One goes to ERA expecting to find good quality products. It was raining and we stopped by to get an umbrella. There were ten umbrellas on display. One third of them were scratched and the rest were broken or cut with a paper cutter. The original price of the umbrellas was about 19euros. When we told the saleswoman that, her reaction was indifferent about the problem. Really poor customer service. No wonder why this place is about to close down.

A spacious, clean and pleasant department store. Sales assistants are very attending and polite. A good variation of products and a big range of prices. Nevertheless products are getting on the dear side without justification ie no good fabric qualities or special styles. Furthermore the cafeteria on the top floor is a good place to relax.

A lovely department shop, ex Debenhams, with international fashion, beauty and homewear products. Beautifully set on 3 floors, you may find anything you wish, for babies, todlers, men and women. Clothes, shoes, bags, gifts, makeup, perfumes, household accessories and bed linen. Spotless with polite staff. A favourite for years!

Nice ‘Mini’ Department store that carries a surprising array of branded products. From cosmetics, to Mens/Ladies, Children and also a small Next Interiors, whilst they also manage to fit in a nice sized Restaurant for lunch and coffee. Parking available.

Can satisfy even the pickiest customers with lots of different options for clothes and cosmetics, with staff always willing to help and with a great atmosphere ERA Zenon is a good option for shopping in Larnaca

Disappointed when I visited as there clothes ranges have decreased and I found the staff very rude and unhelpful, pushing past you and chatting to their friends. This is not what you expect of Debenhams

Overpriced but if you go there frequently you'll get lucky enough to see different percent of sales from 20 to 70 and I believe this is almost the only time it's worth shopping there.

Clean store, quality clothing, great brand names good service and a quiet canteen that serves good food. I feel like I have had a day out somewhere special and safe

Like Debenhams Zenon in Cyprus ones you finish your shopping there's a lovely restaurant upstairs or coffee what ever you want enjoy if your around …

Shop is ok but a bit overpriced. The restaurant lacked any style a low-class cafeteria. The muffins we're stale and dry and when staff were notified did nothing.

Still a lovely store to visit, but the usual buzz and atmosphere no longer there. The cafe almost empty of customers, decided not to stay.

Nothing compared the ones back in the UK but still a great place to get deals on cosmetics and clothing.

Helpful staff, great assortment of clothes at ground floor. Small parking. Not many customers.
