Very terrible experience! One of the staff members were racist and we were treated badly! My parents and I were browsing through the shop for a short while and this female staff member came to us. She looked at my dad's foot and said my dad's foot is too big, they do not have the size and told us to get out of the shop. Bear in mind that we were just browsing through and did not approach or enquire anything from any of the staff members. I was confused at first because my dad's size is 42 (which is average size) and there were a whole range of shoes on the shelves from size 40 to 46. I told her we were looking for size 42 and she told us no sizes are available and to get out of the shop. I did not make any comments and turned around, wanting to just ignore that. And then things just escalated badly. Since there were 5-6 empty sofa available, my mum sat down on one of the sofa and in just seconds, the same female staff came over and told my mum that she can't sit on it as it was only for 'customers'. There was a whole group of locals (assumed as they were speaking the native language) sitting on the sofa, and only one person was trying on the shoes. I did not see her chasing anyone away and they were chatting happily. I was furious at that point of time and confronted her for being racist. She just turned and walked away. I asked the other staff members (who was friendly) whether the shop owner is around to make a complaint but obviously, the shop owner was not around. The other staff member was kind enough to listen to my story and apologise for her colleague's raciat behaviour. I took a few photos of her as attached below. This kind of racist behaviour should not be condoned and she should be penalised for that! I pleaded here if the shop owner / manager / or anyone in charge of this outlet, to contact me (via email) if you would like to find out more about what happened. P.S - she chased after me and demanded from me to delete her photos. And obviously I wouldn't and told her I would call the police if she continues to harass me. She still refused to budge until I took out my phone, wanting to video her then she ran away (feeling ashamed of course)

I went to this place two times. The lady on the ground floor is very nice, and although they didn't have what I needed, she recommended the exact location where I could find it. However, the personal on the first floor is frequently absent, I don't know if it should be that way.

Not a very big store but clean and well managed. The store manager could not (or did not want to?) speak in english, which was a bit unwelcoming and improfessional.

Super Beratung und sehr nette Verkäufer! Man bekommt Hilfe, sobald man sie braucht. Wenn nicht, wird man auch in Ruhe gelassen. Ich war sehr zufrieden!
