I think these people subcontract workers because the quality of work and expertise seems like a dice roll. Some reviews are great, but the electrician they sent us seemed somehow less knowledgeable than me. I even gave him an out. I said if he doesn't know how to install the thermostat, no problem, just do the other two things and I'll find someone else. Instead this guy just screwed it to the wall without power and tried to tell me he was done. He even tried telling me that getting power to the thermostat wasn't his job ..wat?! When I pitched a fit about it, he called someone else and had that person walk him through the process. When he STILL couldn't do the job, he left with my only instruction manual and said he'd come back, so now I have no instructions for another person to do the job. Plus the office stopped responding to my messages. A total waste of a day for no reason. They put the two electrical boxes on the wall fine tho, so there's that...

I first hired this company to change my electric from a fuse box to a breaker box, that was 6 years ago. Since that time EZ Does It has painted my home. repaired and replaced a wall. Did a complete gutting and renovation of the kitchen and bathroom. The last time I need services was to replace a time floor. Not only did they replace the floor, they leveled the floor which had not been done previously. The owner is very professional and has a good vision as what needs to be done and is very helpful when suggesting colors and styles. I will hire this company again for future projects. Picture yourself if you will. You run an theatre it is 1 hour before the show and you have no power. Reviewers are here to see the show. 2 other companies have said it be a few hours maybe more. I call Ez Does It. They understand how desperate i am, they pull a guy from a job text me updates as he drives over. It takes him 5 min to figure out the problem. 10 min to find a solution to get my show started. They Get Con Ed here in 20 min and fix the problem. I will be calling them for much more then just a busted fuse.

Switching from a gas stove to electric, we needed a 240v outlet and higher amperage coming from the main panel. Vinnie upgraded the panel and ran the wires across the house. He also relocated an outlet for me. The price was reasonable. He was extremely organized, professional, and easy to communicate with. I like that everything was carefully documented in the contract and expectations were clear. They cleaned up well and took the time to make sure that everything worked as it should before leaving.

I was actually told that i should leave the electricity work to the pros but this particular service man didn't do the job correctly either , after changing an old outlet in the kitchen and a few breakers he left the GFI in the kitchen without power ,nothing i plugged on it worked , i called 2 days later when i noticed it wasn't working and was told i have to pay another $185 for them to come back , its terribly sad to be treated that way , i did speak to my lawyer cause we paid $465 in total .

Very impatient with clients, did not explain the job process or provide different options. Destroyed my freshly painted walls in the next bedroom because he did not decide to exam the thickness of wall. Very unprofessional, was called insane for having high expectations for this job. Brought a toddler on the job who was jumping and climbing all over my furniture and scratching my walls with his tools. I don’t recommend their services.

I highly recommend this business. Vinnie (the proprietor) was always easy to reach, and he was willing to put in the extra time to send all the paperwork that my fussy co-op management demanded. Wesley came to do the repairs (plastering and painting), and he was professional and efficient, and he did a great job cleaning up after the job was done. I will use them again if I need more work done.

I own a few apartment buildings in the Bronx. I have called this company several times over a period of about 10 years and they have responded very quickly and been extremely helpful and reasonable. had an apartment panel switched and I had several electric fires coming in from the ConEd side that they were able to quickly diagnose and help me out on. I will definitely be calling them again

I was doing work with a company and had to terminate my contract because the work was unsatisfactory! Someone referred me to EZ Does It Home Improvement and Electrical Services, and it was the best referral I've ever gotten. They were very professional and listened to what I wanted and improved on my ideas. I was completely satisfied and would definitely do business with them again.

Absolute bummer. Poor quality work. They used poor quality materials. Caused a lot of damage that caused me more money to fix, and left dust everywhere. More than 20 people came through for the job. They will never own up to any damage. Write your estimate yourself because after that, they will charge you for anything not in the contract proposal. My advice is run for the hills.

Electrician and Assistant were both knowledgeable and readily able to detect and rectify the issue while pointing out future concerns that will be addressed as well. By, far I had the best experience ever with this company. I had a few things done, by EZ DOES IT HOME IMPROVEMENT AND ELECTRICAL SERVICES. The staff was very pleasant and professional. I requested for work to be done last minute, and it was great. I would definitely recommend this company, to anyone that wants guaranteed perfection.

After giving this job to a different company and then doing a horrible job I contacted EZ Does It and they fixed everything the previous company messed up and more, and for even a cheaper price than I was originally charged for the job. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great service at a fair price!

This company's work was phenomenal. Their service was excellent and their work ans amazing. Not only do they get here on time, but after the job they clean after themselves. She identified the problem after other companies couldn't. I recommend this company to all.

Terrible service. Made me pay a 350 deposit to start work but kept pushing back the date they were supposed to come. Would send incoherent text messages. I am still waiting for my deposit back! . Beware! And use at your own risk.
