It's Fine. I just suggest you make sure you Have Your Transit App, Google Maps App or Lyft or Uber App Installed and Updated to have your method of Transportation Available. But Mainly you'll use the Transit App to see the Approximate time the Buses will Arrive and Leave. Be careful. There are No Public Restrooms or Heating and Air Conditioning areas or Cell Phone charging Stations which are Much Needed Big Time. You'll stand outside and suffer lol. Also Alot of the Bus Drivers can be moody with Anger, Arrogance and unresolved Ego issues. Be aware. RIDEKC Needs to do a much better Job Hiring Drivers with Way better Customer Service Skills rather than just hiring drivers that wanna just get a Pay Check and benefits only and treat riders any type of way they choose. Just my Opinion.

I left my medical boot on bus 238, called the #221-0660 as soon as I got back (before the bus went back to the garage) and they said they won't keep anything like that so I could come get it the next day and they seriously threw an $80 medical boot away!! About a week later, I left my big black umbrella on bus 11 and guess what!!!! They seriously threw that away too!! And they wonder why people are disrespectful and rude to them!!!!

Unfortunately no public restrooms. RideKC is not so reliable with the buses. we were stuck there for quite a long time because 1 bus didn't come and the next one went to the garage. meant waiting 3 hours. that without a toilet is pretty bad. RideKC should really come up with something. plus point is the water fountain, free Wifi and the AC in the summer. the employees are always friendly and give as much information as they can.

The transit center it's nice and new as far as all the amenities go. Unfortunately there's not a drink machine anywhere, there is nowhere to get refreshments in the place. Security acts like bullies picking on single people away from the crowd, simply don't go off by yourself.

I've relocated in the past year and it's amazing how the town has become a bigger city. More modern look and Great addition to really complete and compete with other big cities nationwide. Great job Kansas City Missouri …

This is a nice clean station. Only problem is the security thinks there police. Got news for you you aren't cops you couldn't make it as real cops cause 99% of you are fat and overweight, not to mention there IQ is low.

Nice peaceful hub... It's not good to be closed so early. They definitely should consider changing to later hours...
