I never saw the place too much crowded, but to enjoy less people surround you, the tip is to enjoy in the morning till 15pm.

I chose this gym because it is located in the city center and is open until 22:30. But this year it started to close at 22:00. This resulted in shortening my training time. I don’t know if the staff got off work early. Twice at 22:00 Turn off the lights before lighting up, resulting in a very poor experience. What to do if an accident occurs during darkness?

Very nice gym with good equipment but too many people. Sometimes there is 3 different group trainings and the whole gym is full. On weekdays between 15-18 the gym is basically full and you have to wait most of the time. Also they always play the same music which is a little boring. But the interior is very nice and fresh. And the staff is nice.

Good gym, but due to its popularity a bit crowded during rush hour, but the app tells you the capacity fairly accurately. All the necessary gym equipment and some group exercise classes as well. There's a small shop attached to the reception. Showers and saunas.

I love this gym. Employees are great and serve with friendly attitude, gym is nice, equipment is new, place is huge. Rush hour is usually 4-6pm. Close to main station, great location !

Moderni, mutta aivan liian vähän laitteita ja tarvikkeita. Potentiaalia varmasti olisi parempaan. Todella tukossa aina neljän viiden jälkeen.

Melko ruuhkainen ja pimeä kuntosali. Laitteet heikkokuntoisia ja hyvin usein useampi laite pois käytöstä.

Favorite for helsinki. Feels brand new. Always quiet. Superb selection for leg dag. And they have rings!!
