Booked a COVID Booster with my Dad for 1:15pm on 24/4/23, we arrived at 1pm in time for Dad's appointment where we let them know we were both here for the booster that we had booked. They saw Dad at about 1:10 and he got his shot. Meanwhile it comes to 1:50pm and my name has yet to be called. At this point I walk about the counter to ask what's going on. Turns out they have forgotten about me. So there I am, sitting in the waiting area for 30mins+, in clear view of staff and pharmacists at the counter. To put in perspective, when I made the online booking, pretty much all of the afternoon was open bookings and I would hazard a guess that my Dad and I would have been the only people booked in for a COVID Booster that afternoon. Too say that I'm unhappy about spending an hour of day off waiting for a COVID Booster that wasn't coming is an understatement.

I would give a zero stars if i could! Ripped me off, gave Me the wrong medication and said it wasn't covered by medicare when it was, to crowed and lied, he thought I didn't know. Went to check at a other pharmacy and they gave me the right one that was cheaper and was covered by medicare also him saying the medication I was given was wrong and so forth, this is not right for people to be treated like this, this is silly and very wrong thanks to the other pharmacy they did there job right unlike this one! Is this how this pharmacy is taught? Very clear they weren't taught right.

Having recently moved into the area and relying on my local pharmacy to help manage the many medications I take each day, I have found all of the staff at this store to be very patient, helpful and courteous and at all times keeping me informed about when scripts have arrived from my doctor or if I am running low on any scripts. I am very grateful to the staff here in helping make one part of a very difficult time that little bit easier for me when I am unable to get to the pharmacy (or anywhere else) easily by myself.

Arrived to a fairly busy shop.. asked for cold drugs was told to go to the other counter where 10 people where already waiting with only one staff member serving ... the other lady was just doing nothing at least she could have helped.. left after 10 mins after the line went no where.. will not go back

They charge double the price for medication, I have seem $5 more from some chemist, but double the price for some general cough medication is rip off.

I love attending this chemist when I need. They always provide the best service and go above and beyond. Special thanks to pharmacist Robin
