I attended SSS clinic with my partner for an Invisalign consultation. We are both doctors and chose SSS clinic based on good reviews and locality. Pros Nice clean clinic which has invested in up to date technology Polite reception staff Cons Hidden costs- we were informed over the phone that the Invisalign consultation would be £50 and refundable if we took up treatment. After entering the clinic room Dr Hoshyar did some xrays and then inspected the teeth to assess suitability for Invisalign. We opted against treatment (see below) and asked for teeth whitening only which was quoted as £400 on the phone. Dr Hoshyar stated that in addition to the £400, we would have to pay £50 for the invisalign consult and another £50 for the xrays. I queried why the X-rays were extra and he responded to say that he cannot do an invisalign assessment without the xrays. This obviously does not tally with what we were told over the phone. If all invisalign appointments need xrays then surely they should state this before attending. Most other clinics do invisalign consults for free so I was shocked that he now wanted to charge £100! He did not take on the feedback about being more transparent with pricing, and became argumentative, with his defence being that he has done this for 30 years. The conversation became futile, with him refusing to accept that we should have been informed prior to tests on prices. Eventually I lost patience and left the clinic. I paid the agreed £50 but feel that, the way I had been treated and the quality of advice, that even £50 was a waste. Unconfident advice- Dr Hoshyar gave conflicting advice whether invisalign will be effective, suitable and worth it. It was difficult to make a decision from his professional advice so we opted against it and will get another opinion. At one point he said that invisalign would improve cosmesis by 3/10 but the bite by 8/10 which may stop pain from jaw clenching in the future. He said that if it was him, he would do invisalign to align the bite as a prophylactic treatment but then 5 minutes he then back tracked and said, jaw clenching isn’t definite and that we could get guards made in the future. Overall, the consult made me and my partner feel like we were being exploited, he was unwilling to listen to feedback, and overall it was a complete waste of time as we still need to get an opinion from someone that we can trust. As people who work for the NHS and deliver care to patients daily, I was appalled at how he thought it was acceptable to treat people. I address your response in order of your comments: - It is correct that my review was based on my opinion of the service you provided to my partner. This does not make my opinion invalid or useless. However, in light of your comment, I will ask my partner to also write a review about her personal experience of SSS clinic. - Please do not demean my intelligence by "refreshing my memory" of events. - In my opinion, the basis of your recommendations is completely incorrect and inappropriate as follows: 1. We were looking at invisalign for long term benefit and not just for our wedding in 3 months. 2. Just because we enquired about NHS discount does not mean that we could not afford full price treatment. 3. If you based your recommendations based on my "interference", i think this is completely inappropriate, as a health practitioner should always act in the best interests of the PATIENT regardless of outside forces. 4. We showed gratitude towards you UNTIL your advice became contradictory and confusing. 5. We moved from invisalign to teeth whitening on your recommendation that invisalign was probably not a recommended option. It is inflammatory to say that this was based on my "misleading influence". I maintain my review that your teeth whitening is more expensive than average at £400 based on comparable dentists in London. In light of the treatment in clinic and your response to this review, please send me your formal complaints procedure.

I never really like to put a negative review but here is my experience with this clinic. Firstly I was recommended this clinic by a friend . I booked an appointment and went for a check up at this point I was 27 years old. I paid for the appointment with doctor Dariush he looked at my teeth, however he said I need a root canal done on one tooth. It was arranged we would do the appointment on x day, the first session was completed with ‘root canal specialist’, I was called a few weeks later to be told I needed to do another session with a completely different dentist. It was the most painful and excruciating experience I have ever had, I was told by this second specialist that the other specialist didn’t even start it properly ! Which meant she had to redo the whole procedure again ! After this painful procedure she said go to dr dariush and he will put a crown on it , however he never did it. Now fast forward one year later I started to get pain again I went to dr darisuh and he said I don’t really need the crown. However I am still in loads of pain , so I went to 3 different dentist and got it x rayed and they shocked me by telling me the root canal was not done correctly and was meant to have a crown installed, and now I have had multiple tooth infections. .I payed for a root canal that wasn’t done properly and dr dariush didn’t even put a crown. I went back to dr dariush he said I can either take the tooth out and put a fake implant or go and complain about the specialist. The point of this review is that these people are after your money only ! All of their patient care value system is not a priority they would rather you lose the tooth and pay more money for implant than save it. At a young age that’s not an option for me. So I have decided to take it elsewhere and sort it out , I felt let down for the pain and suffering I have had to go through since being to this clinic. Unfortunately there is nothing STUNNING about this clinic . AVOID!

Having had some emergency dentistry in 2010 with Dr Dariush Hoshyar, and receiving excellent treatment by him and his assistant 'Sandra', I finally plucked up the courage to have my teeth and smile taken to the next level. Having sought out where Dariush was now practising, I contacted him, and we discussed all the options that were available to give me a perfect smile, which I was always after, but thought was out of reach. From the initial consultation to the final session today, I was fully confident at all times that Dariush was not only one of the most skilled dentists in the UK, but always had my best interests at heart. The final results were astonishing, and beyond my own level of expectation, which were already high. The procedures I had were to fix the underlying issues, including root canal work, fillings, fixing of posts, and getting the existing teeth ready for the final cosmetic procedures. I opted to choose veneers and crowns to the front teeth. The process included scanning of the teeth, speaking to the lab technician who made the veneers and crowns, and having a detailed conversation and influencing how my new teeth would look before they were finally fitted. I was able to log into the technicians computer and see how my perfect smile would look before the procedure, which was quite amazing. From initial consultation to today took 2 months, and I now have permanent and very natural beautiful teeth. I am proud to be able to smile again. I would not hesitate to recommend Dariush as a professional, but also I would count him as a friend who has fixed my teeth and made me smile again. You have to put up with his awful sense of humour, but other than that, he is a first rate dentist and I cannot recommend him enough. I would have no objection for Dariush to provide my details if anyone is considering this type of procedure, and would like to talk to me for some reassurance or just what my experience was.

Where do I begin! I cannot thank Dr.Dariush and team enough for taking care of me so well! From having my initial consultation for my Invisalign treatment to the very last day of getting my scan for my nighttime retainers have been nothing but perfect. Having had so many dentists over the years, I can say for sure that SSS clinic has really worked towards my needs whether it’s booking appointments last min, wanted to have a quick check up with the DR over FaceTime (mid pandemic) or simply asking any q’s via email or phone. They are quick to respond and the receptionists are very professional and pleasant. Before starting my Invisalign journey, I had consulted with 4 other clinics and I would say SSS clinic offered me the most reasonable price and we’re kind enough to even include some extras in my package! But you cannot put a price on service because it truly is impeccable here. I am extremely happy with the outcome and the best way I can put it is that they’ve really helped me become more confident about my smile. I have given Dariush and his dental team a well deserved 5 stars for their professionalism, skill, treatment and above all care. I am a nervous patient when it comes to dental treatment and from the receptionist to the detailed explanations, their patient approach and experience I have just completed my treatment for 3x implant crowns and one cerec crown. I can now proudly say I have a full head of natural looking, comfortable and working teeth! Thank-you Dariush I wouldn't have had it done without you and your team. This isn't the first time Dariush has come to my rescue. I had severe pain in my lower jaw caused by stress at work, which meant I clenched my mouth tight at night and this affectively 'locked' my jaw. Eating was near impossible and even a visit to the local supermarkets freezers would aggravate the pain. My GP prescribed anti-inflammatories for 6 months. Dariush suggested a mouth plastic mouth guard and the pain eased within a week! I still am anxious when I go to the dentist but because of the care I receive I'll look forward to the next 15 years.

Second to none! Initially, I was very nervous walking into SSS Clinic a couple of days ago. I wondered whether it was possible to fix my front tooth, which looked so horrendous, I was going to cancel my upcoming show this weekend. However, from start to finish, my whole experience was handled with absolute perfection. Dr Dariush thoroughly listened to my concerns and ensured my comfort throughout the procedure. He spent every second meticulously crafting, what turned out to be, a masterpiece (in my mouth). I have been a patient of Dariush (Dr Hoshyar) for about 10 years now, and have always been delighted with the high standard of dental care he provides. In 2016, I decided that I would like to improve the look of my teeth and, thanks to Dariush, I now have a beautiful set of porcelain veneers. Dariush took me through a treatment plan, explaining every step, and giving me all the time I needed to decide, with several visits to make sure that I understood exactly what was involved. I've been very pleased with the results, and Dariush has continued to look after my new smile. Just occasionally, one of the veneers will need some attention (normal wear and tear), and this ongoing care is all part of the treatment plan. Excellent professional and thoughtful service.

Stunning Smile and skin clinic-they are a joy to be around. In previous years, I’d become absolutely terrified of dentists, as I’d had some very unfortunate experiences. Everyone is friendly, Nicole in reception has a wicked sense of humour. Well, they all have, as well as Dr Dariush Hoshyar,a very competent and professional, friendly and engaging dental surgeon. I had root canals done, crown work, and composite fillings. The experience was comparatively painless, very caring and dedicated, as well as entertaining upon occasion. It’s a pity not all dentists have such a desire to care as much as these guys do. I think there’d be far less fear of dentists in general, and more people with much healthier teeth. I’d recommend them wholeheartedly.

Very satisfied with my expirinece at the SSS Clininc!!! I’ve come to the SSS Clinic because of a fallen feeling from a tooth not properly done by a previous dentist. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and welcome, and an appointment was booked so quick ( the next day) which was not the case with other dental clinics. Both, the nurses, and the receptionists were friendly during the whole treatment. Dr Deriush Hpshayr explained to me everything regarding the plan of treatment and referred me to his endodontist Dr Parsno who done the root canal treatment professionally. I had invisalign treatment with Dr Dariush Hoshyar and he is an amazing dentist! Ive been to several dentists in Ealing and he is by far the best. He listens to his patients and gives you honest advice, is very kind, and puts you at ease especially if you are a nervous patient (like I was). Invisalign takes commitment but the results are life changing, I'm so happy with the outcome of my treatment. I had a big cavity that was very close to the nerve this was seen on my X-Ray, then Dr Dariush addressed it quickly. He also showed me how to get my gum settled as well. Dr Hoshyar was the best dentist that I have visited and felt at ease with. From the very first day of meeting him, he was very reassuring and detailed about how my implants treatment would be. He talked to me step by step about how and what the procedure will entail. I have never met such a positive, pleasant and a caring person as he has been. I was very scared of injections, but he put me at ease and was gentle when giving me the injections, which I must say I did not feel at all. I attended the clinic needing an implant to replace a tooth that had been extracted 4 years earlier. There was bone loss on both teeth next to the the extracted tooth but dr Darius managed to place an implant in my lower jaw without a bone graft or impact on the lower nerves. The implant is perfect. After the implant he recommended fillings on other teeth where previous dentists had failed. All fillings have been successful and i have a full set of teeth again. Dr Darius carried out all the operations with great professionalism and care.

I came to see Dr Dariush at sssclinic since I wanted to undergo cosmetic veneer treatment. My impression from the first beginning was that Dr Dariush takes real pride at his work and wishes nothing else but my best interest in his heart. At no time did I feel that Dr Dariush is pushing the treatment plan prices for profit purposes since all he cares about is my true happiness. Very unprofessional. Late appointment because the dentist was on his phone, ten minute scale and polish when it should have been 30, dental nurse sent out halfway through the appointment to check another patient's invoices, the dentist tried to tell me that my orthodontist was wrong about the timeline of my braces, and then they tried to overcharge me. I have noticed the quality getting steadily worse here, which is a real shame as I really liked my hygienist here before. I will be looking for another dentist after today. Avoid.

In my opinion, this is the best dentist to go to in London! Dr Hoshyar, is very knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease immediately. I came in for an impacted, damaged tooth and was told a reasonable price for Invisalign service. The whole process has been smooth, with any questions being answered every step of the way. Dr Dariush Hoshyar did something which all other dentists I had seen previously refused to do. All I bad heard, was that I had to wear dentures for the rest of my life as I didnt have enough bone to secure my dental implants . Now over 3 years after my implant placements, I have confidently been enjoying my new fixed teeth which have been enabling me to function normally . I found the best dentist in London ! I used to live in Chiswick and I went to a bunch of dentists there but none of them can be compared to Dr. Dariush. He is in another level, super attentive, super careful and really good, did a full checkup to make sure everything was okay and was really reassuring. Also was honest about prices and was super patient asking me about all the things needed as was my first visit. I really really can’t recommend him and everyone in the clinic more. All of them were great!

I had 6 porcelain veneers done a few months ago in Turkey but they kept coming off and I was very unhappy . I met Dr Hoshyar at sssclinic and asked him for more permanent solutions as I didn't want to keep going to the dentist and glue my failing veneers back . He very skillfully made me 6 porcelain crowns with minimal damage to my existing teeth instead and I am thrilled with the result, feel and beauty of my front teeth. I recommend Dr Hoshyar and his very professional and kind team to the world.

I would like to thank Dr Darius Hoshyar I came across this clinic on Google as I was desperate to have my front teeth back after a sports injury. Absolutely amazed with my treatment I could of went abroad for this but the service and result was unbelievable and not forgetting the phone call I had received to check how everything was after my 4 implants. Dr Hoshyar made me feel very relaxed about the whole procedure. Highly recommend this practice. Thank you for bringing my smile back love it.

Dr Dariush Hoshyar, is an expert Dentist with a great knowledge in restorative and cosmetic dentistry. I am quite surprised, why people choose Harley Street for cosmetic dentistry, when the could get better service at a lower cost in the heart of Ealing with Dr Hoshyar. I recommend him to the world. I have finished my Invisalign journey with Dr Hoshyar, whiten my teeth and build up my front teeth using composite. Great job. Definitely come back here. The Cleanliness is exquisite.

I have been a patient of Dr. D. Hoshyar for many years and have no trouble in praising his work. In February 2007, I became the first of his patients to have a tooth implant. Very pleased to report it is still in good shape, looking part of my normal teeth. Front top tooth replaced. Dr Hoshyar does a thorough check on bone structure before commencing with the implants – I have since had three more implants carried out in 2013: 2015: 2016 with good after care, they too are in good shape.

I can never thank Dr Dariush enough for his professionalism, kindness and care. He goes beyond his duties to make sure you are treated like one of the family. It’s not just a job, it’s his passion and he loves his clients to the extent he will always choose the most cost effective option for the patient rather than benefit his business. I finished my Invisalign light treatment today and my teeth are perfectly straight after only 6 months thanks to Dr Dariush Hoshyar his amazing staff. I had also gotten a tooth implant done by Dr Hashemi which went very smoothly without any pain. I recently had an amazing experience with Dariush for my Invisalign treatment. From the start, their professional and friendly approach made me feel comfortable. They provided personalized treatment, and their attention to detail was outstanding. The results exceeded my expectations, and the discreetness of the aligners was a bonus. So glad I found out about this place. I had a very painful crown that my old dentist was unable to help me with. Dr Masih very skilfully performed a root canal procedure and replaced my old crown with a perfect new all ceramic one - I am now pain free and have a great looking smile (even if I say so myself). Fantastic inexpensive dentistry services in West Ealing. Accidentally found the only dentist open on Weekends and with flexible appointment times. Dr Dariush and his very friendly assistant Sanaz completed the ‘scale and polish’ plus some xrays and general cleaning at a very timely manner. Excellent experience at stunning smile clinic I got my Invisalign fitted in August 2021. I was very apprehensive at first and asked lots of questions because I wanted to make sure I was picking the right place, and I’m very happy I did! The staff are all lovely and welcoming and Dr Hoshyar is very professional and overall fantastic at what he does. I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend this practise!

Very disappointed if the customer service. I have phoned to find out the prices of composite bonding while the receptionist was really rude and basically she said to me that the doctor is dedicating his own time while I’m paying for the consultation still and she can’t give me the price range after all she has hanged up on me. Definitely this is not the right way of treating customers. Definitely will avoid this place.

Excellent dentist and service. I had a very complex case which other dentists wanted to refer me to university hospital for which I felt was unnecessary, Dr Hoshyar managed it all in practice and was very realistic in terms of discussing treatment options. I am now one year post completing treatment and am so pleased with the job done, still come here for my check ups despite the fact I moved to richmond!

I visited Dr Dariush Hoshyar's practice in Ealing 3 months ago and had Invisalign treatment to align my worn down and crooked teeth.The treatment completed very satisfactorily without any damage whatsoever to my exisiting teeth through composite full build ups procedure. I am extremely grateful to Dr Hoshyar and his kind nurses at SSS clinic and can't recommend them enough.The result is simply fantastic.

I’ve just come back from this clinic and wow! The services and cleaning was exceptional using Clean air technology (DentAir virus killer), air purifiers, very efficient Extra Oral Suction Unit , Hypochloride (HOCL) Acid fogger. I went to SSS clinic in Ealing because I had lost my front tooth in an accident. I saw Dr Dariush Hoshyar and he placed an implant with a crown and also a porcelain veneer for me. The implant looks better than my natural tooth. He is a wonderful dentist, highly experienced and very caring dentist. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend this practice.

I saw Dr. Masih last month and had an extraction done by him. I must say I am more than delighted! I did not feel the injection to numb the area or any pain after the extraction. My wife attended this medical centre for 7 months for laser hair remover, afterwards they refused to give her back £10 deposit. Their excuse was the receipt from last year 2015. These people are awful and lairs. Avoid it massively.
