Often use the self serve wash, but on this occasion I had a hire car and brought home a new puppy who vomitted and pooped on the passenger seat. I took the car to be steam cleaned immediately by the lovely gentleman at the car wash. He told me it would be about 45 mins. I came back after 20mins and my steam cleaning was finished along with a complimentary outside wash all for $70. Great service. Highly recommend. Inside smells fresh and clean. No sign of puppy poo or vomit!!

The first time I brought my car down I wasn’t sure I was going to get but I was completely amazed of how clean it was Staff and the services are very friendly and helpful I would recommend to go see Sam he will know what to do I could not fault any of his work so I would recommend going see him if you want your car done I will be definitely taking my one back there very soon

Went through the self clean and was pretty dissapointed overall. It wasn't the user error I was disappointed with, although I'm sure I could get more efficient as a cleaner! It was most how slow the system was working, you would select a type of wash and then have to wait 30s or so for the new cleaner to come through the hose. Come on team, pick up your game!

Had my Land Cruiser detailed, outside looked great, inside still had dirt. They must’ve ripped the hatch off the top because when I got home I noticed it was duct tapped on backwards. Took it back to “Sam”, the owner, argued for an hr while he tried to help me fix it. No refund, lied to my face about breaking it, gave me $30 after I paid $300.

First bay I used the hose was broken and I was sprayed with water. Moved to another bay (money wasted) and spent $13 for a pathetic dribble of wax that hardly covered my car. It didn’t look or smell like the wax normally does. Complained to staff that basically said, “that’s what you get”

I have my car regularly cleaned here and the staff do an amazing job of making my car look brand new. The customer service is excellent and I travel quite a distance to come here as I know the job will be done right everytime. Highly recommended with 10 start rating **********

I had my car cleaned inside and out, the outside looked so shiny and they got rid of all the dust and dirt inside! The staff did an amazing job and they were so friendly and helpful. 100% highly recommend would definitely come back again!

The vacuum cleaner didn't work . The wash bays are disgusting and need to be cleaned ( see photos) The whole place looks sad and run down. I'd be embarrassed if this was my business. You should really give the place a good cleaning.

Unclean Hoses need to be replaced Not very much soap comes out of the soap and spray or the foaming brush Machines for window wipes and other things take your money but don't dispense anything. Don't waste your time at this place .

Terrible facilities, old and dated, trigger was stuck on the whole time, half the brush head was missing, there was no wax and very little soap, scratched my car badly.

Sam is one of the best person in Ferntree Gully, He and his team are very expert in car detail and wash , with fair prices and advanced quality.

The machine does not work it just take the coins some time work, it does no have any thing in those dispensation machines. This place is sheet.

Self serve car wash is $1 a min but takes over 30 seconds for any soap to appear. Go down the road just a bit further you will be glad you did

Pay with my credit card to spray the interior of my car with the scent. Both scents empty waste of time and money. Rip off

Poorly maintained stations. Change machines rarely work. Stalls are often dirty. Go to Car Lovers down the street.

Alright for a quick clean,fragrance dispensers don't always work and you wont get your money back after hours
