There is no lifeguard observing the pool, so if you swim and you have an emergency (seizure, heart attack, etc.) nobody will be there to help. My friend had to ask for someone to be there while she swam and that person did not pay attention and was on her phone the whole time. The sauna doesn't have an emergency button or an hourglass. The cleaning ladies sit in the sauna while it's turned off and chat - with their dirty street shoes on. They do not have a chill out area for after the sauna- you have to sit in the super loud locker room to relax after the sauna (loud from the noise from some utility room next to it). They don't check if the water dispenser in the gym needs to be refilled. They don't offer classes. The place does not smell nice when you step in. There are so many things that are wrong in this gym that it's hard to justify the very, very high price. Most gyms of much better quality cost less in Europe.

Elevate এর পরিবেশ শান্ত এবং নির্মল। Executive এবং Staff দের ব্যবহার অমায়িক। সবার সাথে গুছিয়ে সুন্দর করে সম্মান দিয়ে কথা বলে। অনেক আন্তরিক। ঢাকা শহরের ভিতর GYM এর জন্য সেরা বলা যায়। আর GYM ও অন্যান্য সার্ভিসের পাশাপাশি চা-কফি ও হালকা নাস্তা (snacks) অসাধারণ।

This gym is simply amazing. Top notch equipment and great facility. Amazing environment. Very friendly trainers and staffs. Super clean and comfortable.

It’s a place where you will have gym, saloon, spa, swimming pool, lawns, restaurant together in one floor. Calm & quiet. I liked it.

Ridiculously overpriced. Asking more than even good gyms abroad in the name of exclusivity and because of some indoors pool.
