This clinic is filled with some of the greatest people I have had the pleasure of knowing and dealing with for over 15 years. They have been the sole health care providers for my beautiful fur-baby for her entire life. Emily had many health issues over her 15 years and required special food, medication and care in order to keep her as healthy and happy as possible. These folks would go above and beyond to research the best foods for her, would treat her with such care and gentleness and as her health greatly declined, over the past few months, promised me that they would let me know when her quality of life had gone. I didn't want to lose my beautiful companion and would do anything for her but I also didn't want her to suffer if there was no hope in her being happy and pain free. Sadly that dreaded day came two weeks ago. They didn't let me prolong her pain and suffering with unnecessary tests, they simply told me what I already knew was true, it was time to let her go. The pain of losing her is still so real and not having her with me has been devastating. These kind people did everything they could to get her back home to me as quickly as possible, which has been such a comfort to me. Not only did they provide so much care, compassion and understanding, to not only her but me too, they were even so kind as to send me a beautiful card of condolences and made a donation in her memory...what a touching gift to receive. I don't know if I will ever be ready to open my heart up to another furry friend, Emily was always so territorial and always made sure that other cats knew that I belonged to her, so taking on another pet seems wrong at this time but if I do become a mom to a new friend again, these folks are the only ones that I would trust with it's care. Thank you to the doctors and staff of this amazing clinic, your kindness will never be forgotten. Emily's mom forever.

I will never bring another dog to this place again. I had to put my dog down due to reoccurring health issues that took away his quality of life. The whole experience was unpleasant. The secretary wanted payment while and during my dog was given a sedative, she handed me the payment machine right over my dog, couldn't they wait until it was done? Perhaps, they were thinking I wanted to leave right after but do not ask during the process. I didn't expect the bill to be $500 for a 16 lbs dog, so I didn't bring my physical credit cards, I was able to use Apple Pay but it won't accept tap over a certain amount. So she said we can leave him like this and you can go home get your card (they should of told me the amount over the phone so I could be prepared). And I said are you serious? But the vet came in and said I can come after. Then they charged me $80 for consultation/examination, for what? I only asked if I'm making the right decision and the vet glanced at my dog and said yes. Putting down a dog is the most difficult thing I've down in my life, the last thing I needed was someone to tell me to leave my dog in the middle of it being put down while I get my credit card from home ( I will not just take off and not pay) and then a glance at my dog and bill me $80 for telling me I'm doing the right thing. And they rushed the whole procedure. So unprofessional. They actually made me feel like I did the wrong thing.

If you really love your pet, please avoid this place. I took my boy there immediately, after noticing his shortness of breath. After almost 2 hours waiting (clinic starts@ 8.30pm, but Dr came at 10.00), Dr showed up for Cookie's examination. He was suspecting heart or loung failure...We did all the blood work and xrays. Diagnosis was pneumonia. We all got so happy, that it's "just pneumonia".... (It was over $600 cost, which was great, as the clinic let to pay partially) but after that... he gave him an antibiotic in pills and "magic syrup" that blocked his cough...which basically killed him. It was my first doggie ever, spent 10 years with Cookie. My baby died in 36 hours after, in my arms... But unfortunately, it's not the end...After my baby passed out, it was so silent at home so we've decided for the new puppy. We picked up our Chico, without vaccines yet to the closest vet clinic. It was Sunday. When we got there...yup.. place had a receptionist only, no vet, nobody in service. What I saw was dear bed of my dearest Cookie, promised to be taken with him for his last Trip to Guelph They just kept it as their own private...So shame of you Guys... Disgusting people, greedy for money and uncompassionate for suffering, both animals and owners. I am sad to put this review, unfortunately, I had to. We will never forget you our beloved Cookie.

Greedy Cheat clinic with deceptive business practices. Stay away !! First time I took my puppy to this clinic in May 2021. My puppy already had all initial shots. It was an initial check up visit. Before the appointment, I was very clear in asking about the charges as the puppy had no issues and it was a basic consultation visit. I especially called again to confirm the total bill amount for the visit. Every time the lady on phone mentioned it’ll be a total of $79. It was Covid and their staff took the puppy inside while we waited in the parking lot. After 20 minutes the staff brought the puppy out and we were given a bill of over $250 for payment. There were ridiculous entries to add up the charges. If bill was to be $79 why they wanted me to pay $250+ for a 20 minute initial consultation? Veterinary clinics are a big mafia who adopt deceptive practices and charge ridiculous high amounts. This clinic is located right across my street and is very convenient. I don’t like to deal with liars with deceitful tactics that was adopted by this clinic. In response I know there will be a misguided response by the shrewd office manager to show as if nothing happened. Uggghh such businesses have no ethics and morals. They only believe in sophisticated ways of robbing people.

I ordered medication for my dog three weeks ago - I paid a good amount for Xpress shipping with Purolator voiced and communicated the days that I would be home to sign for the medication with Purolator & They did not listen and only came on the days I was not home and could not sign for it. I have done everything in my power to redirect the medication to my work to be able to sign for it but they once again refused and said there was no way- so I said return to sender my dog is sick I need to go to a walk in vet and get medication asap. The vet had asked me to E transfer the amount of the medication for my dog. I’ve asked Purolator to return to sender weeks ago because they will not accommodate my days off in order for me to sign for the medication. Now this vet is not sending me back. My money has been well over two weeks now my dog has already been to another vet and gotten his medication which I’ve paid out of pocket for on top of losing my check up fee they have now also responded to all my emails that I will get follow up immediately when they receive the medication from Purolator which was supposed to be Xpress shipping and they themselves can’t even seem to acquire and are ignoring my email for the past 5 and 3 days. Go to any other vet.

These guys are the kindest, most sincere and honest clinic I have ever come across. My 14 year-old cat came back with a bite wound behind her ear, and it became infected. She ruptured the abscess herself and I frantically called in. On top of this, she had developed a growth on her neck that I was worried may be cancerous. The lady on the phone was so kind to me, and her voice was so calming. Even though they were fully booked, they still managed to squeeze me in within an hour! Special thanks to Dr. Harmeet Jassal, and Lovepreet. They were so patient and gentle with me, and my cat, and they broke down everything so that I could understand - from procedures to antibiotics. You could genuinely tell that their main priority was the health of my cat. When I was fully prepared to pay nearly $500.00, Dr. Jassal came back with my cat, and explained to me that they had found a way to save me over $200.00! I couldn't believe it. He could have charged me the price that we agreed on - I had already signed the paper - but he was clearly looking out for my best interest. I would 100% recommend these guys. Honesty like that is so hard to come across nowadays, and it speaks to the integrity of their wonderful practice. Many thanks to the team!

Disgusting cash grab and pathetic excuse for a "veterinary clinic". I called in 2 days ago to book an appointment for my dog to ONLY receive bloodwork and they insisted they needed to perform an exam on her prior to the bloodwork which by the way costs $60. I told the technician to check with her manager to see if they could pass on the exam because I didn't need to have her examined and I wasnt going to pay for something I didn't want. Low and behold I get a call back from the technician the next day saying that the exam fee is mandatory. Since when is it "mandatory" to perform an exam when the owner of the pet does not want it done since it's evidently useless?. The STUPID technician went on to give me a crap load of attitude and I ever so gladly cancelled my appointent with them and have found another vet that isn't a money grabber and will infact excuse the "exam" that literally concludes of you paying $60 for the vet to take a 2 minute look at the animal. Do not go here. They only want your money and could care less about your pet.

I highly recommend this clinic . I was watching my parents dogs while they were on vacation over the Christmas holidays. One of the dogs got sick - when I called their vet they were closed for 10 days and they left a message on their voice mail with a number for an emergency hospital that did not have the greatest reviews ( so taking her there was not an option ) I did a bit of research and found Eglinton-10 Veterinary Clinic , so glad I found them …what a great place . The whole experience was amazing. When I called the clinic to explain my situation they were incredibly nice and compassionate. They were very willing to help my parents dog . They brought us in right away , no wait and no hassle. Then we met the doctor and he was very kind . He was so gentle and Caring towards my parents dog .He was very knowledgeable and once he diagnosed her he then gave us options . The price was very fair and I felt comfortable the entire visit . I would highly recommend this clinic for any of your pets needs . Thank you again for your care

Amazing service! Thank you so much Kara and Dr Harmeet Jassal for taking in my boy Simba on a last minute Sunday to look after him after some other vet didn't care about my boy! They were quick to accommodate me in between appointments and they were both so compassionate and understanding of my dog's situation as well as my financial issues after the other clinic basically tried to empty my pockets! Dr Harmeet listened to all of my concerns thoroughly and gave me such good advice (unlike others that give vague feedback and don't care about your pet's well-being). We worked out a plan to figure out the priorities in terms of testing that was required and he was honest about what he does and doesn't recommend. We're so very thankful and I hope my boy makes a full recovery soon (which I feel so much more comfortable in their care)! I honestly think they brought my dog back from the brink of death! If you care about your pet I definitely recommend coming here! I already started recommending friends, thank you!

I could not be happier with how they’ve taken care of my dog, Libby. She had a dental surgery and a couple of lumps removed, and the care from start to finish was excellent. I was kept up to date and informed about each stage of the surgery, from when she was under to when she woke up and how she was feeding. Pick up and drop off was straightforward and compliant with COVID restrictions, I felt very comfortable. The before and after photos of her teeth are incredible - it’s unbelievable the difference it has made. It’s like we wound back the clock a few years. The sutures and closure of the lump removal is also fantastic - Dr Jassal did an incredible job and you wouldn’t even know those lumps had been there. She’s fully recovered and back to her usual self. I found this clinic through a google search after arriving back in the country earlier this year and I’m so glad I did. They’ve taken great care of Libby and at competitive cost and I’d happily recommend them.

I wish there were more stars to give this 7* star clinic. They took care of my Dino for 14 years and I received nothing but the best service. Dr. Jassal was always straightforward get kind and Dr. Monika was super thorough and really good at putting together custom treatment plans. A special shout out to Joyce who always made an effort to see Dino and say hi whenever he was in the office. She gave him special time and effort when he was not well recently and fed him right out of her hand. I was never one to put a price on my Dino's health, he was a very interactive family member and did everything with us. That being said I never felt I was overcharged, the fees were always fair. They take excellent care of our furbabies and I never ever felt like I should look into another clinic even when we moved 40 mins away. Thank you to the entire team. We will miss the visits to your clinic and your amazing staff!

** this review would be zero stars if that was a choice. The similar stories here should tell all animal lovers to stay away from Eglinton Highway 10 Veterinary Clinic.. My story is no different. My dog was having difficulties walking, this vet insisted on x-rays so I agreed. They told us her leg was broken in 2 locations, little did they know my sister is an x-ray/radiation technician for humans and she reviewed the xray and said the vet was lying. Don't be surprised if they no longer give you copies of the x-rays now. Eglinton-Hwy10 recommended immediate surgery for a very high price and quickly offered a number of payment plans to help me decide (the cost was several thousand dollars!). I would have no qualms paying that amount if it was actually needed, our dog is part of the family after all. Turned out to be a piece of glass embedded in her paw.

I've been taking my pets here for a while now since switching from another Vet in Mississauga and I'm extremely impressed. The doctor and staff here are always so friendly and caring for my dogs. Dr. Jassal is very diligent and thorough when it comes to explaining any health concerns for my animals or even just answering any question I have. He is very transparent when it comes to providing costs on diagnostic procedures and always explains the reason for his recommendations. Therefore you get to know the value of what you are paying for and what role it plays into providing the right diagnosis and treatment for your pet. In other words, you are getting every bang for your buck! I wouldn't trust anyone else besides the doctors and staff here at Eglinton Hwy 10. I brought my cat in a few weeks ago with limp hind legs, vomiting, lack of eating and peeing. They wrongly diagnosed us, sent us to lots of tests, none of which told us anything related to what he actually had, kidney failure (EXTREMELY common in cats). They were trying to get our money and did not care about the health of our cat. They prescribed a general antibiotic before even doing the urinalysis which made no sense and was the opposite of what they told us they would do. Our cat died this morning. If my cat had been properly diagnosed, under the right circumstances, we would have bought him medicine or we would have put him down, ending his suffering, but instead, he did suffer and the antibiotic did nothing.

They are so friendly and helpful. We have taken our tabby, Milo, there since he joined our family and they have always taken the best care of him. Everyone loves him and spoils him when we've had to board him there and he loved being with them as well. Dr. Monika has gone above and beyond for us when we had to move long-distance. Milo is an older cat and a very, very nervous and anxious traveller. Dr. Monika spent more than just a visit with us researching and helping us find just the right medications that would give Milo the comfort he needed to make the trip. Thanks to her, we have been able to move our whole family to a new country and our new life. I would highly recommend Eglinton-Hwy 10 Veterinary Clinic.

I cannot say enough about how amazing this Veterinary Clinic is. I have been a client of this clinic for almost 20 years. Most recently my beloved kitty got diagnosed with terminal cancer, Dr. Jassal was very patient and made sure my kitty was comfortable until the end. Dr. Jassal NEVER suggests unnecessary procedures or treatments. He is always kind and understanding. I know my animals are in good hands anytime I come in the office. The office staff is amazing, especially Cathy and Joyce who literally held my hand while I had to put my dear kitty to sleep. If anyone is looking for a new vet please know that Eglinton-Hwy 10 Veterinary Clinic is a wonderful place to take your pets.

We brought our dog here for a check up and spoke with dr jasal. We have been to a few vets and this is by far the best one we’ve come across yet. He was very informative and helpful. We took her for a physical examination and I can honestly say he checked our baby from head to toe. Most other vet clinics never done that for us. We will now be using this clinic for our dog. They don’t pressure you into buying things that are not really required like other vet clinics do. We also took our cat when she was sick for a second opinion and we were sorry that we didn’t find them before hand. All in all the staff were also very friendly and there is plenty of parking onsite.

We have been going to this clinic for 13 years. All the staff members are warm, kind, and remember us by name. They go the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The care our dog has received from the clinic has been absolutely incredible. The vet goes above and beyond to ensure our dog's health, and to make sure we are as informed as we need to be to make decisions. The vet is very flexible and accommodating with us. We feel so confident with the care our dog receives, and feel very supported by everyone at the clinic. It is clear that the staff at the clinic treat our dog as if he were their dog. We highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a vet.

Money hungry greedy clinic. Visited for an approximate quote for a shot for my puppy and was told it would simply be $80. Once I got their and got wrapped up, I was then slapped with a $250+ bill with many additional charges that they failed to initially mention whatsoever. Visited another clinic and quickly realized that I could have gotten the same service for less than half the price.They say anything to get you through their doors and then up charge the shi*t out of you. There are many other professional vet clinics out there that are far better than this one. If I were you I would check out other clinics and avoid this one at all costs.

We have been a patient of the Eglinton-Hwy 10 Veterinary Clinic for nearly 10 years. In that time, all but 1 of our cats - who passed away before we were aware of the clinic - have been treated by Dr. Jassal and his staff. While we have had many pets with various ailments, the doctors here have always presented us with the situations, the options, and never coerced us into any treatments. We always felt any decision was in our hands as to how to proceed. Dr. Jassal, Dr. Monica, Joyce, and the rest of the staff have been big parts of extending the quality of life for so many of our pets that we can only recommend their services.

My precious little dog's name is Cookie, I have been taking her to the clinic since she was a puppy, at this time Cookie is 12 years old and I have nothing but wonderful praise for all of the entire staff. Unfortunately at this time Cookie is going through some quite serious medical problems, however the level of love and care given by the staff is outstanding, not only are they doing everything possible to make her better they take the time to explain exactly her condition and the best treatment while keeping her comfortable at the same time. Yes I would most definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who loves their pet

I have been going to different clinics over last 10yrs as I moved cities and majority of Vets are really good at taking care of the day to day check up and blood work. Whenever anything out of the ordinary happens, most vets don’t have the experience or expertise to handle that situation. Dr. Davinder Jassal is the best veterinarian in my opinion out of everyone that I have met in over 10yrs. His expertise are 2nd to none and has helped our fur baby in getting the right care and given us the right guidance to take best care of her. Since 2005, when we moved to Canada with our Labrador (Max), we have been with this vet clinic. Over the years, Max was well looked after for his well-being. Dr. Jassal, Dr. Pajek and the entire Clinic team are true animal lovers. The care and attention they give the pets that come into their clinic is beyond compare. When Max passed away in 2014, they went out of their way to help us deal with the situation. I took my new puppy JJ to Dr. Jassal for his initial shots and checkup. I asked a bunch of questions as I am a new dog owner myself. Dr. Jassal was kind and patient as he went through the basics with me - next steps to maintaining my dog's health through diet, training, common health concerns and how to check for them (such as ticks), etc. He really put me at ease and made me feel confident about this new journey I'm about to embark on and most importantly JJ loved him and the staff too!! We have been using the veterinary clinic for over 20 years. This is our second family dog we have entrusted Dr. Jassal and his staff to provide care for. Special shout out to Anna who our current dog just loves. Entire staff members are kind, gentle and loving to our dog but also very professional. Dr. Jassal always takes the time to discuss/review results after appointments - ensuring any and all questions are answered and if needed he or staff follow up with a phone call. I've been taking my animals to Eglinton-Hwy 10 Vet Clinic for nearly 10 years and cant say enough about the great service they provide! When my dog needed surgery Dr Jassal, Dr Monika and the wonderful team of vet techs were helpful and they took time to explain everything and walk me through options. The surgery was a success and my dog is so much better for it. Both my dogs love visiting the vet because the team takes such great care of them. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a vet in mississauga or surrounding areas.

Very friendly welcoming staff. So pleasant in person and on the phone. Very informative and accommodating with one's schedule. Dr Jassal is so lovely, very approachable and very confident in his expertise. Doesn't take him long to figure out what's wrong with your pet, he listens to your concerns and always gives the best advice without pressuring you to buy something or invest in unnecessary treatment. Prices are affordable and nice parking accessible area. I highly recommend this vet if anyone is looking for someone reliable and trustworthy.

I was very pleased with my experience at this clinic. Even though I was not a regular client, they booked me in immediately (on a weekend!) when my 7 month old was sick and throwing up while my regular doctor was unavailable. I was very pleased with the way they took care of my kitten and the doctor as well as the staff provided great advice on preventative care (dental and digestive). They are a tad more expensive than some of the other clinics but their attention to detail and friendly behavior towards their clients makes up for it.

This clinic not only makes you feel welcome, but you know that your pets will be given the best care available. Visiting a vet can be an anxious and nerve wracking experience, but with the right professionals, it doesn't have to be. They don't care about animals. Stay away. They only care about money. If you love your pet, do not bring them here. They treated my pet like she was disposable, I was vulnerable and would have spent any amount of money to make her better. They knew that and took advantage and made her SUFFER. I'll have to live with that guilt forever, don't let it happen to you. All the people who gave 5 stars are fake. How could you have a lot of 5 stars and a lot of 1 stars? Doesn't make sense to me. Stay away.

Had my cat for 12 years now and my sister and I always take our Bella to this vet. The staff are super friendly, acknowledgeable, and care about the needs of our animal companions. Whenever I have any concerns about my cat's health, they offer quick home remedies before I bring her in for a check up. I also appreciate the staff taking the time to reach out to us for follow-ups and reminders. My Bella is super shy around strangers and they made sure she was really comfortable and taken care of.

Dr. Monica is wonderful. She truly cares for the pets. Your animal feels comfortable around her. She will do whatever it takes to figure out a solution for you and your pet. She also takes the time to explain everything to you whether you understand or not. It is always great to get clarification. Dr. Monica is also sensitive to your emotions during times of tough decisions. I am very thankful to the staff and especially Dr. Monica for her continued efforts with my cat.

Dr. Jassal was very kind and courteous It was my first visit to a Vet for my new Pup and Dr. Jassal walked me through and provided me with great knowledge on raising a new pup as he took care of all the appropriate shots for him. Not only was I at ease, but I can see "Bubbles" (My pup) was very comfortable as well. I highly recommend Eglinton-Hwy 10 for all your animal's needs. I recently started going to this veterinarian clinic a few months ago , and have been very impressed with there knowledge, and caring manner with regards to any issues for the wellbeing of my dog. They try there best to accommodate me whether it be for a last minute appointment , or giving some helpful advice over the phone. Any of the staff I have encountered , have been extremely pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend taking your pet to this clinic.

They seem to have handled the COVID-19 wave with ease and we have never felt anything but safe, heard, and well cared for here. Very pricey and seems like they only care about squeezing more money out of your pocket than your pet health. Their bill is always more than 500 to start and could go on even more depending how desperate you sound for your pets health I had 25 dollars in my account and paid more than 600 for my pet just to get antibiotics at the end took me 6 months to pay off my credit cards you are better off finding someone who cares for your pet not for their pocket.

We have taken our dog for nearly eleven years since we got him for his regular checkup. It was noted by the vet that our dog has terrible allergies. He was always itchy and was scratching to the point that he had scabby skin. The veterinarian prescribed some medicine for him, and since then, he is happy again. Everyone at the clinic is sincere, knowledgeable and carrying. Amazing service every vist so I would highly recommend going here!

receptionist and staff are great ... The vet, not so much. After visiting on multiple occasions due to ear irritation, and test coming back negative , the vet sent me home to clean my dogs ear. The reason is because they don't do allergy tests so they blanket the ear problem with a "I will run more swab tests, collect money and fees for each visit". Not a real vet, just a business owner collecting revenue. I'm terribly disappointed.

Worst place ever to bring your pets. The doctors just make prices up on the spot without even being able to explain why they are charging what they are charging. My dog got her teeth cleaned and the quoted me $1000. When I came to pick her up, they billed me $4000 because of "teeth extractions." The breakdown didn't even total $4000 And they said there were additional charges but couldn't tell me what they were. Never going back.

Extremely unprofessional, greedy and careless in a real emergency. Today our dog swallowed plastic by accident but the inconsiderate veterinarians at this clinic chose to not help us in a serious situation with our dog but took in a regular client for a routine appt. Dr. Jassal repeatedly created unnecessary costs in the many visits we took to this clinic in the past and overcharged for absolutely no reason. Super un-helpful.

I recently took my cat to Eglinton hwy 10 veterinary clinic and I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The vet, Dr. Bick Jassal, was knowledgeable and professional and I felt confident in the care my cat was receiving. He took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend Dr. Bick to anyone looking for a great vet.

I started seeking their services back in November and what can I say! They are beyond amazing. Every single staff member is so welcoming, helpful, caring and considerate. Dr.Jassal is very passionate about what he does and shows great compassion and care for your pets! My cat tiger had developed a rash and they helped him recover real quick and not to forget their regular follow ups! I highly recommend this clinic!

The team at eglinton Hwy 10 has always been great! My Rottweiler Tyson and I have been coming there for his annual examinations. checkups and surgery. The facility is always clean and well kept and Tyson loves the staff and doctors, also comfortable experience for him which I always wanted for him. Staff always shares advice and helpful tips. Would highly recommend this clinic for anyone with a pet.

Very unprofessional. Every time I take my dog there for any little issue they always say they have to do a bunch of tests and x rays that cost thousands of dollars. Removed some of my dog’s teeth, but I didn’t find out until I took my dog to a way better vet clinic that they had left 4 roots and even a bone shard in her jaws! Honestly feels like a scam get practice! Go to another vet clinic!

Where do I begin? From the moment you walk into this office you are met by friendly staff that make you and your pet feel welcome. Dr. Jassal is a true animal lover and he is compassionate, kind, and understanding. The office staff is wonderful they are all easy to talk to and are always willing to listen and help if they can. I would recommend this place to a friend in a heartbeat!

I love Dr. Jassal, he is an excellent doctor. In addition, he is very caring and compassionate towards my pets and family over the last 30 years. I have to thank the vet's and all of the staff at this animal hospital. Our cat was not their patient for very long but they were amazing to us and our sweet furry girl. They were very thorough and were very open and honest with us in regards to our options. I would recommend this location to everyone and will making sure that they remain our choice going forward.

My parents started bringing our puppy here since they sponsored my soccer team back in 2003. I have to say we’ve had nothing but great experiences at this clinic (even when we had to put George down). The vets and staff are very kind, caring and helpful. Bringing your pet to the vet can be very stressful, however Dr. Jassal makes it a pleasant experience.

I have been taking my 9 year old Westie to this clinic since she was a puppy. The staff has always been very friendly and knowledgeable. I can take my dog there having full confidence and peace of mind knowing she's in good hands. They have taken great care of Daisy throughout the years and I trust them completely. When your pet is in need of care, it is an extremely stressful and worrying time for everyone. The staff and doctors at the clinic are extremely helpful every step of the way through your pets visit and they have an incredible bedside manner with both the pets and their owners. Dr. L. Kaur performed annual examination and vaccination of our 4 months old Shichon today. She was extremely patience, calm and thorough during the +1h visit. It was a pleasure to meet her. She never got tired of responding to our numerous questions as new parents. Personnel was also friendly and polite. Highly recommend this clinic!

The Doctor's, along with the staff are amazing. They have been taking care of our American Bulldog Luna, since she was 8 weeks old. She is now 8 years old and looks like she is still 3. Support staff are great (hence the one star). Vet Jassal left stitches in my kitten's abdomen. He's also got a terrible bedside manner, rude, surly and unconcerned generally. I had to tweeze and remove the remaining stitches myself.
