!!!!BEWARE PETROL PUMP ACCURACY AT THE ABOVE SERVICE STATION IS VERY SUSPECT!!!! I have a 3 month old brand new car which has a 50 litre tank, whilst driving to work this morning I received the usual notice when fuel is low to refuel. It mentioned range to refuel of 75 KM. I have refuelled several times and this message is quite accurate. I proceeded to do another 15 km to work and refuelled at the above service station with the range stating that I had another 50km until I ran out. After filling the car with fuel I was astounded to see that the pump stated that I had just filled up with 50 litres of petrol. I find it very hard to believe that I had no petrol left in the tank when the cars instrumentation was telling me otherwise. I complained to the attendant which said I had to fill in a complaint form, which I did. My issue is that this is the second time I have complained about this service station and it’s inaccurate pump. Last time I complained and filled in a form but I did not get any response. I thought that it might be my mistake for that time but as you can see from above it has happened again. BEWARE Check you petrol when you fill up. Personally I will never go back to that service station again.

Worst store. I went to fill gas to my van. After filling that I walked to the door and it is not opening. The person in the counter says that come to the window. But , I want to take a coffee from the store. Iam very disappointed that the person told that the coffee machine is not working and the doors are not open at the night times. I told him that, Iam hungry and I want to take some food as well , for that he said that If I want anything I have to buy from outside of the store only, there is no permit to go inside. How silly he can say like that how can I purchase from outside it is not a McDonald's and KFC. If they don't want to open the door why should them open the store at nights... If they don't know how to run a store who will gave the permission to run these...very worst service.

Its a servo - it's OK but it does have discunted milk & bread cos its a Safeway / woolies chain servo. But it turns out with a huge difference. For over two hours the staff helped me today so patiently & I was a pain in the backside after losing my keys there, the manager permitted the girls to allow me to view footage & then copy the CCTV footage onto disk to find who picked thtm up, but i found out they were handed in elsewhere after I headed home, so all sorted now, but after all their efforts to assist me, a box of chocolates is heading their way tomorrow - a big box cos I was a real .... Sorry! But what great customer service from staff & management. Not a lot of places value customer satisfaction or have the integrity to care & offer any help possible. Well done & thank u all.

Stay away especially for Tatts lotto. Staff are super slow and have no idea what they are doing. Tried to claim a small division 6 prize and use the $$$ to buy more. The attendant lost the funds and then tried to tell us that it was our fault for not swiping our card! Then took more than 5 minutes to not fix his mistake while people queued behind trying to pay for petrol. Do yourself a favor, shop elsewhere. This is not an isolated incident either.

Very bad experience, I asked for GPS Blue he gave me GPS Gold and then I asked to exchange he took 20 minutes to see my I'd and all that because he felt his insult to ask for another one. I was getting late from work. If he needed to see my I'D he should have asked me giving the first pack of cigarettes not then when I asked to exchange it. I'll never visit again. Friday 11 September 6:10am.

Helpful staff, very polite and ensured the previous customer got the change they had not collected before they'd walked out. Very patient with me as I had misplaced my payment card. Very lovely experience, especially in these uncertain times where I'm finding people are becoming more and more rude. Thankyou EG staff for making my experience a delightful one.

They are clowns ... called them before driving there due to having a near to flat tyre and asked if their night staff If they had air pump which they had no dam clue what I was asking for. As I was explaining to them they hug up and did not answer a call back. Clowns is understatement of how this petrol station is being managed.

One of the few petrol stations near the city. Petrol prices seem to be competitive most of the time. Has a good range of drinks at okay prices, and a few household staples at inflated prices. Recently started selling Tatts tickets too. Has ice, and bottled gas to swap. Staff are friendly and efficient.

  • Carl Reynard-Woods

This one can be a bit tricky to access off Dryburgh Street and the ramp is a bit on the small side. You also need to keep your wits about yourself as this is the slightly dicey part of North Melbourne. That being said, the bowsers are reliable and the Gas Swap 'n Go service is air tight. Recommended.

OK PETROL STATION - WOOLWORTHS DISCOUNT AVAILABLE HERE It's a bit chaotic with poorly designed filling bays that are confusing as to which way you should enter and fill. Has an onsite tyre inflating unit which works well. Also a small selection of snack foods, ice and household items for sale.

  • Peter Phillips

Its a servo so as one can expect. Multiple entry points, decent number of pumps. Be careful manoeuvring, cars appear out of no where and take car when exiting. Conveniently located for traffic entering and leaving CBD towards freeway points.

  • Stan Lai

A bit dishonest. They advertise about 20-30 cents cheaper than competitors to reel you in. But when you drive in, you discover most pumps are PREMIUM PETROL only, meaning they only offer 95 unleaded and above which is pricier than 91 fuel.

  • Todd Linton

Doesn’t accept Caltex or woolworths cards apparently. Absolute rogue business that shouldn’t have Caltex or Woolworths as their branding as they aren’t EITHER of these organisations. Get in the absolute bin

  • Syed Naeemul Ahsan

Closest petrol station to Docklands which allows users to use the Woolworths Rewards petrol discount. The petrol station is also pretty quiet beyond business hours so it's quick to get in, fill up and pay.

  • Yogesh Sapra

Good place petrol etc available but not for 98 lovers, and deli food some Times they put them on 50 percent when I think near to expire. But coffee minimum 2.50 as I m addicted to 1 dollars one though.

  • Alice Li

Rude Indian reception, making weird comments on customers, ignorant and unfriendly, it was on my way home and good location, but I would rather go somewhere else, terrible Indians!! Stay way!!

  • Sam R

This is one of the close petrol stations to Melbourne CBD. Access is easy towards Footscray. Clean place and it’s 24x7 and staff was very friendly and helpful. Petrol prices also reasonable.

  • Mark Michell

It's clean. They are polite. There are tyre air pumps (not all service stations do, it seems). And their petrol is usually mid-priced - neither the cheapest, nor the most expensive.

  • felicity prunean

Ok. But the ice box wasn't defrosted so had a lot of issues getting the bag of ice out. Not good to have to get half way into the freezer to get 1 bag of ice out.. …

  • Paul Mala

Ok place. Pumps are quite strange with only a select few petrols ( 95 and diesel). As a station that says premium fuel would of expected more of the unleaded 98.

  • Ben Hewitt

Very positive experience here. Don't know the blokes name but if management sees this, i was here at 7.23 and the guy behind the counter was super friendly!

  • Tony P

Bit of a pain to get in and out of the place, and watering cans rarely ever have water in them and aren't at all pumps. But when you need fuel, it's there.

  • Mark Bonett

Petrol stations owned by supermarket chains are always well stocked with foodstuffs. This one was particularly busy, but the staff were happy people.

  • Pete Evans

Never have any hot food here, tried so many times to grab a pie or something and their hot shelves are empty 9 times out of 10

  • Avinash Venkataraman

Close to the CBD / Queen Victoria market area . Was very helpful in refuelling the rental car . Quick clean entry and exit .

  • Heba Nayaab

Convenient location and friendly checkout staff. Usually remind to scan Woolworths rewards card (which is a bonus).

  • Catherine Trafford

  • Dan Fara

  • John A

  • Rivaldo Deniz

This was my local servo for 5 years. Saved my butt many a time and friendly staff behind the counter.

  • Adam Aldous

Does not have 98 at all. Even though there’s signs all over the place saying ‘premium fuels’.

  • Taylor Hyslop BoganRobot

I enjoyed myself here. The music wasn't too loud, and there was plenty of space to dance.

  • Sachiin Kharatmal

Good customer service. Just needed 98octane at this location would make it perfect servo.

  • Zachary Smith-Cameron

As long as you want below average service and food you'll be fine with what they offer.

  • Justin

Not a good experience at all and wouldn’t recommend people come to this petrol station

  • lily t

Petrol is great, no problems. Food is a bit overpriced compared to regular Woolworths.

  • J

Just simply a petrol station with over priced goods, standard and nothing more to it.

  • Rob Bell

Very tight servo to get in and out of, but closest one to city on the north side.
