Terrible service, if there was a lower rating then 1 star I would give it. I purchased a refrigerator on a Saturday was informed that it would be delivered on Tuesday before 12, it was out in the system that it was for delivery Tuesday. the poor service started when the over charged me at the till When i went to pay, only when i check the receipt i notice that i was over charged and questioned it did they cancel the transaction and made me pay again. Then after taking the day off work to receive the delivery, i wait for a call from the delivery or the supplier by 10 am i called Ecity and they said the world call me back...They did not. I called again and was informed that there was noting on the system and that the order was not sent to teh supplier, I was anger and asked to speak to a manager he was off work and then the phone got cut off. I called back 3 times no answer, when someone did pick up and I was put on to the gentleman that hung up on me he informed my that they made a mistake and they will deliver after 12 on Wednesday, then he said he cant grantee that to it would be Thursday . It was terrible from start to finish, I took at day off work for this I lost time and money over all this and not even an I am sorry. I would tell people never use this company as the operation is so bad and customer service terrible. Still waiting yto hear back from the manager or the company itself. I am updating my review from yesterday because of what has just occurred You completely messed up again. Can't believe how terrible this service is. Half a day I spent speaking to different people from your company and after all that back and forth, and after coming to an agreement, you messed it up again and delivered it on the wrong day. I have to change my work plans again and walked out fo a work event early because of your poor management and service . I estimate you have cost me around 2k of business because of your incompetence. Shame on you all. And all these replies on you review mean nothing unless your will to follow up and your not and you didn't. Gave you a chance and again your failed.

Useless to say the least. We bought a TV and asked Charles (sales guy) to make sure to deliver today between 3-7 and when I messaged asking where the delivery guy is, he says they are out on delivery and they can’t set a time because they have more deliveries. Yet I booked 4 days in advance and he said yes ok! Very quick to take the money and leave us there to wonder what’s going to happen after! …Eventually someone called me at 4pm today to tell me that they will be late at around 7:30 because they are in Abu Dhabi. First of all, why is my brand new expensive 77” TV in a van for more than 8 hours and on the road from Dubai to Abu Dhabi ?? I live in Dubai and the sound of having my TV running around at the back of a van with the awful drivers there are around is just not good to hear. Not to mention, we stayed home from work to receive the TV and still nothing!! No call back, no replies on WhatsApp, and no one picks the phone up… Very disappointed.

Thank you so much for wasting my time and energy. I went to the store, a week ago, I ordered a tv, fridge and cooker, we agreed I will receive them on Friday the week after, I received a call on Thursday at 4 pm, a day before the delivery, saying sorry the items you bought are out of stock, and when I asked why I was not informed during the purchasing time that it’s not available and you are just informing me now when I scheduled all my moving based on this delivery, he said it was available when you bought it but now it’s not available, like really? Total waste of time, and miss of all my plans that I did based on the delivery and I will for sure complain to dubai consumer rights.

I had seen an Instagram post with e city official web page tagged in it- The post claimed thousand dirham in exchange for every working laptop. I even called up the store and was assured the same offer is still ongoing- if I bring in working laptops. I visited their store in person with three laptops in working condition. All three had Intel core i7 with graphic card in them. One among these was a gaming laptop with even a 4K display. After waiting a tedious 1 hour- I was given an offer for AED400 combined for all three laptops together! Have the courtesy to at-least give all the information before trying to lure in customers with false promises!

I bought a “fast” charging cable for my iPad and even when I used my own adapter which is fast charging it barely charged whereas when I used a different fast charging cable it charged a lot faster. When buying the charger the lady selling it to me guaranteed that it will be fast charging but it wasn’t and when I asked for the speed for the charger she didn’t tell me and only told me that it is fast charging which it isn’t. When I called them to ask for a refund they told me to bring my iPad to them with my charger so they can check for themselves as it seems that they didn’t believe me which is very offensive to me

Hi Team, GA. May I know what is your customer service no? If it is 045140446 no one bothers to answer it as I have been calling for almost 2 days. I bought the Hisense Washing machine 10 KG on 14-08-24 just about a month and it has been giving us constant issues since the 5th day. Can you send an engineer ASAP as I am not able to use the machine to the best of its abilities. Also, plz ask someone on duty to atleast answer the customer service landline. I bought my appliances from this store it was very good experience with mr. Ashamed & Kevin they are very helpful & knowledgeable for only until I purchase. After no one cares. Then it took me receive my Appliences 7 days instead of two days. No one show up for installing my stove. I had to call every time to Ecity which my calls were ignored. Third party which was service ordered just promised that they will come to fix and never show up. 7 days for receiving and 4 days for service and still didn’t get the installation. Don’t buy from here. You waste your time and money.

TLDR: Deceptive sales practices and fraud. Unfortunately I have had to edit my review, I went here to buy a new laptop, asking detailed questions to sales person Navaraj. He assured me the USB-C connection was multifuntional. When I discovered this was not the case at a local Lenovo Service Center, where I discovered that the two year guarantee that was promised was not active, despite having paid an extra $45 at the store. Since then I have emailed with another employee Sarmila Khambu Shrestha, whom I had spoke to the phone but they have since still not responded.

I had a very bad experience with this store. I recently purchased big appliances(total of 13k AED) from there based on salesperson advice. However, I chose the wrong gas cooker because of the agent’s misguidance. I wanted to exchange the item, but they kept directing me to the supplier, although the supplier had nothing to do with it. Everything is excellent in the store until you buy the items, but after that, they leave you alone with your problems. Poor after-sales department/customer service.

Roma from customer service is disorganised person along with the techical repair team saying the pk10 karaoke was misused though the unit was not use. I told her to advise the customer for any updates atleast but she never did as well. Extended warranty was paid but still asking me to pay some amount for repair apparently it was not covered the faulty socket and this should be explained prior to any purchase. On the other hand the the store manager Mr. AHMED IS very helpful and accomodatinh.

They have variety of products but seems like they don’t want to sell them. Customers keeps on waiting for half an hour to get any assistance and then sometimes at cash counter person is busy in talking to his friends and customers wait in queue. It doesn’t matter to them if same item is selling for less somewhere else, they will say their price is fixed and won’t reduce even 10 aed. If you are getting same product somewhere else, prefer buying from some other place.

Worst experience. I have ordered hoover washing machine 3 weeks back and they suppose to deliver 2 days back. However still I did not get delivery and they don't even have helpline to support. I went all the way Ecity to follow up and still they are unable to find my washing machine. So They have taken full money from me and they don't even know where is my washing machines is gone. Still no solution
