I've been coming here for a year since living in Echo Park and it always served the meaning it was supposed to. I came back tonight with stuff I had washed previously this week that was still a little damp and was told by the owner/manager that I wasn't allowed to just dry. Even though I used their dryers earlier in the week and it still was wet if I "didn't use the washer in the same trip I couldn't use the dryer." I explained to the owner/manager I had been coming there for a year and he still refused my service. I will never go back, despite if I had used the washer this trip or not, I was a paying customer, have only been to this laundromat for the past year since living in LA and I am very disappointed. Such a greedy place, I've seen them kick people out for similar reasons before but have never thought anything of it till now. Super overrated and i'm sure prices are hire than most places, it was just close to my house.

The guy who owns this place hates his customers. All he does is tell you which machines are broken, tell you you can't dry clothes without a wash, complains about his overhead, and doesn't care if you need to do wash or not. He especially hates women. Dirty, broken equipment, broken coin machines ..why does he own a business? Please someone buy this business from him so we can have a decent Laundromat in this neighborhood. The kids call it ghetto, but honestly, that's an insult to ghettos everywhere. Lost my business. If I could give it a negative star I would.

to owner why you dont monitor your employees many times i come they end up at lunch ? it seems like their lunch are most of the day. i care less but dont was my time when i come for pickup!! if they want whole day lunch design a way we can get out laundry. i got in an argument cause second time i came and still lunch? there was 5 mins and i knock and she went blalistic. young big hispanic girl and tall. She tries to lecture me like she is my boss? i looked at her laugh got my clothes and left

This is the worst Laundromat I ever been too! Its display price says one thing, and as soon as you select hot it price hikes you with no warnings or warning signs posted! The owners ond operators should be ashamed of themselves not warning and over charging the consumers. Please don't waste your time or money here! Real Laundromat's don't do this to their customers or communities!

Hello I been coming here for years but the last year the machine don't have enough water to wash clothes I been complaining plus if ypu d9nt jeep track of your coin the machines still your coins. I ask for the owner information and the employer won't give the name or nu.ber..

My new favorite laundry mat super clean, open 24 hrs, one down side the wash is a little more then other places but in the end I saved more money because there dryers worked so great I didn't spend much on drying. They have vending machines for drinks, wash item, etc

This laundry is always filthy inside. customers have to pay extra to use the bathroom. every laundry i been to the bathroom is available for use to customers. but not here. Employees are very rude. Alot of times the homeless people are hanging out here.

24 hours is good, it's kinda small. I'm sure if I picked a better time it would be less crowded. Staff was good natured & quite helpful the place was nicely cleaned. They lost the last star because too many of the dryers doors wouldn't stay closed.

They open at 7am. Too much to ask to simply update their Google listing with the correct hours. No no no. Much better to have folks walk 2 miles after working all day and then have them find out that they are closed. Good plan. Good luck with thay

This place is bad. Half the machines are out of order. The machines are always full of old detergent. But they keep putting up their prices. Used to be a quarter for 15 mins drying now it’s only 8 mins. Service gets worse and the prices go up!!!

I have been coming here to do laundry ever since we first moved here 20 years ago. DO NOT COME. The worker literally stopped the machine I was using because she felt like it. I filled the washer machine just fine. I always do the same load.

Really nice and relaxing place to do laundry. I went at 6am on a Friday. Lots of parking at this time and not crowded. Very clean and has a bathroom but I didn't use the bathroom. Love the convenience of the vending machines too.

Nice an quiet clean great prices...but you have to paid 25 cents to use the bathroom if you are a customer..because homeless like to used it to take showers...but other then that nice place to wash...

A great park for so many reasons. The lake, the fountain, the geese and ducks, the turtles, the "Swans". However, if you're looking for some quiet solitude, you might be hard pressed to find it here.

Man the worker always at lunch what kind of service that I have to go on their time? I Uber to get my things and who is going to reimburse me? Bad business ethnics!

This is my favorite and ONLY laundry mat that I wash my clothes at. The machines do a very good job at washing and drying your clothes. They never disappoint :)

The machines don't even work and when you complain the owner or the worker there gets mad because you're complaining for your refund I don't recommend it

Used to be 24 hours. Now the lady says they close at 11. Although hours on door say 12am. Please clarify this.

This place is awesome open 24 hours and clean. I ran the homeless guy out it was panhandling immediately.

Says open 24 hrs online but it's 11:43 pm and he has the door locked. Wasted time coming out here.
