"Edge - Lake Haven store… The manager in this store is soooo bloody rude and disrespectful… I walked in and tried on a shirt which I did not purchase… I was polite and respectful as I always am… I then went to Coles and heard “the manager” yell at me stating that I was a thief… She was loud enough for everyone around to stop and stare while she proceeded to call me thief and stating I had been in her store more than 5 times and have stolen from her every time however this was my second time entering the store… She demanded that I open my bag so security could check which I did… I opened every pocket no matter how small… I didn’t even get an apology when she was proved wrong… Never have I been so embarrassed or felt so attacked by a staff member… I am contacting Edge’s head office and making a formal complaint as this is okay or the right way to deal with customers…"

Worst customer service ever. The girl working here with black hair on Tuesday at 12pm. Unbelievably rude! So much so that the other woman in the store was laughing at her. Unbelievable ! I'm never shopping here again. Who hires people like this for customer service jobs. No hello , no goodbye, was aggressive grabbing clothes from the rack when I put them back. Looked like she wanted to punch everyone in the store Worst service !
Very very good customer service, maybe better than most stores you go to. Emilya is a great and amazing person with helping me so I would like to thank her.
