I broke my chain while on a ride, and took my bike here as a walk-in for repair. They provided a loaner bike while mine was being fixed, and called to tell me it was ready for pickup about an hour later. Phenomenal customer service!

They were closed because it was raining. Didn't make sense to me since it's indoors. So if it's raining or looks like it may rain don't waste your time.
