Very bad experience (unprofessional stuff)in rehab city branch when I called to ask for prices a lady replied that I can have a free session and after I finished thr trainer asked if Iam paying the monthly subscription I told him I'll wait for 2 ot 3 days to check if I have anyside effects and he was fine and after I left the trainer chased me asking for a payment of 250 pounds and I told him that I was told by a lady that the session was free he told me that she didn't mention and I entered with him to face the lady who told me about the free session and the disaster was that she kept lying and said she didn't say that and when I asked them for the call recording I found 3 of the trainers surrounding me insisting on the lady's lie and making up stories about hearing her telling me about the fee of 250 which was a big lie and I was told it was free, to end this horrible situation I told them I'm paying but I'll never enter this place again and I will write bad reviews on every means they were ok they just wanted the 250 pounds please take care never trust this place that doesn't have any respect to its customers لما اتصلت بالتلفون عشان اسال على الاسعار قالت سيده بالنص ان الاشتراك بالشهر وممكن اجرب مرة مجانا لما روحت احضر المرة المجانيه اول لما خلصت طلب من المدرب ادفع الاشتراك طلبت منه استنى كام يوم عشان اطمن ان مفيش اي اثار جانبيه و كده كده معاد اول جلسه كمان اسبوع فعندي وقت افكر ومشيت وانا بركب عربيتي اتفاجئت بيه طالع يجري ورايا وبيقولي لازم ادفع ٢٥٠ وان الست مقالتليش انه مجانا دخلت معاه عشان اواجها لقتها ارتبكت و ابتدت تألف قصه انها قالت انها ب ٢٥٠ جنيه طلبت منهم تسجيل المكالمه كله ارتبك طبعا ولقيت ٣ مدربين لفين حواليا وقالوا مفيش تسجيل بس احنا متأكدين انها مقالتش كده واكيد انتي فهمتي غلط الاسوا بقى قولتلهم انا ممكن ادفع ال ٢٥٠ جنيه بس بأكد اني مش هدخل المكان ده تاني عشان انتوا مش بتلتزموا بالي بتقولوه الاقيه مفيش مشكلة بس ادفعي ال ٢٥٠ جنيه دفعت وبأكد محدش يروح عشان طمع وكذب وعدم التزام بكلام محدش طلب منهم يقولوه وكمان بلطجه وقله زوق

مكان نظيف وتجربة رائعه تمرين لمده ثلث ساعه كأني في جيم بتمرن اكتر من 3 ساعات
