다르게 예치금과 여권 맡기는 과정이 없어서 부담 없는 점이 장점. 4시간 대여지만 30분 정도 시간 여유는 두는 것 같았음(오후 2시반 반납인데 3시까지 해도 된다고 해줌) 가게 안에 물도 판매하고 있는데 1개에 1유로라서 오히려 길거리보다 싼 편이며, 말라가 날씨가 워낙 덥다보니 물은 꼭 미리사서 출발하는 게 좋을거 같음. 그리고 가게 분들 영어 소통 가능함! 전기자전거의 경우 다소 낡은 느낌이 나긴 했지만 타는데 전혀 지장은 없고 내꺼 자전거에서 간헐적으로 소음이 좀 나긴 했는데 이건 내가 잘 못타서 그런거 같기도 함^^; 결론적으로 말라가에서 자전거 투어 하실 분들에게 추천! 자전거 빌려서 해안가가 바로 금방이라서 더 좋음

We had a wonderful 2 hour e-bike tour of Malaga in Aug 23. Our guide allowed us to ask lots of questions at each stop & we were not rushed. We went through the old town, up to the viewing spot in Gibalfaro ( the e-bikes made this so easy) and then along the seafront. Everyone really enjoyed it (despite the heat). The bikes were excellent too. Highly recommend this tour!

Gave us the wrong size bikes for our height (why ask for our height then?) and caused my partner incredible pain. She was not even able to reach the brake on the handlebar. The staff improperly attached the saddle bag and it flew off while biking causing my glasses in the bag to break. Staff would not offer a refund

Avons profité des vélos électriques en juillet et octobre 2016 c'était SUPER !!! Belles balades sans difficulté et sportives tout de même, l'idéal quoi !!! Et le personnel super sympa, disponible, souriant, très à l'écoute ! Surtout Angy.....Merci à toute l'équipe nous revenons en mai prochain !!

EXCELLENT!! We would definitely recommend the Segway tour. Angy was really friendly and showed us some of the City’s amazing locations with fantastic views from the top. Great value too! We’d never ridden a Segway before but my 8yr old son and 72yr old Dad managed no problem!

Muy buena opción alternativa tanto para pasear por la ciudad como para hacer otras rutas, en nuestro caso de Málaga a Torremolinos. Especial mención a los chicos por su amabilidad y su flexibilidad. Desde luego, un plan muy a tener en cuenta la próxima vez que volvamos.

Amazing experience!!! Nicely maintained bicycles and worth the money. The maps provided was super helpful and the process of renting was super quick and efficient. Malaga is a great city to explore on bike and to bike by the side of the beach feels great on a sunny day.

**if you are a woman, do not ride bikes from here**. I’m in still in pain after my ride. They also did not have bikes other than men’s for us to ride, so I couldn’t even reach the brakes. I just gave up and asked for a refund and was refused. 0 stars if possible.

You can only wish for service like this. Place it self don’t look appealing on first. But guys and girls who work inside are another level. Great service, bikes in immaculate shape, cheap…not much more you can ask for. Rent a bike here you won’t regret it

Great E-Bike rental place close the port and central area of Malaga. Very friendly and helpful staff with good quality bicycles. An ideal way to see the city and visit different neighbourhoods. The bike rental is reasonably priced and highly recommended.

We required some bikes to cycle the coast. We got a superb offer from the E-bike Malaga for their electric bikes and we cycled 12km along the east coast for a couple of hours and made it back to enjoy the sunset over Malaga. Highly recommended!!

We had a family tour with their tour guide Chris, on the Segways, the girls loved the tour, very friendly staff, good reliable equipment and good informative instruction on its use. We’d definitely recommend this company, it’s money well spent.

Un sitio espectacular! Trato magnífico y buen precio, las bicis están en perfecto estado (por lo menos las q yo probé). La eléctrica de montaña ha sido mi favorita, le meti mucha caña y respondió muy bien además la batería aguanta muchísimo.

I rented an eBike to explore areas east of central Málaga. The staff here are very friendly and communication in English was very easy. The eBikes are powerful and a lot of fun. I would use their service again.
