About 2 weeks ago i had paid for laundry that was washed. The driver who delivered to the home took payment in the form of a 100 dollar bill i had just received from TD Bank Teller. 30 Minutes later he returns and demands a new 100 dollar bill as he claims it was counterfeit. Now common sense says that if he accepted that bill he should have inspected it at the time of transfer. In that 30 minutes he could have switched it. But i nonetheless gave him the benefiot of doubt. I called 911 to see if the police could guide us on what to do next. As soon as i called the driver took off. couple of months after that i called to have my laundry picked up and he refused to pick up yelling at the top of his lungs that we gave him a fake 100 dollar bill. My wife said he yelled at her and threatened her. I went to the place and the driver was equally hostile telling me to get the F out of his face and being very verbally abusive in front of the owner. owner did nothing and when i ask the owner for the drivers name he refused. I tried to copy the NYC Dept of consumer affirs number and the owner ripped it off the wall. I file a complaint with NYC DCA anyway.

I've been a customer here for a very long time, remember when they first opened. I wash there occasionally and use their dry cleaning services, until just recently... will never ever go there again! I've noticed button being missing or broken on every other shirt each time I got them back. I didn't pay too much mind on it, until 3 brand new shirts come back with broken buttons... decided to finally address them. I know things happen, nothing is ever guarantee but to receive an answer from the owner/ manager with absolutely no regard was unacceptable... replies with an attitude, "What do you want me to do... it's broken, just replace it" ...as if it was my fault. I've even had items gone missing, and they just brush it off. Bad business, not the only laundry in the area.

Worst laundromat! They give you clothing belonging to other people and misplace your clothing. This happened to me numerous times and I let is slide. Finally an expensive item of clothing was not given back to me and lost by them. The owner was so unbelievably rude and unapologetic. He actually told me that I should just take my laundry elsewhere instead of offering a credit or at least apologizing! I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. They also treat their employees terribly from what I've seen. I never write reviews but the horrible man who runs this establishment does not deserve anyone's business.

First and last time paying for my laundry to be washed by them! Not only did my clothes NOT smell clean when I picked them up but they were also horribly folded. I was charged $4 for fabric softener on top of the laundry service but my clothes don’t smell like anything so what am I paying for? Lastly, I was told my clothes would be ready the following day but when I went the following day I was told they weren’t ready.

This place sucks. Dirty and the service sucks. They didn't care that my washer machine was clogged where the water was. Both loads did not feel or smell clean. There wasn't enough soap going into the machines and refuse to do anything about it. I wish I can post a picture of the clump of undissolved powder. The dryers suck! $16 for 2 loads. Never returning!

I used to live in Astoria & moved to the Throgs Neck a few months ago, this laundry is closest to my house. If there was anything less than one star they deserve it. The most dirtiest laundromat I've ever gone to. They make no efforts to clean the floor or the machines. I now drive 10 mins away to find a cleaner place with nice environment.

If you're looking for a comfortable, non crowded, cool place to do your laundry that's the place to go. It's clean and most importantly you don't have to rush for a washer or a dryer. The only issue is that I think the dryer have been set to a medium level so prepare to spend a little more for drying. Happy laundry day folks.

Recently updated all the dryers. They also updated the pay system, no longer have to find a sweet spot on the card reader. Its touchless now. It is still difficult to find available washers and dryers bc even off peak time, they're being used by the drop off service team. Find the right time and you're golden.

The worst experience ever!!! Me and my husband parked there, left my clothes, came back to pay and they wanted to take our car cause the “owner” of the building said that and the management didn’t say nothing and didn’t help us with nothing! the worst experience of my life! Never coming back!

Only reason I go here is because it's the closest to me its good prices but the dryers don't dry well after having my sheets in there after 45 minutes still wasn't dry and it's gets very crowded at times where there's no carts or dryers available other than that place is clean and nice staff

I usually go late at night. During the day it can be a madhouse. But the late night staff guys are great. Good attitude. Keep the facility clean. Bathroom is clean too which is great for us pregnant women who pee every 5 seconds. And food options are close by. Which is another benefit.

This place is horrible!! It always smells like rotten wet clothes in there. And my clothes were stolen right from a washing machine. Never has that happened to me in ANY laundromat. Certain staff members who i believe might be owners do not care about the poor condtions and service.

Horrible service. I told owner that after 55 minutes of my towels drying they were just as wet as when I put them in. All he could say was "ok". He didnt even bother to reimburse me. Dirty place all the owner does is smoke instead of using that time to clean the mess.

Go early and avoid the inconsiderate scumbags that take 5 washers and 10 dryers but then again thats like every other laundromat. Old machines and mannerless asian guy at the counter, just saying. Other than that its conveniently open 24hr 7 days a week.

Half of the washers were not working. No AC and fans not working. Washers smell and after washing clothes smell. Very hot and mosquitoes everywhere since they leave their back door open. This used to be a great laundromat but I will no longer come here.

I'm not sure of the ladies name.. But she is and was amazing at her job.. she was helpful with my experience with the "refill cards" which I like alot.. decent place to wash clothes..could be better.. but hey it geta the job done ✅ …

The service here is horrible. On occasions we drop off our clothes for drying cleaning, which they outsource with another company. When we received our clothes they were a size smaller. The owner refused to give us back our money.

Most of the machines don't work right , the management has cut a rinse cycle from all of the washers but the prices went up anyway. The dryers do not dry the clothes well and they're upkeep is unclean and pretty much disgusting.!!

I stopped going there. My clothes were in the drier for 30 minutes. When the drier stopped my clothes were ice cold. The asian man refused to give me more time and said "you dont like it, dont come back." So I haven't been back.

This laundromat has enough machines and dryers for their customers, the parking space could be limited. But Generally, it is a decent place to do your laundry. It is neat and airy. And they have new machines.

The dryers don’t work well. After washing one load in a machine, I spilt the load into 3 dryers, on high heat for 1.5 hours and my sheets were still very damp. Lady working there was rude and not helpful.

Lots of machines and dryers. I go at off times and have never had any issues. This is not a place to go during the day in my opinion. It gets very busy and karts, washers, and dryers can become an issue.

They are crooks they charged $2 for a laundry card, and I drop my laundry and the date and time laundry was supposed to be ready,whenever I arrived my laundry was still sitting there unwashed.

8$ for a machine ? This place has been increasing the prices nonstop since Covid. These machines used to be 4.50. Literally every few months the price goes up. Not sure where it ends

Not what you expect from your local laundry. The washing machines don’t work very well and neither do the driers. Had to dry clothing at least twice to get them dry.

Bathroom needs til be renovated. $.25 per 5 min dry is a bit pricey. It was $.25 per 8 min dry time before they switched over to laundry cards.

Never crowed when I go around 8:30am...don't have to wait for available machines...staff are friendly …

This place was great the first three years after opening. Now, it's just ok. Machines are always out of order.
