No public bathroom, and the drivers will tell you to kick rocks if you ask to use theirs. Not a corner store or fast food joint or anything in walking distance. Since the pandemic, Metro is just flat out missing routes. Sometimes there will be an hour-plus wait and there will be 20-30 people all waiting on one route. The actual location/facility is pretty great, but Metro is TERRIBLE in every other way. Most incompetent, unapologetic, hostile, ignorant, unprofessional, arrogant, unpleasant workers I've ever encountered in any field.
This transit Station is always clean and well maintain. The bus sometimes run late but that's to be expected in a major transit center like this one. The only bad thing about this transit station is there are no restrooms or stores nearby to use. The employees seem friendly and nice even when it is busy during rush hours. At night there are no homeless or wandering people. It is always well lit and bright that you feel safe!
Do not ever expect a bus to be on time, especially the #80 heading outbound to Tidwell. I may very well lose my job due to Metro's incompetence. Today I have been waiting for more than an hour for a bus that supposedly is 'on schedule' and 'arrived on time.' No such bus exists. This is not the first, fifth, or even tenth time. This is routine. Absolutely pathetic. Negative five stars. Metro Houston is garbage.
Terrible service, not all of them, but the ones that touched me now. Horrible and pedantic attitude. I kindly came to ask for a route because it was my first time on the subway and they didn't want to help me. I went with another worker and I asked him and he reacted the same. They shouldn't have people like that. with such bad behavior that it is difficult for them to help and answer a question
The bus station seemed Pretty clean (except the pigeons nibbling on their grains) and well connected bus station. I was able to take the bus to NASA and back. Staff onboard the bus was courteous and helps with all your queries. Bus driver (5116) for route 246 was very helpful while I struggled with my cash payment Buses are 99% ontime
Everything is ok but definitely this and all transit centers need a Q card machine to buy and reload it. This will make everything better, specially for tourists that may not have the exact 1.25, and have to look for change.
All of the buses have an excellent schedule except the 80 going Northbound. When they are late 2 buses come together. So I always leave home an hour earlier than expected. …
It's a clean and sheltered station, but it lacks amenities and isn't within walking distance to anything. The area feels safe, however, and the buses seem to be on-time.
Pretty dated facility, but spacious and open and fairly well-lit. Interesting circular design. Feels a mite less safe than TMC but more safe than a handful of others.
Plenty of busses stop there. Not much else is around the area. Has a dedicated shuttle service to and from University of Houston, free for students.
This transit center is open to the wind. There is a bathroom but it's only open to Metro employees. It is a few hundred yards from 45.
the 244 line takes so long to get here every other bus gets here when its supposed to but not monroe their times are always changing.
It's about TEAMWORK working together, and this new system METRO has in place is NEW to me. HOPEFULLY, it works out for the BEST...
Pongan el 76 hasta el Downtown o más tarde. Tenemos que irnos caminando después de las 10 pm. Y hay asaltos
This place needs a machine to add money to q card. I rarely have cash on me. Can't always do it on the bus
Buses come and go pretty regularly. No wait is over usually 15 minutes. Plus easy access to U of H.
Times are off and need a public restroom and drink machines for waiting so long
Buses are so convenient in the city. The buses usually are on time
I catch my bus here all the time looking out at the freeway
Nothing to get excited about. Just waiting for the bus.
