Even though the service fee covers a minimum of 3 hours, I never get the impression that they're deliberately trying to stretch out the time. It seems like they genuinely aim to complete the job efficiently. Just like me. They meticulously wrap, pack, and unpack everything. I have a pair of heavy speakers weighing 150lb each, and they relocated them without any issues, carrying them from my old house to the new one upstairs.
