I'm a massage therapist and small spa owner myself, so massage is always my top vacation priority. The facility was nice, clean, and relaxing. The staff was pleasant. I booked the signature massage because of the combination of techniques it would use. The massage was good, being that the business is classified as a Med Spa, I expected a massage catered to therapeutic needs with a touch of pampering. That's what I got, but not in a combination catered to my individual needs; I believe there may have been a specific protocol routine for this massage. There was no intake form to fill out and no pre massage consultation. I was just told to get on the table. I decided to wait a few minutes to survey the therapists skills and natural intuition to find areas of tension. The back portion of the massage was fairly thorough with adequate pressure. She occasionally honed in on some active trigger points, but only briefly before moving on; it was a little back and forth from one area to another and back again, but over all I was satisfied with the back portion of the massage. I mentioned in conversation that I was from out of town and feet and legs were sore from walking, and that I'd recently tweaked a muscle in my neck. She told me she'd been doing this for 16 years, to trust her, and that they were a very famous NY spa. These areas were grazed over with little pressure. After a brief posterior neck massage, I asked if she could do the front of my neck. She asked if I wanted more neck and did mostly the same thing she already did to the back of my neck again. At this point I realized there was a a bit of a language barrier so I let it go just enjoyed the pampering. It was still a nice massage and experience; I will definitely return and would be happy to see the same therapist again(Annie), but I recommend to anyone seeking specific therapeutic work to call ahead to express their needs. I booked on-line and did not realize there might be some communication issues with the therapists. I'd also recommend to the business, the use of letter sized laminated body charts for clients to circle with a dry erase marker the areas they'd like their therapist to focus on.

purchased the package 1 special with the nutrition scrub, derm young facial, balancing massage and foot soak. the scrub was incredible, and arguably the best thing about the package. felt like a massage in itself, vichy shower was so relaxing, and my aesthetician was so polite and kind. i'd pay the full price on that. the massage was next, and it was really mediocre, unfortunately. of course since it wasn't a deep tissue, i wasn't expecting much. not worth full price on that, but if you get a deal, its nice and relaxing. the facial was where i got a bit irritated. i don't mind being upsold, but unnecessary comments on one's skin is tacky. my skin is exceptionally clear, i get facials regularly, and the woman asked multiple times on a package add on when it wasn't needed and she insisted it was, and made comments on how the value of the facial was 198 dollars or whatever (not sure if she was insinuating i couldn't afford it? but...ok?). the results of the facial were great, but it makes me hesitant to go back for facials with the upselling. the foot soak was laughable. i don't see how anyone would pay money for what was a literal plopping of feet into warm water for 15 minutes. don't bother on that, but it was part of my package. overall, it's a nice, clean place with beautiful interior. you get a locker, robe, and access to a sauna room, little perks that make up for a sometimes lackluster experience. i'll be back, but with a package or deal, since i find spa membership options at my go to places to be more affordable, more convenient and customizable.
RIPP OFF PLACE ! Our experience in Eden Day Spa was not HORRIBLE due to staff that are more interested in your money than in your well being. We purchased a 3 treatments combo in Groupon, the spa haven't mentioned on the deal that the taxes were not included. Tips were 50 % of what we paid as they are asking you to tips them on the original price of the treatments. They also said you can choose between different type of facial which wasn't true either as the lady told me she can't do the deep cleaning without a 40$ extra serum. The therapist which was rude to me, keep arguing with me saying that I really need it and I should pay the extra as my skin doesn't look good. After I refused several times her extra services she told me that she will do the regular facial, adding that: "As you don't want to pay, I will offer you to apply a mask for free". As mask is a must on every facial, I found it very ironic. Moreover the mask is a sheet as the one you bought on every supermarkets, what a disappointment ! I found the situation very inappropriate as I came there to relax and I had already purchase the treatment that i wanted. Moreover the treatment place is not the right place to discuss money. The place was not very clean either and I was not tempted to put my feet in their shower. The meal that they offer us was a kid portion of noodles with 2 slices of zucchinis and mushrooms with no taste. That is the first time I am so disappointed by going to a spa, I will never go back.
For what they are charging, this spa should be a lot better. Had a terrible experience last night when I met a special lady there for a couple's massage. Apparently you have to specify that you want a couple's massage, because even though the front desk understood this was a date (I got there a few minutes earlier to pay and book the massage) they ultimately led us to 2 separate rooms. The whole process was very confusing, once you pass the front desk English becomes rare and the staff is extremely hard to understand. They showed me into the locker room and left me with a dysfunctional locker, I had to go back to the front desk to get assistant, and once they were done helping me open the locker they disappeared again. This happened repeatedly. I didn't know when to put on the rob, where to go after, etc... very confusing and there's no one around to guide you. The Massage itself was pretty horrible. The lady rushed through it and kept her eye on the clock the whole time. I felt prodded and poked at, muscles were not rubbed thoroughly and there was no tenderness or focus to speak of. She used very little oil and there was a TICKING clock in the room that made it very hard to relax. Tick Tock, Tick Tock, Tick Tock.. all the time... Once we were out (and finally together again) they let you relax in these big chairs, mine worked, hers didn't. The entire experience was $150 (including the tip). Definitely NOT repeating again.
The people here are very nice. But besides that, the facility is not five star. I would say it’s a nail salon vibe with similar decor but just larger. I went in feeling relaxed but when I got to my facial, the lady started trying to up sell me which is awkward and frustrating. I told her no I don’t have money for that and she continued to try and up sell me more. I get it, it’s their job, but don’t do that when someone in laying on a massage/facial bed relaxed in dim room. My massage was extremely mediocre. Half the time the girl was using just one hand and I also felt bad for her because her stomach kept growling. But the worst part was all the noise and talking in that hallway the entire time. At first I thought it was going to stop but it went in for the entire 70 minutes of my massage. It wasn’t just whispering and foot steps, it was like a broom hitting a dustpan super loud and some other cart or something rolling back and forth. Literally right outside of my room. The meal was just ok. If you’re hungry you will eat it. It’s a nice gesture. Even with my groupon you end up paying a sales tax and then they pressure you into a 20% tip when you are paying. My ladies were very nice but I wouldn’t say it was worth the price I paid or 20% gratuity. For the quality of massage and all the noise it makes more sense to go to the walk in spas that do a $45/hour massage.
I got the Groupon to enjoy the 80-minute essential massage and foot mask with the meal after during my stay in NYC. Love that I got a quick tour of the place before getting ready for my spa treatment. It was great that they were able to get me started early before my appointment. This place is very well maintained. After changing into the robe, I helped myself with some peanuts and water and sat in the lounge, facing the calming water fountain which was in the center of the room. There was a table of crackers and peanuts for the guests to eat while waiting. Stephanie called me and ushered me into one of the rooms. It was 80 minutes of pure relaxation and bliss. Great pressure at the start then more swedish, sweeping motions with the oils. Very thorough scalp and head massage while face down and also face up. The foot mask was good since I had been walking a lot. The stretches were good too and much needed. Stephanie melted the tension, aches and pain. All the options for the complimentary food sounded delicious. I opted for the shrimp, chicken and mushroom pasta and it was a plate of yummy goodness! So glad I found this place. Highly recommended! I wish they had one in San Antonio.
From the door, Complete Good energy .instant relaxation mode..they have you take your shoes off at the entrance and slide into some slides that fit to your shoe size then they walk you back to where you undress and get into their robe and towel..and serve you green tea, or whatever you want to drink before your massage begins.. Super relaxing atmosphere.peacful tranquility your mind and body needs ..I would have to say that the Massage Therapists here know exactly what pressure points to hit. Although I went in entirely messed up and actually needing a chiropractor too .I went in and could barely move my neck . And came out a bit more unraveled then how I came in...my case was extreme but has gotten better since..I will definitely be going back ..the experience is superb.. don't just go here for your Birthday...make it a habit to treat yourself good all the time! Enjoy the pics..it is absolute heaven here..Eden Spas Thank YOU FOR SUCH EXCELLENT SERVICE!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! DO NOT CHANGE!
My partner surprised me with an appointment for the couples massage at Eden Med Spa yesterday, July 30th. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. First, we were taken to get a 15 minute foot soak. Then our masseuses took us to a room where for the next hour and a half we were blissfully zoned out for a full body massage. Our masseuses were firm and attentive. I felt like a new person afterwards! We were offered very good Brut champagne and Ferrero Rocher chocolates (included in the package) chatted for the next 30 mins and then one at a time were taken to a separate room to get a full body scrub. It was my first time having a couples massage and it was a real treat. It was well worth the price of the service. The attentiveness of our massage therapists, and the complete experience was a delight. I would absolutely recommend the couples massage and I look forward to returning in the future.
I had an amazing time here. I literally spent my entire evening here because it was SOO relaxing! I took my mother here for her birthday and she also loved it she was so happy. She got a facial and she was GLOWING they finished her facial. We also got full body massages, and a mani and a foot stone massage which was all in a package for a really good deal for the both of us. I definitely recommend it to anyone. The staff was really nice, friendly and helpful. They were not racist or judgmental at all. (ive had negative experiences at other spa's who will literally make you so uncomfortable you want to run out) The only reason why I didnt give them 5 stars is because I was separated from my mother the entire time so I barely got to spend actual relaxing time with her im not sure if its like that when you buy a couples massage... but overall it was an exquisite experience! Would most definitely come back. Thank you Eden Day Spa!
I’ve been to many “Spas” in NYC and different states, and I must say that this place by far has been the worst place I’ve been to. I went there for a hot stone massage (gift), and it was mediocre. The customer service was ok, it felt fake. The back area where you sit and wait, is extremely dark. The chairs are worn out and you sink in,( I’m petite). There’s no hot tea and biscuit station as many other places. The bathrobes and towels are dingy in cleanliness and worn out, they definitely need to purchase better ones. The rooms are extremely small and not very inviting. No scented candles or relaxing ambience. Light switch cover had mold on it. The massage bed had a weird smell to it. The lady that massaged me was very rough to which I had to tell her to go easy numerous times. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. It’s extremely disappointing that they charge so much for any service. I wouldn’t take my dog there.
first of all, it's over priced even on groupon! I paid over $100 plus tax plus tips for a massage and foot exfoliate. anywhere else in manhattan, mostly $60 for a package on groupon. So I paid more than double. My so called foot scrub actually is lower leg scrub and I felt painful the sand they are using. body massage is ok. no wifi. no internet. only tiny sauna room. so called meal food sucks and cheap. I only got water and almost plain noodles. I skipped shower in this place because I am concerned of hygiene and water pressure. It doesn't look pleasant. Be aware: this place looks nothing like you saw in fine pictures. It's deceiving advertisement. It is a run down business. the environment gave a poor vibe. cheap cluttered setting. you can get so much better experience by adding $10-$20 in a 5 star hotel. It will be a never go for me in the future.
Definitely NOT 5 star. One star for effort. I felt as if I were in a nail salon. Extremely overpriced. $300 for a 90 minute deep tissue and 35 minute reflexology. When sitting in waiting room, I had to ask twice how to order. There seemed to be a lot of staff, with no guidance. Not attentive at all. The deep tissue was mediocre. I can hear everyone outside my room. When my deep tissue ended, I asked if he knew I also requested a reflexology. He said it was in a different room, when I asked if it was in a private room, he said yes. It was not - seats were in a circular set up- no privacy. Staff with laundry carts filled with towels were coming in and out. I felt super uncomfortable. Food was so bad. Really disappointing. Lack of bathrooms. Locker rooms were tiny.

This is my favorite spot to get a facial for sure. The most detail oriented and thorough process i’ve experienced. But I will say they are a bit pricey. It is an incredible service but expect to pay a bit more than you may like to. Although, you are paying for the ambience. considering it is also a full spa with a lounge area. The staff is very attentive and super nice. I’ve been coming here for 3 years on and off and the service has been consistent except for once. The massages are also really good here, i recommend getting a massage/facial combo! They offer a lot of different facials, I would decide before you start the process so that you aren’t surprised when asked to add on additional service because, again, the price will climb. I hope this helps!
Recently, my 2 sisters and I booked a girls spa day at Eden Day Spa. The spa is beautiful and tranquil. We were taken in right away and changed and offered a light snack including fresh fruit, juice, cheese and crackers. We then had amazing massages for 60 min. Julia gave me one of the best deep tissue massages that I have ever had. Afterwards, I ordered the pasta dish which was delicious. My other sister ordered the tuna fish sandwich with a side salad and we devoured our meal which was included in the price. You can't beat that. Afterwards, we went into the sauna and relaxed for a while before we left. This spa is definitely well worth the money! This gets my highest recommendations and it is perfect for anyone who needs a spa retreat!
I truly enjoy my spa experiences here. This is a soothing spa located in lower Manhattan. The multilevel location is well lit and clean. There is a reception area just as you walk in. After checking in, the staff offer you slippers and collect your shoes. There are automatic lockers that can only be unlocked with a key fob. My first service was the body scrub: the massage therapist was professional. They follow up with a wonderful table shower. Next, the European facial was relaxing and thorough. They sometimes offer a variety of deals online (which can include a delicious meal). After your services are complete, you relax in massive leather chairs surrounding a fountain. This experience is worth the effort to find the location.
The best massages I have ever had! I have gotten two massages here (deep tissue and revital relaxtion) with different masseuses and both were very kind and adapted the massage to my personal needs/problem areas. I ended up extending my massage from 60mins to 75 because it was so amazing! I have a herniated disc in my neck and experience chronic pain, they expressed concern, gave me lots of relief and advice on how to treat it going forward. The staff are very knowledgable and have plenty of experience. I even even got a free foot mask! The overall vibes are very relaxing, with a central waterfall, lounge chairs, tea and access to sauna. You are transported into tranquility and forget that you are in the midst of Manhattan!
The spa treatment (package) was a birthday gift from my daughter...it was actually first time visiting a spa and Eden Spa made a lasting impression. From the moment you walk in you're greeted by very friendly staff. Since it was my first visit, they gave me tour of the facility. The ambience is amazing. Everything there screams relaxation. During the massages, facial, etc...even in the lounge area there's relaxing music. Between the facial, full body massage, and hot/cold pedicure with stones I left feeling amazing. Even the pasta they serve was great. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a spa treatment.
I'm going to be honest... this place is in a great location (soho) which drives in multiple clients. Great location i just wish I could say the same about what happens inside. The service is o k truthfully you can find something wayyyy better for the price... MY PERSONAL ITEMS WERE STOLEN OUT OF MY LOCKED LOCKER (They provide fob keys which makes it fishier, cause only workers & myself could access). PLEASE, SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO ELSEWHERE. Plus the food is horrible. SAVE YOUR SANITY, TIME, AND PROTECT YOUR BELONGINGS by not coming here. Eden made me feel the complete opposite of relax.
My boyfriend and I both went for a 3 treatment package via pulsd (80 min massage, foot massage, and facial). I’ve gotten a lot of massages but honestly this has been the best one. Even my bf whose a fitness trainer was super happy- his masseuse was Helen. Stephanie was my masseuse and was amazing. For our facials we had Michelle. We both upgraded our package to include a more extensive treatment and I’m so glad I did. My face looks amazing. We are 100% coming back. The staff was so nice. Everything was clean and tidy. The pictures don’t do it justice. Very relaxing atmosphere
Got the best Facial I’ve even had. So thorough! Every pore is clean. Super professional. These ladies know what they are doing. Sherreen made me look And feel beautiful. I did Collagen Facial. Plump this face up! Lovely hand treatment, arm and hand massage during the Collagen treatment time. Super relaxing. Had the Sugar Scrub after the Relaxing Tub soak. Tub looks like the old Western movie barrel tub, bigger of course. Was filled with Rose petals that smelled beautiful. Stephanie was my Sugar Scrubber. Very relaxing and gentle. I def lost a pound in dead skin cells.
Had a great experience here. My husband and I went for a couple's massage. The schedule is, check in, change into robes. Next head to the couple's massage room, they leave you in there for 10 min to enjoy champagne and some snacks. Then we both got a massages for an hour. At the end of the massage they took our lunch order (we got pasta) and gave us another 15 alone time to finish the champagne. After, we went upstairs to the relaxing lounge area and ate our pasta. It was a very peaceful relaxing experience. The massages were good (not great, but good).
I purchased a package during summer for a body scrub, massage, and facial. The atmosphere is so relaxing and I partake of the sauna room prior to the body scrub to properly prep my skin. The staff are very professional; with the exception of the woman who did my massage, for which I raised a concern and the spa handled very fairly. I've returned for the body scrub, always with Cindy, and I leave completely renewed. I'd like to branch out and try their mani pedi next. I highly recommend Eden Med Spa, they do go all out to offer white glove service.
My recent experience was an enjoyable one. I have been to this spa a few years ago. And I must say that they have not missed a beat. I had David for my massage. And Jennifer( very knowledgeable, kind, and gentle) for my facial. David got the knot out of my lower hips area. And baby, it hurt and felt good at the same time, if this makes any sense. Because prior to me arriving, I was in pain because of all the tension. By the time I left the spa, I was feeling so good. You will not be disappointed
Helen and May are amazing!!! Granted, I never had a massage from all the masseuses there, but they stuck became my favorites based on their skill and proficiency. I haven't been in over two years now, and wish I had left reviews back when I was living in New York, but everything about the experience here deserves many comments from me for the many times I went. From their waiting area, to their food and drinks served, to their spa area before or after a massage, it's a great spot!
First of all Eden Med Spa it is a very beautiful and peaceful environment. Front desk is polite and helpful. The massage was not great and felt as though an amateur was doing it. I went for 80 mins and got 75. I have gotten way better where you cannot help but fall asleep because it is so relaxing. At the front desk I know they always say like 4 or 5 dollar tax this place said $10.83 with the Groupon. Having to pay that annoyed me even more. Will not be going back.
Front desk is not nice!!! My fiancé brought a day package for me for my birthday, service was very nice, but!!! When I was done the receptionist wouldn’t let me walk across the street to get something from the store maybe 30 ft away. I proceeded to go to the store the receptionist came from behind the desk yelling for me to come back in the front of the building! Very embarrassing. I forgot that this was a birthday gift so I didn’t make any of the arrangements
Came here for the second time and had a completely different experience than the past. I have had many massages previously and have never experienced what the woman I had massaging me had done. She had the whole blanket off of me at one point and I felt was being very handsy to say the least until I flinched away. I felt really uncomfortable the entire rest of the time but didn’t know what to do. Very uncomfortable and unsettling experience.
I chose the coco wrap and was not provided the full experience as I have experienced before. The massage was cut short, no rose petals and lemon in my tub, no meal and they gave me plain water. What happened to the fruit infused water? What happened to the pasta with the service? The masseuse told me to go into the sauna since I had time left. I was so dissatisfied that i chose to go to this place to help kick off my birthday. Never again.
Had a wonderful first time experience, my spa lady's name was Sam. She was polite, patient and attentive to where my body needed the most pressure. She and i got along very well and share talks about ourselves. The place was clean, highly staffed, especially considering the time of my appointment which was at 9:30am. I bought a groupon package for this place so i do feel like it was definitely worth every penny. I will certainly be back.
I received a spa package from a friend for Eden spa, that included 1.5 massage, mini facial, foot wrap and lunch. The space is an oasis from the hustle of NYC. Warm lighting, comfy chairs and lots of plants. I was greeted with a smile. Snacks while you are waiting for your treatments, a juice bar and lunch was super yummy and healthy. Each treatment was great, and probably going back from a full facial. I highly recommend this spa
LOVE this place. 10/10 stars. Eden Med Spa is clean, welcoming and a super relaxing environment and place to destress. I've done the 72 minute massage with hot stones twice with Alice. Please do yourself a favor and ASK FOR ALICE!! She is an amazing masseuse, hits all the right pressure points and is professional and has such a healing touch. I recommend her x10! Really love this place and can't wait to go back already.
Terrible. Don't waste your time. Way overpriced for the setting. I'm not understanding the people on here giving great reviews - like hello .. have you never been to an actual 5 star spa?? This place is far from nice.. not relaxing. Food wasn't great. Scrubs and massages felt like the workers were trying to seduce you - very weird. Not relaxing or enjoyable. I will never return & you shouldn't waste your money.
I had the most relaxing pampering experience. This was my first massage and I would recommend all my friends to try. The facial and the 80 min essential massage was the best my foot reflexology was good but 30 min wasn't enough! The staff was friendly and professional. I already made my next appointment for my birthday see y'all soon!

My new favorite spa place in the city! A super relaxing atmosphere but a bit no frills, which I love. They have a snack bar with crackers and nuts, tea, lemon water and offer a complementary light meal at the end of your treatment. The massage therapist, Lisa, was great and I loved hanging out in the area with the relaxing water fixture before my treatment and in the sauna after my treatment. Highly recommend!
I loved this place. Please call to make an appointment before showing up. Sometimes they are fully booked for the day. I got a deal from groupon. I got a facial and full body massage with a foot mask. Felt great. At the end I was given lunch. A chicken tuna salad, water, (she gave me tea also because i was sick ❤), and some fruit. I definitely recommend this place. Good place for couples and friends.
I dont like how you have to go up an elevator each service but thats just new york. Locker rooms are small but service is wonderful. Scrub is vigorous and takes ALL the dead skin off. If youre into firm pressure just note thats considered medium pressure here. Massage would have been too deep if I hadnt spoke up. Overall good massage, open atmosphere in lounge, and robes with slippers for comfort.
WAY overpriced for what the offer! We paid for a couple's massage that cost over $340! You would think we would be in 5 star luxury! Just the opposite... the place was off putting and didn't seem clean at all... the massages were aweful!. Deep tissue was like being in a UFC fight! Your in pain the entire time! They set us up with cheap champagne and Ritz crackers... PLEASE don't waist your money!
Facilities are good. Nice lounge ambiance. UV sanitized towels and hair brush. Good facial no red marks after extraction. Excellent essential massage targeting pressure points with Lava stone massage on legs which was new for me. My reaction was "Oohhh wow!". Complimentary meal was nicely flavored. Best part was the November promo thus it only cost me $138!!! 5stars definitely!
Michele did an amazing hydro extraction oil facial lol thats prob not the name but definitely still amazing! I smelled and felt so great after the facial and massage. With the combination of the warm tea, warm and zen like ambiance, it was like being reborn after dealing with this entire pandemic! Yall go check this place out!! My first time, but not my last !
Friendly staff, and nice oasis from the bustle of the city. The packages come with a meal that is prepared there. I ordered pasta and it was really salty but good. There are about 4 shower stalls. There are two bathrooms. The massage with May was excellent. If you get a Groupon you'll need to pay tax on the full original price.
I had a great experience here! Everyone was so friendly and Dr. Lanna was so nice, she made me feel really calm when I was nervous about getting my lips done. She did an amazing job! I’ve gotten so many compliments on my lips and now others want to get theirs done. I wish I could fly to NYC to have her do my lips every time!!
Was an amazing experience. I booked a couples massage. My masseuse Candy was great. She hit every single spot. My entire body feels relaxed. My partner’s masseuse was Kimmie, he literally fell asleep lol. That explained itself. Great customer service. Clean environment and very welcoming. Will definitely recommend and return.
I went today for the first and I must say I loved it. Everyone is courteous and friendly. Clean facilities. Awesome staff. Food was delicious. Thank you Eden Spa for making my first spa experience an unforgettable one.

I had a Great massage and was surprised at how good the pasta dish I got was. Got a Groupon so didn’t expect much but it was great value considering how good the massage was. Place is fairly small, rooms and locker room are small but if you’re just looking to relax then it’s more than enough
Based on reviews was expecting a more high end experience my masseuse was pleasant enough but didnt have the feel of the professional massages im used to. It really did feel like a deluxe or high priced nail salon experience rather than Spa. I gave 3 stars because i left relaxed either way
Had a great time for a couple's massage with my girlfriend! Very laid back atmosphere, once you're in they let you hang around and relax for basically as long as you want. When we left there was no indication of a rush at all! We had a nice champagne and meal before and after the massages.
Ivy was amazing! The spa is clean, well organized and the deep tissue massage was incredible. I really appreciate the fact that the massage therapist used a hot towel to wipe off the oil and lotions used so I didn't walk out there feeling like I needed a shower. Will definitely come back!
I’ve been going here for almost 9 years now Definitely and amazing ambience. Great treatment, great hospitality. The couples massages package is my favorite. But times have changed and it’s a bit pricey, as other locations present more deals & great couples sales they merely never do.
I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and the service is on point. The staff is very professional and know what they’re doing. If you want to go somewhere that isn’t packed with a bunch of patrons and is actually relaxing, come here! Did I mention you get a meal with your massages?
I come here every time I'm in NYC. I always go the same person and it's the best massage I've ever had/ It's also a great and relaxing meal afterward! The ambience is nothing to write home about, but the price and awesomeness of the massage keeps me coming back! :)
I like carol very much. Place is nice It is totally a great place to go.i would recommend carol for your massage and facial. The massage on my neck while I was doing my facial was wonderful.my neck pain is gone .and I love the clean feeling of the back waxing
Every time I visit Eden Day Spa in NYC, it's a glorious day of indulgence and "loving myself more", as they say. The staff is swift, courteous and attentive. I will probably always visit here, as it's my go-to for a day of rejuvenation and relaxation. :-)
Whenever I’m visiting I look forward to having a facial with Michelle. She’s so talented and professional! My skin gets much brighter, tighter and softer. I super recommend listening to their advice and to buy skin product directly from them!
I'm from out of town and it was hard to find a reasonably priced place that wasn't junk. Great atmosphete and clean. I had a very tailored, firm, deep-tissue massage from Alan. Walked right in on a week day while all the locals are working!
My third time visiting this spa. May did a wonderful job on my body scrub. Massage was a little rough by someone else. One young lady at the front desk was very pleasant, while the other (dressed in a sweatsuit) was rude and not welcoming.
Eden Day Spa is really good. I go there at least 3 times in a year. The massages helps with my blood flow. The last time I went I had Annie. She's very nice and helpful. I recommend Eden. The rooms are private and it is calming.
My all time favorite place to chill!! Even though it is a long distance walk from my place, the atmosphere, the music just make you forget about all of your worries. Please get the deep tissue massage you will not regret it.
Staff is super nice but this place is falling apart. Been going here for years and they haven't changed the broken chairs and there was mold again in bathroom. The quality has gone down and prices have gone up. Disappointed.
I came here for a couple massage spa date- they got us champagne and chocolates from the beginning which was a very nice gesture. My masseuse was very thorough and I loved the entire 72 minutes of it. Definitely recommend.
Jenny and Nicole gave us a outstanding couples massage . It started off with a 15 minute herb foot soak .Second we had a 60 minute massage. We got to set another one for 15 minutes drink champagne and eat chocolate. …
I went to Eden for a 60min REFLEXOLOGY MASSAGE with stones and it was the most relaxing time I have had in a long time I recommend this place to anyone looking to take off there back all the stress of the day and work.
Wish I had the positive experience some reviews described, but rather it was the same as the negative reviews I was hoping weren't true - rushed, overpriced. Keep looking, there must be better somewhere else.
Wow good experience but when asked to back off the pressure on my massage it was seemed to be taken offensely... But when I said could I add hot stones she seemed to be better again and it was wonderful.
What a relaxing time from the sauna to the massage to the lunch served in the very men space. Some of the chairs.should be repaired but that is the worst thing I could say. The spa was fam-damn-tastic.
Spa day was amazing! Had a body scrub, massage and facial. Very clean, very polite and friendly personnel. VERY QUIET. Great spot for decompressing from the NY hussle and bussle. I will be returning!
This was my first time ever going to a Spa and when i say i enjoyed myself. I REALLY enjoyed myself. All the staff was very welcoming and friendly. I am looking forward to doing it again next month
The place was clean and staff professional. I did not appreciate the upsale/add on. I paid almost double than intended. I noticed other ladies are being up sold as well. The add-on is not worth it!
Had a great massage here, the Swedish massage was good, took all the knots out and the hot stones really helped with my pain. The staff were really nice and overall a peaceful experience.
I have been here many times and overall experience has been okay. But last night, I have never spoken so much during a massage.... I almost told the masseuse to shut the beeeep up.... OMG
Really liked this place. The atmosphere and the service are excellent. I left feeling very rejuvenated and relaxed. I had a Groupon but still ended up paying more because of upcharges
I took my mom here for her birthday and i loved it. I only had a 30 min message but my mom had more and she had nothing but good things to say. And there was a complementary lunch.
It's a nice quaint setting. The people who work there are awesome & polite. The massages & services are great. It's not expensive & you usually get a free lunch with your service.
Ask for Ivy for a very good massage.! But the facility is definitely Not a 5 star And when leaving they'll make you feel bad about the 30% tip that you're 'expected' to give....
Great staff, nice facility, very happy to finally have a facial that includes all the steps! So many places modify and skip steps to the point its not even a facial anymore.
This website has been down a few weeks. How long does it take to get it up and running? .. makes me a bit skeptical about the establishment since I wanted to give it a try.
The staff are super friendly, saw them on groupon (may have to pay extra for tip and tax so bring extra cash), the woman who does the facials is very good at what she does
This place was clean and the staff was courteous. Plus you receive a snack with lemon water and a complimentary meal. I will definitely return for another massage.
I was looking forward to my lip filler. Unfortunately Juliet was extremely unprofessional and I will never return to this spa. I do not recommend it to anybody.
What a great experience. Friendly reception, high quality rejuvenating massage and then shower and changing facilities. Really nice place, highly recommended!
My wife enjoyed her meridian massage and that makes me happy. She has been to other massage parlors and stayed this place is the best that she's been to.
This was one of the best massages I've ever had!!!! 5 stars. Definitely will go back, I already booked my facial appointment. Me and my family loved it!
Awesome!! The relaxed ambience of the spa, coupled with the background music and service made my experience worth the trip. Can't wait to go back! …
Booked 3 services on my last night on vacation. A Body wrap, 90 min swedish massage and a pedicure. Hands down the best services I've received.
Great, professional spa with competitive pricing. Massage included refreshments and even a complimentary meal. Will definitely be coming back.
I enjoy my massages and love the large sitting area with the waterfall makes you feel like you are in a little soothing spot outside of nyc
It's a wonderful place and soothing. With plants all around. And they feed you before you leave the establishment. Wonderful massages.
Very overrated Eden should be changed to "Finesse" Spa. Items were stolen from me. Their service is mediocre compared to the location.
Went during the week for a facial and massage. Staff is very talented and nice, facilities were nice, sauna is a little small.
Came here for a couple massage. Customer service is amazing and so is the massage! Definitely recommend! Will revisit again!
The place is cute, and staff is very friendly. Received a VI peel, and I’m very happy with my results. Will be coming back!
Come here regularly , massage is always on point and sauna is usually empty. Relaxing atmosphere and good atmosphere.
Had a wonderful time at Eden Spa, the 72 minute rejuvenating massage is absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend!
This was my first time here and it was amazing! Can not wait until my next trip back here! I highly recommend!
I had an amazing and very relaxing massage and enjoyed great tea. The customer service was great as well.
Excellent hot stone massage by Nicole! Lovely front desk staff. I'm so glad I found this place!
Absolutely amazing! Great massage and facial. Money well spent and I will definitely be back!
Amazing! 10/10 experience every time. Hellen is phenomenal. Highly recommend Eden Med spa!
