Stepping into the Apartment gave me a sense of restrained opulence. The serene environment and forest view with the adjacent streaming river and chirping birds!! are amazing. The spacious room's balcony and view brings in relaxing nature sounds close to heart within the city making it very unique. Sleep quality is superb and the extra services cannot be understated. From Room hygiene, to the meal and laundry arrangements. Thanks to the hosts esp. Donah and the in-house Chef> Night, that prepared tasty desired Kenyan cuisine recipes to my delight. I highly recommend Sebuleni Luxury Apartments by Edmor Suites and will definitely check in again in my future visits.

This place is a complete fraud, I would not recommend it to anyone. I had booked a 1 bed room apartment for a 3 night stay at Edmor Residence in Nairobi. When I arrived at 8pm on a Saturday evening, I was taken to a 2-3 bedroom apartment where there was already someone staying in and I was told I have to share with the man that was staying in the apartment, as well. This was completely unacceptable considering I had booked a one bedroom and my reservation was clearly stating so. I did not stay and had to figure out accommodation late night in Nairobi. I had kindly asked for a refund and reached out to the management multiple times, with no response. This is not how you manage a property, dear hosts.

The caretaker was kind enough to check and verify my checkin time. The only downside was that initially I didn't know this apartment had shared spaces. Additionally there wasn't any hot water in the showers. This would have really helped since Nairobi can get really cold. The option given was to shower with a bucket which was awkward seeing as the bathroom is already extremely small, i wonder how that would have worked lol. Overall the place is clean but good enough for just one day stays to be honest.

Kitchen was dirty when I arrived with old food left out. The site listed services that were not offered. They do not have any food or drinks on the site. It’s a good ways to a restaurant. If you are looking for an extended stay, this may be good for you, but sharing a kitchen with 3 random people during Covid-19 with no Covid-19 precautions set up of the guest is not very safe. Busted up dirt road up to the entrance, not a friendly place. After an hour there I left and went to the Ibis for the same price. Ask for a refund but was denied. Hope this information helps the them blind guest.

Tashana apartments C8 was home away from home. I was wowed by the interior, cleanliness, the space, and the service of every team member I came across Edwin Kihara who helped me in reserving the apartment and kept following up if I was okay during my stay, Lucy the house keeper and Harun the security guy, all were very kind and professional. I will surely return and I have found a home whenever am in Kenya. Thank you and keep up with the good work.

I stayed at Edmor Suites for 3 days. My group rented a 3 bedroom apartment. The stay was pleasant and the staff was friendly. I requested a fan and it was delivered to the apartment right away. Our host Ester went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I will stay there again at a later date.

My stay at their locations was very pleasing. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos, no complaints. I felt safe, and delighted. The host (Esther) was exceptionably attentive, and always available if needed. Don't hesitate to book your stay with Edmor Suites.

The rooms actually look more luxury comepare to the hotel. Always make your booking online because they don't accept cash but you can pay with their local payment method non as M-pesa. There is no air condition system in the queens room. It's a shared apartment with full luxury compare to hotel. You will enjoy your stay but ensure to lock your windows or else you will be infested with bunch of mosquitoes in the night.

As a Canadian, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The cleaning staff and security were amazing and and so kind. The hotel was able to make adjustments for us without any problems. The rooms were spectacular and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for a unforgettable experience!

Edmor Residences were absolutely amazing! The apartments were very clean, modern and comfortable. They were very accommodating to our large group (18 people) and flexible with dates. The staff were also pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here if you plan on visiting Nairobi!

I stayed here for just over a week with my family, the rooms and facilities were in good condition and the staff were very helpful. They allowed us to store our bags while we were in Mombasa and after check out for a while. The guards as well were friendly. I didn't realise there was such a nice roof terrace until my last day!

Loved the place. Quiet and serene. I did stay in a studio. The Wi-Fi for some reason worked on my phone and tablet, but not the TV. Hope the management checks this out. The shower wasn't hot, just borderline lukewarm. A pleasant stay overall.

Nous avons réalisés 2 réservations pour ce logement via booking. A chaque fois l'établissement a annulé celle-ci. Il demande par la suite de payer plus pour de nouveau réserver. Le seul point positif est qu'il rembourse la réservation (encore heureux).

Pretty good, clean place very modern and quiet place. Cons The 3 ladies in 5C were very very loud and nasty in their language. They were openly discussing clients which was very rude and condensending. Very unprofessional of them. Otherwise it's a very good place for short stays.

Edmor Residence is on another level. They have very fast wifi connection. The rooms are fully equipped and very clean. The master bedroom is spacious.

Clean aesthetic. Super accessible from the CBD. And the service staff is super helpful. The art on the walls is also really something :)
