Usually good service aside from one interaction with a young woman pharmacist who could not/would not give me my script and did not have the medication in stock. I asked them to give me the script so I could take to a different chemist as time was of the essence and I couldn’t wait for it to come in a week. Told that because I’d asked the doctor to send the script directly to them, when I needed to get it quickly, they could not let me take that script in my name anywhere else. Had to go back to the doctor and ask them to write second script and send to my email so that I could source the medication at any pharmacy. Was a major runaround that has turned me off going back there again. The biggest issue however is they are often unable to fill scripts for weeks at a time and they are more expensive than nearby pharmacies. Such a pity as this is my local and would be great to support them. Terry White in Coorparoo have become my go to. They always have stock of what I need.

Handed in a script for a very common blood pressure medication. My husband and children waited in the car as I thought I would be maybe 10 minutes tops. There was one pharmacist who slowly served 2 other people, then slowly explained how to use Codral cold and flu tablets to another person. Advice was to read the dosing information on the box. After about 20 - 25 very very long minutes, the pharmacist finally got to my script then told me that they didn’t have my medication. I asked why I wasn’t told this previously when I submitted my script or that there would be an extensive wait. That would have been courteous. Instead I returned to the car empty-handed having wasted my time. Went to the local Terry White in Coorparoo - got my medication and paid within 5 minutes. Will never return to this pharmacy and suggest you avoid unless you like sitting around wasting your time

Absolutely will not be returning to this pharmacy. Don't even like the fact the lowest score I can give is 1 star, this place deserves no stars and needs to be looked at. All staff need re training, they discriminate against aboriginals with 'white skin' The amount of times my partner and I have gone in for medication for them to turn around and say they need my concession card and then still question that we are apart of 'close the gap' Comments like "I thought it was for indigenous people only" is disgusting and highly offensive, not to mention unprofessional. I am appalled.

Got a script made for ear drops. Literally paid more than double the price from all other pharmacies. I could get these ear drops for $6.50 at chemist warehouse (other places priced under $10). I paid $19.95. Should be ashamed of yourselves. I want to help small business but three times the price. Disgusting. I felt too unwell to drive to my usually pharmacy so thought I'd walk to you guys and support local business. I'll never come back there again. Disgusting markup, just taking vulnerable people's money .

Reallllly rude male pharmacist. Super snappy and talked down to my mum quite obnoxiously. He ended up coming around and being nicer by the end but put a sour taste in my mouth as I of course love her loads. He definitely over stepped, weird ego thing, was quite odd to watch. woman on the counter was lovely though. I used to come here years ago before the pharmacy moved (before the IGA was extended). They were super nice then so unsure what changed?

The friendliest pharmacy this side of the river in there new shop. Very caring staff. They have been looking after me for 12 years. And continue to do so! So please go and see Dean and his caring respectful staff. Perfect also if your looking for a gift, all sorts of great gift ideas.%...........................................................................................................!

I’ve been getting my scripts here every fortnite for over 2 years, and it is always trouble free and super convenient. Staff are always polite and welcoming, and work quickly despite how busy they are. The girls at the counter are so friendly and bubbly - coming here never feels like a dread thanks to the lovely group of staff. Thank you!

The most charming pharmacy with a wide range of products and beautiful gifts. Service was excellent - Dean and Jenny were very warm and welcoming - you can feel comfortable and assured to ask any questions/seek help and get professional and knowledgeable answers.

Wanted Sudafed tablets as tried nasal decongestant… felt like I was treated suspiciously for asking, sold overpriced antihistamines which haven’t worked. I’m a medical professional but felt like I was a drug seeker by this pharmacy!

A small pharmacy but with helpful staff. Parking immediately outside is 15 minutes but the onsite underground car park is 3 hours. Colocated with an IGA and BWS.

Friendliest pharmacy in Brisbane. Dean and his team always give the best service and I wouldn’t rather go anywhere else for my pharmacy needs. Recommend 100%!!!

East Brisbane Pharmacy is conveniently located next to IGA East Brisbane. I found both Dean and John are very friendly and helpful. Recommended.
