They put Electric Vehicle only stalls that are not very visibly marked (and don't have charging station), which to me is just a trap to get more fine money. I parked on an empty lot, paid for parking, and got a 60 dollar fine because I didn't see the tiny EV logo underneath the 'hourly parking' sign.

This is pretty cheap place to park in the city I feel. But, it was not giving an option to extend the time in the phone app, hence we had to walk from our house to the car early morning to renew the parking.

I think the City of Vancouver really needs to take another look at the Easypark's management. At least from the way that the company responded to negative reviews, I don't see anything good at all.

Arriving at what was out 05:00 a little confusing to work out what to do. However once we got WiFi and the app installed we were able to keep the rental topped up for our short stay.

Parking is usually available here however make sure your car is locked and do not leave valuables in plain sight in the car. Rates are expensive as with any parkade in Vancouver.
