I work with a fitness club and I must say Eden Gym is one of the most amazing gyms I’ve been to, I mean they take care of their clients, they create an exercise routine for free for all members and the gym rate is very affordable, especially for that location. They are open 5:30 am - 9 pm Monday to Friday and 7 am - 12 pm on Saturday and it's closed on Sundays. Check out Eden Gym.
It was a great experience visiting their gym, everyone there is super nice and the gym equipment is serviceable with a wide variety of options as to how to carry out your workout routine. It is important to note that the staff is incredibly helpful if you wish to work out a fitness plan that best suits you. Would visit again
Its a very nice place. First timers are taken through a free workout process and if you are ready to join after the process then you can register and become a member. The place is interesting.
Beautiful place, great equipment, friendly staff and professional trainers. The corporate guys working around no longer have an excuse for not keeping fit.

Easy to get to from the CBD and put in an effective workout after work. It's however, becoming an expensive option.
They got some of the most patient and effective trainers ready to work with you and to achieve your fitness goals.
