Apparently this clinic is more concerned with ensuring a steady stream of income than it is with ensuring they only take on procedures they are capable of handling. I went in to get a wisdom tooth removed, they took an xray, then put me on the table and tried to remove my wisdom tooth, which they shattered inside my mouth and were unable to remove, after this i was basically met with a "shrug" and told to go to another clinic, that is AFTER they charged my 94$ for an xray photo that took all of 5 minutes to take. Not professional at all and was extremely disappointed with this lousy experience. If you cant handle the job, dont take on the job, the fact that i had to drive to another clinic with a bleeding unfinished job was completely unacceptable, and no professional regardless of the industry would consider this good business operating. Again i will reiterate : IF YOU CANT DO THE JOB, DON'T SAY YOU CAN DO THE JOB. Edit: and now they make excuses for themselves, here's a hint to anyone reading, the dental pricing in Alberta is not regulated unlike every other province in the city so there is no legal justification for the price of the x-ray beyond greed , and on top of that they made ME drive from their clinic to the one in Royal oak AFTER they had administered anesthesia, which is against the law. Should have though of that before you did such a poor job I guess. The proper response would have been to either call me a cab or to get the specialist to come to the clinic , but neither of those things were done further securing my impression of this clinic being run by people who have no idea what they are doing.

Good vibes the second I stepped foot in the office. As a person who would prefer to do anything but visit a dentist, I must say that I feel very fortunate that my family can rely on Edgepointe Dental. It's probably worth mentioning that we don't have dental insurance so it takes a heightened level of trust when paying the bills out of pocket. We couldn't be happier with the services we've received thus far.

If your looking for a very profesional practice,super friendly staff and very reasonable dental rates,complimented by Dr Michael and Sandy Pannell,very caring dentists,look no further,been a client of theirs for many years,had a dental emergency overnight,and they took me in right away and sent me home "pain free" Kudos to them
