Horrible customer service. My brother and I came to this place on 6/23/23 at 9am. The man who works at the lobby who is supposed to help people needing their passport by answering questions and providing guidance was super rude. We politely
Had 2 people look at me and turn around and ignore in office 976. Couldn't belive it they didn't say aword even after I said excuse me are you still open. Because needed to file papers. Then I sit back down and waited another hour calling
The short guard at the back of the building was power tripping and giving small d*ck energy when I went yesterday on 03/29/23. He was yelling at me because I had said "No, this is all I have" when asked about carrying any weapons. He
Lady who handles passports was extremely rude. I was there to ask a question about setting an appointment and the best way to do it due to my situation. As she approached me in the hall, she’s yelling do you have a family emergency!
Went today to this building to make a deposit (as my bank is located in this building) l I own a tattoo shop so of course I’m heavily tattooed the security guards upfront we’re not only discriminating but very unprofessional not all

I'm sick of being hassled by your security personnel and their discrimination against my job and the tools I'm required to have to do it. I will be filing a complaint. A court house is no place for a petty power trip.
Visited in the morning. Staff were very professional and provided excellent service. No photos allowed.
As someone who’s afraid of heights, I was grateful for a tall building with no windows.
Parking lot charged me $10 for accidentally driving in and immediately out.
You have to go through a security checkpoint
Nice place to go to work.
