As soon as I arrived Marvy and Maxim were very kind and helpful with finding the perfect shoe for me (which I did, it’s great). When they’re around I would definitely recommend visiting Ecco Yorkdale and buying a shoe or 2. Their kindness might make your day :) Or regardless Ecco has great shoes, both formal and comfortable!

Very helpful, professional and well trained staff who know the products that they sell. Bought a great pair of dress shoes. They are super comfortable and stylish. They also suggested shoe cleaners and polishes which will keep the shoes looking new. Great customer service. I will be back. Highly recommended.

My last Ecco shoes was purchased 10 years ago and I'm still wearing it. I just take care of it with shoe conditioner once in a while and still looks new. I remember the price then was $150. The same shoes now costs $400. But it's worth it if you really want a shoe that will last.

I went here once, when I had a patch/discolouration that was left on my shoes after rain. Sara, the manager at this store was very helpful and nice, and took time to apply a colour reviver to fix the discolouration. I had a good experience.
