Heres the review for my fellow english speaking friends on the internet. First off the car selection is modest compared to other companies and you DO want a nice car that is able to handle the Albanian roads as they can be very twisty. In my opinion, the initial contact was outstanding, I ended up needing a few extra items like personal wifi and cross territory documents which changed the ultimate price of the contract. They handled all changes with easy and explained everything in detail. After come sthe initial car inspection and more boreing stuff though they do show you all features of the car you chose which is a nice touch. Gas does come included if you want however i chose to not have a prefilled tank as there is one literally 100 feet down the road. This way you can understand how you fill up the tank in Albania, its a tad bit different from any other country. Make sure you bring local cash, and alot for that matter since its a 50/50 with cards depending on where you go. Finally, the return service was yet again fantastic! Unlike most scammy and shady dealerships, the process went great. They ended up finding additionaly damage on the bumper for my ride which i believe was from when it was parked. They let it go and gave me my full deposite back with no hassle. Highly recommend this company, they have both airport and city sites and 24/7 support for anything that goes wrong. My only gripe if anything really, is I would have loved to see them provide a ride for after i dropped the car off. However there is a ton of taxi services down the road.

Their office was easy to reach, and staff was very helpful. We rented Citroen cactus for 4 days. Very soon after starting our trip, we noticed a flapping sound. Turned out there was a bump in the front tyre and we didn't want to risk that tyre would explode. We contacted their office, and they immediately got on their way to get us replacement car. Afterwards we took a closer look on a video of the car that we took before leaving, and saw the bump was there already before we started driving, so 50-50 who should have noticed that. With replacement car (same model) everything went smoothly, though we noticed on 3rd day that window cleaner tank was empty and only one braking light was working. Worth noting is that car was some years old and driven almost 200 k km, so it's not spanking new. Returning car to airport was smooth and person fetching it was very nice and in time. All in all this was a learning experience for first-time renter: check everything before starting your trip

Очень хорошая компания для аренды авто. Выбрал нужную машину на сайте на нужный период и совершил бронирование через WhatsApp. Отвечают на него моментально почти в любое время суток, что очень приятно. Совершил необходимую предоплату в 20% картой на сайте и получил подтверждение бронирования по эмейл. Хоть офис компании находится в городе, прием и сдача авто в аэропорту бесплатные. Сама машина была абсолютно новая (Hyundai I20 2023, 10к км пробега). Если хотите ездить чуть подальше от цивилизации, рекомендую брать что-то с большим клиренсом. Дороги в Албании в основном асфальтированные, но до некоторых достопримечательностей идёт грунтовка. Никаких доп оплат по возврате начислено не было, депозит вернули в полном объеме. Доп водитель стоит всего 10 евро. Можете смело брать в аренду машину здесь и наслаждаться путешествием по Албании. Машина здесь вам точно понадобится.

Vado spesso in Albania per motivi personali e l'ultima volta ho provato Easy Rent. Azienda giovane e dinamica. Prenotazione e pagamento dell'anticipo avvengono tramite web. All'arrivo in aeroporto ti riceve il loro personale con tanto di nome sul cartello identificativo e ti accompagna sino all'auto parcheggiata nell'apposita zona, senza ulteriori tempi di attesa. Macchina nuova e in perfette condizioni. Ho incluso anche la full insurance, il doppio guidatore è il border fee per il Kosovo. Servizio da 5 stelle. Ho avuto un imprevisto e la restituzione dell'auto è avvenuta il giorno dopo, semplicemente tramite comunicazione wapp. Prezzi vantaggiosi per servizio fornito e le condizioni delle auto. Bravi, continuate così.

Just wanted to leave a positive review on our rental experience. My partner and I hired an Audi Sedan for 1 week from EasyRent. We couldn’t believe how easy this rental was - we’ve had some nightmares on other trips but this was honestly the most hassle free rental ever! The price was great, our car was in fantastic condition. The pick up process was seamless - the office is well staffed and we’re expecting us, went over the important rules and signed the contract easily without fuss and then picked up our car. Drop off was similar - really simple, just dropped the car off and left. No unexpected charges, no stress or disorganisation - really we couldn’t recommend or thank EasyRent enough.

Ottimi professionisti e cordiali. Il servizio è sicuramente da 5 stelle, molto efficienti e trasparenti. Ho affittato ad agosto una fiat panda per 7 giorni a 45€/gg (compreso di assicurazione kasko e furto). La macchina non ci ha dato nessun problema però ho fatto un pò fatica a guidarla, la frizione non era messa tanto bene seconde me. Nelle strade in salita la macchina faceva davvero molta fatica ( per girare l'Albania consiglierei una macchina di categoria superiore). Infine la quinta e la retromarcia a volte facevano fatica ad entrare. Forse qualche manutenzione in più era necessario. Tuttavia ci ritornerei.

Although my experience started off by a human error in my reservation, the company executed efficient communication and excelled at making things right. I had a minor set back landing but the company made sure I left with a car, and the workers are very communicative and assertive. They keep their word and are very punctual. I would recommend them. And for anybody else renting cars, just always double check and make sure your reservation are correct prior to landing so some things can be avoided. Thanks again Easy rent.

Have used many hire companies, these were great. Were waiting at the airport arrivals for us at 1.30am. The transaction to get the car was quick and efficient and we were on the road in no time. Returning the car to the airport we arrived alot sooner than our 2pm dropoff time and they showed up at 1.50pm to pick up the car. The car was faultless modern citroen cactus, had brand new tyres on. Driving around albania was a highlight of the holiday

The best company in Tirana. I have rented in many other agencies, but the experience with easy rent felt so professionally handled and I had no problems. Customer service is 10/10 and very friendly. The cars i have rented never gave me any kind of problem and i enjoyed them. The whole renting process is exactly like the name very easy! I am currently living in UK for 6 years now and every time I travel in Tirana this is my go to agency.

We had the car for two weeks driving a lot around the southern part of Albania over hard mountains and difficult terrain. We had no issues with the car and it was easy to pick up and deliver by Tirana airport from a person meeting us there. The car was a bit old and there was no window spray to clean, but overall very happy with the rental (as long as no extra charges will be added in near future ) thanks for making it easy

Spontane Buchung war bei uns möglich und wir haben einen kleinen Rabatt bekommen. Das Auto hat leider etwas gestunken und war nicht zuverlässig. Wir mussten während unseres Trips die Autobatterie wechseln, da die Alte versagt hatte. Es kam zwar Jemand, jedoch erst nach wiederholtem Bitten und nach 1 Stunde anstatt 30 Minuten. Die Abgabe war ok, jedoch auch mit Zeitverzögerung. Service demnach ok, Autos könnten besser sein.

My experience with Easy Rent was absolutely perfect! The manager Doni and the rest of the office staff were extremely helpful with the whole process and were able to get me a great car on short notice! They were also a available at any time with any questions I had and made the whole process very smooth. I will be renting with them solely going forward every time I am in Tirana!

Best experience with a rental car company. The car was great, everything was easy and the staff are super friendly, helpful and get back to you really quickly. We had a problem with our tyre and had to get it changed, and they reimbursed us! Would go for these guys over Avis, Hertz etc any day, and cheaper too. If you are hesitating about whether to use them, go for it!!

The staffs were friendly and very helpful. There was a bit of a bump with the car battery but it has been sorted out very quickly(within an hour). Had an amazing rest of the journey. We booked a Dacia Sandero. The car was ok and worked as it was supposed to. It only had a problem on the radio display which was not legible and the gear knob was all worn, small problems but that make me give 4 stars as a rating. The staff were very nice and helpful and the delivery of the car was quick. Definitely reliable agency!

Nous avons eu une crevaison lors de notre périple, après changement de la roue, ils ont envoyé quelqu'un a notre rencontre à clore pour nous remettre une roue plus pérenne et nous permettre la suite de notre voyage en toute sécurité.

Great service, they were ready to meet us at arrivals and took us straight to the car. The car was clean and in good condition, paid by card and we were good to go. Returning the car was easy, we just parked at the airport car park and they came to find us. One of the best car rental experiences I've had and the price was good too

Quick, easy and efficient experience. Cheaper than other places. Convenient to be able to pick up from main office in city and return to airport. The car could have done with a bit of attention - there was a warning light on when we picked it up then another came on shortly before we dropped it off again.

The name of the the company lives to its expectations. We rented an automatic car for 4 days, it was in good condition and economical. Pickup and return both was easy without any hassles. The only thing I didn’t like that we had to put deposit of 150Eur. But all in all very Good service!

Very pleasant people at the office and when we dropped off the car at the airport. They communicate well and are not overcharging. We had a very nice volkswagen (5 pers.), if you want to drive outside the bigger cities it's a good idea to maybe rent a 'higher' car due to rougher roads.

Great service. The personal speaks English very well and responds quickly to WhatsApp messages. We had a problem with the car wifi, but they fixed it in a few hours. We received the correct car, that worked and wasn't damaged or rusty. Our only problem was that it had no wiper fluid.

Parfait. Je recommande vivement ! Véhicule propre, personnel très réactif en cas de retard de vol ou autre. Harris a été super lorsque nous avons récupéré le véhicule et lors de sa restitution. Très bon rapport qualité/prix et surtout agence de location sérieuse.

Boa experiência. O carro que tínhamos alugado não tinha as condições oferecidas. Depois de alguma relutância la nos fizeram o upgrade. No entanto o carro estava um pouco sujo, e não tinha o gps built in.
