Worst experience ever. I ordered an outfit , paid about $300 they offered me a credit because the clothes didn’t fit. So I waited until I saw something else I liked and used the credit , this time it didn’t fit and the quality was poor. They said they could no longer offer me a credit to by something different although I paid for the return shipping. It’s a shame because living in michigan I can’t come in the store and try the items in but I do expect some courtesy from a retailer. Now im out of about $300 with a outfit I hate and can’t fit. Don’t shop here if you can’t go in to the store.

A one star rating is one star too many. I tried to return a short set that I purchased from their website, because it looked cheaply made and it didn't look how it appeared on their website. I returned it within their one week deadline as instructed on their return policy. When their local post office carrier tried to delivered it to their facility, whomever was in charge of the operation, deliberately refused the package and had the post office hold and mail the package back to me in order to avoid giving me my refund. Never again. They don't know how to properly conduct business.

I had a really good online shopping experience. In reality, every successful website needs to be planned with mobile users in mind. Their web design and usability was fluid and easy to use with competitive pricing. I got a price well below market value as well as excellent shipping with updates; this process was well refined, truly felt valued as a new customer. I look forward to more shopping opportunities with this company!

This store only has men's clothing, but it is really nice. Everything is higher end, but you get what you pay for and their clothes come with great quality. They also have bags, belts, and other accessories for men. They have a small section for little boys too with urban clothing. They have lot's of popular brands such as MCM, Versace Jeans, Lacoste, Rock Revival, Kappa, and more.

They steal designs from starting designers without giving them commission for their designs. Anyone who comments about the issue on their social media page gets blocked, including past customers of their store. Terrible way to run a business. Don't support a company that partakes in the theft of working individuals.

Scam. I woke up to a random debit card transaction from this company. I called about 15 times during business hours, emailed both emails on their website and messaged on Facebook. No one will respond to me. Voicemail for this company is not even set up. I can see why there are such poor reviews on this comapny.

They have some cool sweatshirts. We accidentally ordered the wrong size and it was hard to get ahold of anyone. The person who answers the phone told us that we needed to send an email, and then we don't get responses from the email so it is frustrating. We finally got it resolved even though it took awhile.

Steals designs and says “we’re the retailer, not manufacturer” as if they don’t choose the items that come from the manufacturers. Oh, also blocks every person who comments on their IG instead of addressing the issue like real business people. Very weird but you know those kind always get away with it.

This is by far among the best online clothing stores. I ordered some merchandise on July 14th and received my merchandise by July 16th. They really appreciate their customers. I will definitely recommend the store to everyone I know. Thanks for being there for us during the pandemic. being there for us

Selling a design of pants that is ripping off the designer who originally made them. His name is meontethegoat on Instagram. Please support the original designer instead of purchasing them here. As a retailer you can choose to work with the original designer to sell them but you didn’t.

Horrible customer service. I don't see how this store is still in business. Avoid any online or in-store purchases. Rude and liars. Quality of the clothing was shabby and cheap. Looking at the seams and the fabric--I don't see how they can try to command those prices.

Scammers that will take your money! They also steal designs from young black men trying to make their brand pop! Stole that young man’s brand after seeing blue face rock it! Also when I busted the store the first time, the clothes gave me a terrible rash!

I highly recommend this store! I’ve shopped at Era Clothing multiple times. I absolutely love it!!! They ship everything really fast and it’s always packaged well. They are appreciative of their customers. Thank you Era for all that you do!

Called to ask a question. Only got one word answers. When it was time to end the call, I said “thanks for your help!” and they hung up without saying a word. I’m gonna keep shopping at Rooted, they’re great.
