Nice, easy good bank, staff are helpful eager to work although they are young and not very experienced but they are very well educated, I think within few years this bank will be one of the greatest banks in Egypt
Tellers chewing gum, loud chit chats, no basic customer service skills. And to top that, their land line doesn't work. So good luck checking on anything over the phone.
