Cannot in good conscience recommend the dealership. Bought a Mach-E here in September, and my experience was less than ideal. I have a fully functioning and perfect vehicle in the end...but to get there required a lot of work and annoyance with the way they do business and deal with customers after purchase. The pros : -They're used to volume and they have a lot of inventory, so chances are you will find the vehicle you want on the lot, and you can close your deal quickly. - Their service manager Jean is fantastic and helpful, and truly has a customer service orientation. He offered a courtesy car during repairs (see below) and was amazing. The cons: - Paperwork was a mess from day 1: consistently incorrect, requiring edits, dated wrong for warranty and purchase timing, and even 1 month post purchase I had to correct federal rebate documentation because they didn't do it right the first time. - They delivered my vehicle with 4 separate pieces of damage that required bodywork over the course of a month. Two door dings, and more seriously 2 massive scratches in the bumper that went through the paint to the body. Did they fix this? Yes. But it took a month after delivery and required 2 different appointments because they didn't fix it fully the first time. During this month, the approach was almost like they were doing me a favor - no one from sales management contacted me despite repeated requests, and management only got involved when I CC'd them on email correspondence. Just unacceptable. For the first month of ownership of my vehicle I drove a rental Ford Explorer for two weeks instead of my new car- while making payment on my new vehicle! - The new car was delivered with a dirty windshield and dirty windows. Had to do a deep clean after delivery myself. - As 'compensation' for the damage the dealership told me they couldn't do anything monetary because I had purchased through A-Plan, but they provided a 'discount' on a winter tire package that amounted to ~$100 savings versus going to a national chain. Should you buy a car from East Court Ford? I wouldn't. I'm happy to have my vehicle repaired and I'm happy I bought it, but this is a baseline expectation when you buy a new car, and honestly I believe the experience would have been better from any other Ford dealership in the GTA. At no point during the post-purchase period have I felt like a valued customer by the sales team, and I'm happy to be able to bring my business elsewhere going forward for service and maintenance.

Me and my mother were looking to buy a new luxury suv, a step up from a Volkswagen atlas. If it weren’t for the most kind, understanding, accommodating and helpful team at east court Ford, we wouldn’t have been able to purchase what I can gladly say is our new 2023 Lincoln aviator. The salesman who was helping us with this vehicle was undoubtedly the best and most ambitious salesman I’ve met, Ahsan. After giving us multiple benefits, complementary Ford points, and an unbeatable price to the car with patience and happiness, we were able to purchase the Aviator. Guiding us through all options and keeping us well informed with top notch care, I’m glad to say I had an excellent experience with Ahsan and Shahzad of East Court Ford as they truly made us feel like family.
