I am absolutely shocked and outraged at the gentleman who runs this clinic. He is very unprofessional, I am disgusting that he is a doctor. When first meeting him, he is very friendly, but once in the consultation room, you’re rushed into parting with your money. You can tell that he is not there to help and advise people. He literally just wants to take your money. After having my rights read to me about if you cancel your appointment and do not give 48hours notice you will be charged for the appointment time. Fair enough, i understand the therapist time is precious, but so is mine. I should of seen the signs, but I really wanted laser hair removal and not many places offer soprano ice. So i went ahead paid a large deposit because again i was told that i had to. I was also told that i would be able to book in all my appointments and every treatment would be with the same therapist and all of that sounded great. I was so wrong! There has been 3 occasions were my appointment has been cancelled and I only was given a 30 minutes notice. One of these occasions, included me actually getting to the clinic. Waited 15 minutes, just to be told that there wasn’t anyone to do my treatment. I was in traffic, trying my best to get to the clinic on time, to then being told i wasted my time. I should of told him i wanted some money back seen as you rearranged my appointment and couldn’t be bothered to inform me earlier that day. He doesn’t care about his customers. He spoke to me, as if i was an inconvenience to him. Huffing and puffing when trying to explain about my appointments being messed around. I will finish off my appointments but i will not be coming back here. This has to be the worst clinic in birmingham. I will say the therapist are amazing and have been so kind to me. He doesn’t deserve them at all.

A review of Edgbaston wellness spa. 0/5 I never wanted to come here I had a balance from EF medi spa a London franchise who sold their business to these two frauds Ganta and Gupta. Two people who know nothing about beauty as when you look at them they look like a mess. They have zero idea on how to run a clinic. I had to utilise my balance on laser treatments as they limited me to options. Staff is constantly leaving due to the abuse and neglect they receive at work imagine having laser and the staff is telling you how much they want to leave due to the toxic environment they work in. Every time you go for a treatment someone new is treating you so clients can’t feel comfortable with one practitioner. As of now I been refused treatment as the owners have ran out of money and now as a desperate attempt to not compensate my balance they have conjured up lies. That I have finished my remaining treatment despite having two still pending. The doctor Ganta will straight up with no hesitation lie to your face, and deny agreements he made. Despite the lies and lack of customer service, of this clinic in which they score zero in. When working and providing a service, management, should always keep it professional and speak with a kind tone. Not speak over the customer or shout on the phone to make a point. This man was incredibly abrupt rude and made random accusations when not able to provide an answer for his lies. Stay away and spend your money in a clinic that has standards. I have been to the best clinics been treated by the best physicians from harrods and Harley Street who understand customer service. Take it from me do not enter this place.

The person I spoke to on the phone seemed nice when I booked the appointment. However, the staff at the reception were not friendly. They told us to sit down and someone would be with us shortly. There were 2 seating areas but they didn’t tell us which one to sit at. We got there 10-15 minutes early as the email asked and I assumed that would be to fill in any forms but who knows. We were sat there for 20 minutes in total and nothing happened. No-one gave an estimated time or came to apologise about the wait. In the end, we left. The staff at the desk looked very confused as to why we walked out. I’m very glad that I hadn’t already paid the £85 for the consultation. You would think you would get decent service if you’re about to drop £800 on a treatment. I was lucky enough to be there with someone who was willing to say something and leave. If I was there on my own, I probably would’ve stayed there and not said anything and then probably felt pressured to get the treatment done.

Dr P was simply amazing! I attended her menopause clinic ( with peri menopause) and she was just a beacon of hope. Not only did she listen , she understood and was personable, professional and delicate in her advice. After my visit I felt hopeful and empowered that help was out there and that I needn’t suffer unnecessarily. Dr P was easy to talk to, totally empathetic and wonderfully encouraging. I highly recommend this clinic and I’m 100% glad I made that choice. I couldn’t get in with my GP for weeks , but I was lucky enough to get an appointment the same day here. The front of house are also very welcoming and very friendly making one feel welcome and comfortable. Their manners are impeccable and that goes a long way in my book. The clinic is clean and modern - clinical yet chic. For anyone suffering with hormonal issues please don’t delay and suffer unnecessarily. Dr P is so knowledgeable and I’m sure will get you the right treatment.

I have been visiting EF Medispa, Edgbaston for a few months now and I can honestly say it has so far been a very positive experience. The team are so friendly and welcoming, you are always greeted with big warm smiles. I initially had my consultation with Sarah, who was lovely and very knowledgeable. She explained the whole procedure to me before treatments commenced. I also cannot speak highly enough of Kelly who has been carrying out my treatments. She always makes me feel at ease, from the very start she has walked me through the process of the whole procedure, answers all my questions and tells me what the benefits are. I would highly recommend coming to EF Medispa, Edgbaston, it is a spotless and pristine clinic and not only that, you will be well looked after by all the professional, friendly and welcoming staff from the moment you walk through the door.

I incidentally came across EWM and thank God I did!. The clinic location and interior is stunning state of the art, crisp clean, welcoming, calming with beautiful subtle aroma, setting the encouraging scene for me. Physician Mr Ganta and staff I met with during my consultations were incredibly professional, thorough in understanding, planning and delivering my treatment and the end result...well......everything I desired. I cannot thank you enough. I had botox, fillers, skin rejuvenation and tummy tightening treatments. Mr Ganta helped me regain my aesthetic confidence which positively contributed to my mental and physical well being. To see and experience for yourself is to believe. If anyone seeks aesthetic and clinic excellence then I strongly recommend EWM. I did and are soooo happy with the entire experience and end results.

I was here in May and saw one lady and she recommended a course of treatment. I paid £1200 in full, I never had the course completed and never had full treatment. The machine was breaking throughout my treatment on two occasions. I never did have any full interrupted sessions, they had to abandon the machine on my third session. I raised the fact that I never had any complete or consistent treatment, it was always different people, I paid upfront and never received what I paid for. I was given an apology and told they would give me additional treatments, I never did have any or have any contact from them, I called more than once and was asked to call back. All in all for £1200, I got nothing but inconsistent and zero results due to not being given the treatment I paid for.

I had a mole that I was concerned about and did not want to wait The wellness clinic got me in the very same day .. a clean and friendly environment I was seen by Dr Gupta he had a look at the mole and in his opinion said it did not look malice that was great news the quote that I got was by far the cheapest I told him that I really wanted it removed on the day and after seeing how concerned I was he decided to remove it simple and pain free The after care was top notch the staff friendly and very caring I have to admit it's By far the best treatment and care that I have received For mole extractions I highly recommend this place Thank every one at the clinic I can't thank you enough

My Fiancé had a vasectomy reversal with Dr Ganta. Initially the first consultation and surgery they were wonderful and we were so grateful but since we have had zero support and aftercare, received a half hearted email with no apologies to say there was no sperm count detected and had to request medication to check for infection or blockage and have again had to chase up another analysis test and despite being told we would receive results within 14 days it's now been 3 weeks and heard nothing. We've lost alot of money for a half hearted experience that's resulted in a possible loss! We are very disheartened and not happy with the service!

Had a friendly experience when there, ended up spending £600 which was a lot for me, didn’t really feel much difference with the IV but willing to try that but again, the bit I find shocking is I went in saying I needed fast help literally came to them because of the challenges in the NHS, they did a blood test, it’s just medichecks which I’ve done myself before, and normally results back in 48 hours, it’s been two weeks not been called or sent any results or any follow up. Deffo would have expected a faster and more luxury service for these prices but really no difference if anything a bit slower than the NHS

Had a consultation about a vitamin drip and the doctor randomly asked me if I wanted anything doing about the dark circles under my eyes and asked me if I want laser and filler under my eyes. So rude. The doctor later even randomly pointed out that I have stretch marks on my arms Absolutely disgusting— trying to make a customer feel insecure in hopes I’ll fall for the trap and spend money at your clinic I’m of low confidence and have autism so I do didn’t know how to handle situation (thus I did not say anything back at the time) but I thought this was appalling.

I came in for laser removal on some moles on my face! Not a huge deal for some but to me this was something i wanted for a long time but was always too anxious! I was very anxious and Dr P was absolutely amazing! she was very calming and patient with me! The receptionist also made me feel at ease and knew i was anxious so came to check on me, which was really reassuring! I have had my treatment and the results are amazing after only one round of treatment! I have a few more moles that i will be coming back to remove! couldn’t recommend them enough!

Very friendly staff with a wide range and treatments, and the knowledge of how to apply those treatments. Very relaxed atmosphere, where you can discuss (without pressure) what you would like to enhance, about the way you look. They've altered my life and how I feel about myself in a very short time. I had no idea that I could alter (without surgery) my physical shape. This seemed to happen almost magically while we were chatting through the totally painless procedure. Not a good experience, avoid if you can. Very strange woman called Doctor P, not sure what her full name was as she didn't introduce herself properly which is a red flag for a Doctor. Hopefully she is a qualified Doctor. I had a minor operation to remove a cyst under my skin. Ended up taking much longer as she couldn't get it out properly and made a complete mess with the stitches so I will have a scar for sure. I think it's important to check the surgical qualifications before you let them do anything. A GP is not a surgeon...

What a fantastic experience from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. As soon as you walk through the door you get greeted with these big warm smiles from the ladies on reception who are willing to help you and make your visit a pleasant journey. Sarah who is the Treatment Coordinator will go up and beyond to ensure your goals, expectations and expenditure is catered for. All the Therapists are highly trained and their knowledge shouts excellence. What a Wonderfull place to have visited and I will be coming back!

I had a few treatments done at this salon and they always very welcome and friendly. While I had my vitamin drips they looked after me very well, as I’m scared of needles, they offered me tea and biscuits just to calm my nerves. After receiving such a good customer service I decided to come back for mandelic face peel. I only had one so far but you need a course of 3/4 minimum so I can’t see major results yet but it definitely brightened my skin and Jessica done a great job! Going to come back for another treatment soon.

We meet with Suresh Ganta who is helpful, kind and pleasant every time. He’s always very accommodating and manages to find time for us regardless of his busy schedule. He’s polite and trustworthy and always puts his patients needs and wishes first. The medispa itself is very clean and hygienic and as a patient with neutropenia, i am not worried when going for any of my procedures. Suresh is very caring and is very professional and ensures you are comfortable at all times. Very glad to have found this clinic.

The service is amazing, I’m currently in the process of getting laser hair removal, I’ve nearly finished my treatments and the results are amazing. I’ve put it off for years and did a lot of research before I decided to go through with it as I have black skin and was worried about scarring or burning but it but I’m so happy I went through with it it’s made such a big difference. Charlie and Jess are both professional and welcoming, I’ll definitely be back to try a different treatment in the future.

Currently going through laser tattoo removal at EF Medispa. I originally had about 4 appointments with other practices lined up, however once I met Sarah and the team I knew that was the right place for me. Veronica has been working on my tattoo and is amazing. I get messages a minimum of once a week from Sarah checking in and asking how I am, its amazing knowing I can message whenever and get a response, saves the stressing!! I have a little over a year on my plan, but I can see results already!

Had an appointment for mesotherapy & prp, my appointment was for 4pm I wasn’t seen till 6.30, They should have informed me prior about the wait. Didn’t numb me with cream so I had to bare excruciating pain. Left me with 2 very swollen eyes..and no other results. Pictures have been sent to my solicitors. They Agreed to give refund (initially refusing) after me putting everything to them, but not received. Very bad service will not recommend them. Will be Suing them.

I was very sceptical of having my treatment due to my previous experience. However, Charley and the team have been amazing. They make me feel comfortable and relaxed, as I can become quiet anxious, due to the amount of hair I have. I can see that the treatment is working for me. I've seen a difference with my hair growth since I started this journey. I would recommend the Edgbaston clinic to anyone and everyone as its super clean and the staff are brilliant

I went in today 12th October and I must say it was a amazing experience, drove almost 2 hours to this clinic the care was lovely, atmosphere was lovely went for a IV. I was scared by reading the reviews but still went for it and I must say I don't regret a tiny bit. I believe It was Dr Ganta who did my consulting but the head practitioner I've forgotten her name Romanian lady who looked Arab lol was amazing too she was so nice and kept me talking x thank you x

HONESTLY it was a great experience over the clinic.I went for a free consultation, then I ended up by great results.Chaz one of the senior aesthetics, took good care of my query and advised me accordingly. I went for filers but she advised me honestly on enhancing my skin s condition. So based on her advise I underwent rejuvenation traitment. I am so satisfied with the results and the changes .Chaz was friendly, professional and supportive. Best of luck Chaz.

Lovely staff - looking forward to seeing the results. Possibly the thing I don’t like is the on sell - I know it is a expectation these days but when making the choice to spend xx on a treatment - I believe we should have every thing needed in the quote. Also it’s not clear what extra I have to pay for next visit. As I was charge the full amount quotes already. But it’s not like I can’t continue with the treatments now! Lets see what next week holds .

It has really helped me mentally and emotionally and I felt fantastic today my colleagues at work said your skin is glowing by the day! Making the journey and receiving the 3rd treatment has been worth every second. I would recommend you to anyone.

I'm still in the treatment process, but everything is going great. I can see remarkable improvements and the staff is very understanding and kind to every misunderstanding I have. Vasilica also every time I have an appointment for a facial treatment, she explains every step to understand through what a process my face is going through. I highly recommend this clinic.

Excellent laser hair removal services which were actually pain free! Highly recommend asking for Veronica, she takes her time and I am so happy with my results. I had the glutathione iv there. Had 5 of them. 2 lower dose and 3 high dose. I spent overall 1400 pounds but haven't seen no results at all, reason why i have not been back. The welcoming is great. The clinic is clean and they are very friendly but unfortunately i didn't get a result out of my treatment.

The staff there were extremely nice and helpful and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. Also the doctors sponsored a charity event and seemed very accommodating and it was very heartwarming to see the collaboration to raise money for charity.

I had lots of question about HRT that my own Dr’s hadn’t been able to answer me. So I visited Dr Penumaka and she was able answer all my questions and make me feel more at ease about HRT and help he plan my next steps.
