It was fun! I really liked Dentist.He was cool. He showed to me clear picture of condition of my teeth and both of us realized that we have no choice for work together. He explained me his project how to help me and I couldn’t explain him where I could find money for that. But he liked my smile and even took a few pictures ( by my permission of course) of it. He promised do not show these pictures on public sites and of course I couldn’t refuse to him. 4 stars only because he didn’t advice me name of bank which I could rob or at least to tell me the name of rich widow who could support me. He was very honest and polite. I appreciate that so much! I don’t regret about time what I spent there. I just hope to find enough money for our project and visit this place again. And I visited this place again in couple weeks and asked Dr.Brent to do anything possible to help me to be liked by women again. He gave me a favor and made a miracle work for minimum money. I was so happy that wanted to take his guitar (it was in his office) and to sing a serenade for his beautiful assistant but had remembered that I don't know how to play. But anyway now I need to edit my old review and put 5 stars and thank one more time Dr.Brent and his pretty assistant!

This is a wonderful dentist to visit. Actually, starting from calling in to make appt with Tate, made me feel very warm and caring. I am somewhat handicap with GPS. Therefore, Tate was kind enough to send the directions on my phone. After reaching the office for my appt I was sitting in my car to complete the paperwork. Must have taken a long time and Dr. DeSutter came out to my car to check on me(At the time I did not know he was the Doctor). That pretty much seal the deal for me. A doctor that actually care about you. Yes! When I went back for my x-rays they made me feel like a millionaire in the way I was treated. Just might add was referred by an Oral Surgeon, that was referred by my previous dentist. I have a lot of medical issue and on a lot of medication. Dr. DeSutter appeared to take all my issue on. Therefore, as of next week I have another appt to begin my dental plan. Dr. DeSutter, was very kind and patient in explaining what needed to be done. I would refer this dental office to anyone. They are great at East Lake Dental in White Rock. Please check them out!!

East Lake Dental, run by Dr. Brent Desutter and his wife, truly care about their patients and making going to the dentist as painless as possible - except sometimes you have to listen to Brent's rendition of 80s or 90s rock music while he checks your cleaning . Also, they always, always make time for emergencies - my boyfriend got hit in the face with a stick during a night hockey game and was in a chair in less than 12 hours. What other dentist or doctor can you text with to set up appointments, reschedule or ask about an emergency?! Plus, they send regular reminders, which people like me as I tend to "forget" I'm due for a cleaning. They are up front, only do what's necessary or desired for your oral health, and take any insurance I've had. Plus, they have Wi-Fi.

I have already shared my experience with a few friends! Everyone here was so kind, professional and honest. I went here to get a second opinion from another dentist location that told me I had several cavities and a crown was needed. Here, they told me teeth looked fine and gums looked great. Dr. DeSutter went through and explained all the x-rays to me and Juli did a fantastic job on cleaning. Kate was always very responsive in messages and setting up an appt was easy. Very knowledgeable group with integrity, and unfortunately there are many dentist locations out there wanting to just get as much $$ as possible. Not to mention they give an awesome sample bag at the end. I highly recommend East Lake!

Dr. DeSutter is a great dentist! I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while, and was always really nervous to find out just how bad of shape my teeth were in. It was very much a judgement free environment, and Doc was hilarious!!! It’s hard to complete a cleaning when you can’t stop laughing but he managed. Lizbeth (not sure if I just butchered her name...sry) and Kate were also Amazing and so sweet. The office is clean and stylish, and the music is great (huge plus)! The whole team is very knowledgeable, and explained things in a manner I can understand. I totally recommend East Lake Dental, and will be back in a few weeks to start my treatment plan! Who knew going to the dentist is kinda fun??

We all have to go to the dentist and East Lake Dental is where you want to go! I highly recommend Dr. DeSutter and team! I have now been 5 times and am so impressed. I feel like I am in good hands, getting quality care AND getting education on home dental care that has been extremely beneficial. Their attention to detail is top-notch. I get the perfect amount of reminders (not too much, not too little) along with a text of what my out of pocket expense will be ahead of time. Dr. Desutter was recommended to me by a friend and I have found more than I expected. I had a great experience from the time I entered his clinic; his team and himself were very welcoming and helpful. Even though he is young but he is highly qualified, he makes you feel comfortable and takes his time with you to explain in details. When it comes to his dental work I barely felt anything though I had major crown work done and teeth pulled, I left there very happy. I am an overseas patient and he was very considerate of my time frame, he also helped me book other appointments with another aesthetic dental Dr. I would difinitly come back again and highly recommend him.

This is the absolute in modern dentistry The whole team always goes above and beyond to give a world class experience! They are professional and personable and literally the most painless cleaning I've ever had, the only times I haven't need to be numbed! I had a wonderful experience the other day at East Lake Dental (would never thought that I would put "wonderful" and "dental" in the same sentence). The staff are very professional and the actual dental office is spotless and is clean - comforting when visiting a dentist. Dr. DeSutter is amazing and I found his demeanor and personality wonderful and calming. I also love the fact that everything is new and Dr. DeSutter is using the latest technology. Clearly Dr. DeSutter has a passion for music as there are a couple of guitars hanging on a wall and the music being played is eclectic but really enjoyable and actually relaxing.

I met Dr. DeSutter and his wife Kate in the parking lot in front of the dental office one day when I was walking my dog (Tessa). I was struck by the warm personalities that came out immediately. Only later in our conversation did I find out that they had opened up the practice, I was looking for a new dentist because mine retired and new I had found the right one. My wife made an appointment and loved them and has happily referred them to several others. My first visit came when I broke a crown. They took me in within an hour and handled it well and made me laugh. Dental assistant E-Beth was great as well. They need 6 stars

I decided to find a dentist location close to home after 10 years with my last dentist and I could not be happier with choosing East Lake Dental! Their office was very clean and comfortable. Dr. DeSutter examined my teeth first and took a full set of xrays. He was super nice, funny and made me feel at ease. The hygienist (can’t remember her name) was really nice as well and gave me lots of useful information on keeping my teeth in tip top shape. The staff seemed to all get along very well. I was in and out pretty fast and feel very confident with my new dentist!

I have been pleased with the great service that I have received. The staff is friendly and willing to do what ever is needed to make the patient comfortable and happy. Dr Desutter should be known as the singing dentist as he and his team are singing or humming along to the music as they take care of their patients. As one that has not always been able to find a great dentist office when I have moved from city to city for work, I believe that I have found it in Dallas with East Lake Dental because this team makes going to the dentist office "almost" fun.

I had a great time at this dental office, that’s not something you say everyday! As a young adult away from home this was my first dental appointment outside of my family dentist’s office in California, and I truly enjoyed it. The exam was thorough, the dentist explained everything very well to me, the hygienist was kind and skilled, and the front desk staff was amazing! They made me feel like I was part of the East Lake Dental family while also proving to be knowledgeable, and trustworthy professionals! I think I’ve found myself a new dentist.

It had been almost 6 years since my last dentist visit so I was pretty nervous about the shape my teeth were in but Dr. DeSutter and Ibeth were so nice and I didn’t ever feel uncomfortable! I’ve already been back twice and will continue going to see hem as long as they’ll let me! By far the best dentist experience I’ve ever had! Dr. DeSutter made sure to explain everything he was doing the the reasoning as well as what my next steps should be for a healthy set of teeth. I’ll definitely be going back for as long as they will let me.

It’s been a loooong time since I’ve had dental insurance….so of course I just assumed that the insides of my teeth had now turned into a soft brown mush. I was terrified of making my first appointment, but you and your incredible staff immediately melted away the anxiety that had been building up all these years. Thank you so much for making this a quick, comfortable and fun experience! 10/10 Oh, and as it turns out… I was completely wrong about having a mush mouth…my teeth are still in their solid state…and 100% cavity free!

I’ve been going to Eastlake Dental now for almost 2 years. I can easily say that this has been the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The staff are courteous, patient, and extremely friendly. Why is does this seem like such a rarity these days...I digress. Dr. DeSutter is also incredible personable and explains technical medical jargon in a way that makes sense so that you can better care for my teeth. The staff at East Lake Dental were really nice and helpful from getting my appointment scheduled to coming in for my appointment! The office is nice and open and bright, plus they play a great variety of music! Dr. DeSutter was great at explaining everything going on with my teeth and discussed other things like jaw bones and muscles, and I can't remember any dentist I've gone to in the past discussing that! Dr. DeSutter is an incredibly patient and caring dentist. I have referred all of my neighbors and family, but he is also worth driving to see. Great dentist! The equipment is all brand new and the staff is very knowledgeable and experienced. The location is easy to get to and the hours on Friday morning are helpful for me to not miss work. I've had issues in the past with out-dated dentists who don't know the latest science or new dentists like Mint who are fresh out of school and still figuring out how to work the tools and this place was the perfect balance of the latest technology and proven experience.

What I really appreciated about Dr. DeSutter was that, when he talked through the condition of my teeth, he did not pressure me. We talked and he gave me his opinions and let me make my own decisions. It was a discussion, not just a list of things that he needed to do. He told me the good, the bad, and the ugly—and in a very nice way. I have been seeing Dr. DeSutter for over 3 years now and remain totally impressed with his easy to know and trust manner.

I love East Lake Dental, they always get me in and out in no time, feeling confident with my freshly clean teeth. I was hesitant to go to the dentist this year, but they took all the COVID precautions to make it safe and comfortable. Plus since they are up to date on all the billing policies and processes, I get more out of my dental insurance and pay less then I did with my last two dentists. It was definitely worth the switch for me and my family.

Every person I came in contact with at East Lake Dental was so pleasant and kind. Their customer service is excellent. I was able to get an appointment quickly, there was no wait once I got there, and most importantly, I felt confident that the hygienist and dentist were honest. Best dentist visit I've had in a long time. I hate anything touching my teeth and I honestly rather have a total knee replacement than to have my teeth cleaned. All the staff including the doctor, hygienist and receptionist were friendly and welcoming. I move around often for work and I'm bummed that I won't be in Dallas for the next cleaning. I might have to fly out here just to get my teeth cleaned at east lake dental.

I had to go in as an emergency case. I hit my mouth on a shelf and thought I was going to lose a front tooth. I called, they got me in and saved the tooth. Dr. DeSutter was fantastic and so was the staff. They even got me in to another doctor for stitches in my lip. Definitely a great place to go.
