There's always a wonderful selection of freshly made, warm and tastebud pleasing goodies to satisfy your hunger pangs. If the flavor you desire isn't available and you have a few extra minutes, you'll smell your batch cooking in the oven waiting to be brought out front excitedly ready to jump into your mouth with a numerous amount of toppings to add to your pleasure. If that hunger pang of your's still screams to you from it's cave down bellow saying " MAY I PLEASE HAVE SOME MORE", well you can tantalize it with baked goods, fresh fruit or both. At Einstein Brothers Bagel Shop you can always strike Gold in the Silver State of Nevada by washing it down with whatever beverage you choose. Sooooo different location figuring it should be better than the last Einstein Bros Bagel. NOPE!! Arrived at 11:06 am... paid at 11:13... received blueberry bagel with cream cheese on the side and farmhouse bagel ( egg, ham, bacon and cheese ) at 11:30. Layout again very bad. You have to maneuver between the customers that have already paid to get to the spot where it’s set up to place order. The staff assembling the product are crossing each other from one side to the other to complete an order and handing out the food he or she prepared;which IMO is inefficient and a work hazard. ( one of the crew members actually fell ) They have the cashier making the specialty drinks which results in a bottleneck to pay ( this the maneuvering just to place order mentioned earlier )This time the food was hot... which was a relief since it was taking so long. Appearance of the staff working is very sloppy and this one cashier was rude with comments like if we have it we have it if we don’t oh well is what was heard said to another customer. When it finally slowed down, one of the cashiers went to wipe 1 table and to accumulate the waste but then left it by the coffee station in full view of customers waiting for their order. The other cashier just stood looking at everything then went to make herself a soda and when she didn’t find straws she just trotted away not stocking up, not helping coworkers and not productive.

First and foremost, I am a regular customer of Einstein’s and Noah’s when I am traveling in California. Einstein’s 8300 W Cheyenne Ave Las Vegas, Nevada 89129 *Poorly Managed *Dirty *Slow *Poor customer service Without a doubt, this Einstein’s/Noah’s is the WORST location I have ever been to. This store is one of two that are near my home. The Summerlin location is about an 8 out of 10 as they have inconsistency with customer service from time to time. The store is 1 (one) of 10. The outdoor seating supplies are usually propped up against the wall on the right as you walk into the store. I was told they had issues with the homeless taking over the outside seating area which doesn’t surprise me with the lack of management. As you scan for the order center you’ll see the ground usually has trash on the floor or right under the counter. While you place your order you may notice a mass confusion at the prep area. Lastly the coffee is usually out, now I have been to this location 3x after 10am.

Horrible experience. I ordered the green chili bagel with eggwhites and no sausage, and a berry smoothie. The guy ringing us out got everything right on the receipt, but the people making it messed everything up. The bagel came with sausage (great) and the eggwhites were so wet and undercooked my bagel was soggy when it came to the table. I couldn't pick it up without the bread falling apart, that's how soaked it was, absolutely disgusting. I also didn't get the right smoothie, I got a strawberry banana smoothie. We decided to add on the lemon poppyseed bread, and the frosting popped off the bread it was so hard and crumbled to pieces. That was a first for me, never seen a strip of frosting "pop" off before. Again, it was just gross, and completely wrong and unsatisfying. I will never go back here. My boyfriend hated his food too.

Do you like their Everything Bagel? Well they rarely have it. You would think they would stock more up on it, but every day same response.. "oh sorry it sold out". Go to another Einstein, and they always have it. It baffles me why management can't figure this out. I ordered 6 bagles, told the girl .. all of these are the same, heated with cream cheese. Didn't get that, got one without. That happens sometimes I guess but I'd like to see management try a little harder with their availability. We buy about 30 bagles a month from Einstein, but we stopped going to this one..even though its closer, because they never have the ones we want. I went in there today because I was on foot from car repair.

Moved to this location about a year ago and was happy that there is a bagel place not far. Prices kind of high but I was going there once or twice per month. Last two visits was a bad experience and I will not come back. Prices are still high but bagels are smaller and kind of tasteless. I ordered 6 honey wheat once and 6 ancient grain the other time (they were out of honey wheat). When I came home there were 3 the kind I ordered and 3 white flour both times. They try to put something they were not selling? Or didn't pay attention to my order? The lady asked me three times if I wanted the bagels to be cut. Well, will find some other place.

Ive never been to an establishment where ive been so ignored. People behind us were served as I'm standing in line with my child. A woman came in after us, got her order taken and was served before we had any attention. We were standing for 17 minutes with no greeting or any aknowledgement that we were there. When I got my order it was wrong and I had to ask for the rest of the items I had just paid for! Horrible experience! The last time I was here it took so long to get my food I didnt think I was ever coming back. I'm the stupid one for giving this place a second chance.

We arrived about a little after 10 am; but most the bagels were already gone and they only had less popular ones. No cinnamon, raisin, or blueberry. Mostly stronger stuff like the everything bagel. So we just left! The lady at the counter was friendly and courteous! You would think that if you had a bagel business; you would manage the amount of product needed better. The whole bottom row of bagels was available… nothing else! So, make more of whats not available and less of what you have left everyday? I was looking forward to that egg sandwich; but, oh well…

So stopped by 6:20 a.m the young female worker was extremely nice I've only been here a couple time do don't know the menu all that well so was great she got me in and out and knew her stuff on my way out I asked a simple question and the 2 older lady's just looked at me as if was I incompetent and went right back to work don't know these older females do it might not be there morning I've had those days but just a simple reply would have been nice I'll be back but now I know don't ask those to woman a question because you won't get a response

I have been visiting this Einsteins for a while now. It is very clean, everyone has on masks and gloves. They do not allow any dine in now; I actually miss seeing people sitting inside casually having a drink and a bagel pre-Covid. Now, I come most Mondays for the $7 baker's dozen. They are always fresh and they will allow you to pick your own. We can never eat 13 bagels and freeze them to use later. I pop them in the microwave for 30 seconds, then toast. They taste just as good as they did the first day.

I have visited this Einstein on many different occasions and while a have experienced some good customer service once in a while. The majority of the time in the mornings my visits have consisted of interaction with Hillary, which have not been very customer service orientated. Her demeanor is lacking in any type of customer service and frankly is rude. When an order is done improperly it should be rectified immediately without any type of hindrance from the employee of the establishment.

Ordered a lox sandwich with only lettuce, tomato and butter on a toasted everything bagel. The only male guy who helped me on 9/6/17 asked if I wanted onions or capers and I said again, all I want is tomato, lettuce and butter. Then unbelievably he asked if I still want lox. I looked at him and said it's a lox sandwich. Then he asked if I wanted my bagel toasted after I told him I wanted it toasted. Just an irritating experience to say the least. Rating is an (F-).

We went to this store after we had a dispute about fraudulent charges, the mgr was very rude and nasty.told us to take up with corporate and would not let us use are gift cards either at the durango location, so we left and went to this location. It is as different as night and day staff is friendly and we used are gift cards and it was clean and fast . Food was great! The durango store should take notice on how a mgr and staff run a business.

It’s ok place people are very friendly the girls that work there are nice. Well I’m from New York so I know what good Bagles are and these Bagles are good but little over priced I think. I order egg whites on a plane bagel and medium ice coffee but they gave it to me with cheddar cheese I’m not really into that but all in all it was OK I would go back there but I don’t think I will pay $9.18 next time I will check the sandwich.

$28 for 6 plain bagels, a lemonade, 2 packs of lox and she gave me a SMALL capers. How ticked off do you think I was? I guess I should take some of the blame for neglecting to check the bag before I left the store. I just assumed I'd get an appropriate amount of capers. I can't say that I won't do business with them again because I love their food but I will most definitely check my order before leaving the store.

This place has gone downhill. The service was slow and the dining room is old and uncomfortable. The seats need to be recovered or replaced. The lady taking our order didn't seem to know anything. They were out of most bagels. Then there was no one at the register to take the money. We had to wait about 5 minutes to pay. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the bagel was good.

The bagels and coffee are fantastically delicious! The employees filling my order we're personable and great. My issue was the manager couldn't figure out how to charge my corporate/ business card, and I had to put it on my personal card. Not bank-breaking but greatly disappointing when I asked how she was going to fix the problem and was told I had to pay differently.

Very disappointing location. Went here on a sunday morning for breakfast and had to wait over 25 minutes for some toasted bagels and egg sandwiches. To top it off, most of our food was cold by the time they gave it to us. Employees didn't seem to care or apologize for the wait. I will not be going to this one anymore; the one on Village Center Circle is so much better.

Einstein Bagels on West Cheyenne has a terrific team member named Kenneth who deserves kudos for his warm and friendly personality, as well as excellent customer service. He was so accommodating and pleasant that I left the store with my spirits lifted. That is no small thing in times like these. Thank you, Kenneth. I wish you all the best!

Its been over a year since I returned to this location Due to poor customer service today 1/16/21 I decided to give them another try to experience the Same thing gentlemen cleaning answering telephone with gloves to return and prepare food with same Dirty Gloves I walked out another location I go I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCSTION

They are currently going through cleaning so the space is cramped. Their service was expedient however and their service was kind. There is handicapped parking. The bathrooms were closed while I was there. There is delivery and to go orders. Again, the space was cramped so probably not a good idea to dine there. Overall, it was ok.

Waited a 10 minutes before somebody took my order. Wanted a medium iced tea. They only had small and karge cups. I was forced to pay more for the large. It was therr fault the didn't have the right size cup. They should have given me some kind of dicount on the large one because that's not the size that I wanted.

I don't really have anything bad to say about this place except they forgot one of my bagels the first time I went. They have weekly coupons one the app, and their bagels and schmear leave you craving more and more. I like the Garden Veggies schmear and my wife likes the strawberry. They have several flavors.

I really like the food, the bagels, the coffee and everything. I really like most of the staff that I have interacted with (I've been going there semi-regularly for about 4 years). But there is one exception. Bonnie. Please fire Bonnie and I will be easily able to give this place a 5 star review again.

Good customer service. I go here regularly and the staff is always nice. Einstein's overall is a little pricey, but I'm willing to pay for a good bagel and good service. The location is easily accessible and there are no issues with finding a place to park. The tables outside are always clean as well.

BEWARE! Do not use the creamer they have sitting out. I put some in my iced coffee (which they also put WAY too much vanilla flavoring) and I got food poisoning the same day. It was a laxative disaster. My toddler sneaked in a sip and he got the runs the next day. The veggie sandwich was okay.

Ordered 20+ mins in advance and even came late and they didn’t have 1 of the bagels I ordered so they just didn’t make any of my order. Instead of calling me they waited until I got there to ask. What’s the point of ordering ahead if it’s not ready when you get there? This place is a joke

I love the bagels, but this is the 2nd time I have gone to an Einstein's and they didn't have any ready! I ended up going to another location and fortunately they had some, but they were so busy I couldn't get my order the way I wanted...I'll keep coming of course, but it's frustrating!

Customer Service is the Pitts!!!! The Manager has a Fowl Attitude! The Employees there seem like the Hate Job! They Never a Smile or Greet you, they Always act like you are Bothering Them!!! I've only been there 4 times, Each & Every Time I get the Same Treatment.

This Einstein bagels is one of the best in town... The have great customer service, they're really clean, the have quick and reliable service... They blow their competition and other Einstein bagels out of the water... Would definitely be going there again.... 4 out of 5 Stars...

Don't go to this place if you're in a hurry because they take their sweet ass time. Also make sure you have a back-up plan because half the time by the time you get to the counter the bagels you want her gone because the baker doesn't show up. Love the food hate this location!

We went here 2 days in a row and are from out of town. First day received our food cold and wrong plus they forgot my coffee drink. Second day they forgot my coffee drink and after I had to ask for it They made it wrong. So by the time I got my drink my food was cold again.

I had the Texas Brisket Sandwich this morning. 1st time trying it. Great flavors. Great for a filling morning sandwich with a bagel. The place was packed when we arrived. The staff did an awesome job on getting everyone their orders in a timely manner. Bravo to the team.

I'm from L. A. where they have REAL bagels. These are a joke and the price is ridiculously high for each one not to mention there's not much of a selection. I'll not be visiting here again, I have to find a place that makes REAL bagels. YUM YUM Donut's are better.

The staff are extremely rude!!! My breakfast sandwich was extremely hard. I should've used it as a hockey puck but I just trashed it. I'm very disappointed as I use to eat Einstein Bro Bagels everyday and never seen a staff so rude or a product so inedible.

Well I ordered half dozen bagels, sliced. I also bought a drink and bagel spread. Lucky I checked the bag when I got in the car. They shorted me 1 bagel and didn't slice any of them. For $20.00, you think they could have the order right the first time :(

Filthy. I would not come here again. 8:40am, I am the only customer. Garbage overflowing; blowing into the parking lot & patio. Smeared greasy door, disgusting drink station, dirty floor and counters. Dirty line. Ick. You could get sick eating here!!!

Good bagels and grate service. Bagels are chewy and fresh and many different assortments to choose from as well as spreads. Coffee, ice tea, and juice are also served here. comfortable ambience not too loud not too quiet and restrooms are kept clean.

Husband went to pick up a dozen bagels yesterday and was waiting in the order line and was told to go to the register to order. He orders and waits 15 minutes and no one prepared his order. Several other customers got food and left. It was s joke.

You could say the food and customer service here were generally amazing. I cannot express the gravity of how delicious the bagel sandwich was. Time is clearly relative, because it stood still whilst I consumed my Santa Fe breakfast bagel sandwich.

I will stop in once or twice a week on my way to work in the morning. Everyone is nice and bagels are good. They always ask if I am part of their rewards program and I say no. No one has ever asked me to join. Maybe they should ask?

I tried the " Spinach, egg, n cheese", on the " Spinach Florintine" bagel. It was very tasty, I would get it again. The small Latte I had was disappointing. I barely had anything to drink, n I was charged $3 n change, NOT WORTH IT!

Always good stuff here. They will slice the bagels for you and they even have salmon you can buy there. They've got so many different kinds of bagels and these whipped cream cheese spreads of different flavors. Highly recommend

Every time I come here there is either broken equipment or communication difficulties. Who manages this place? You have to actually manage it. Not just make money off of it like a slum lord.

Didn’t look very busy. Ordered 2 cold brews. Ask young lady at taking order about the chocolate cold brew and ordered it. My Order took 20 minutes and then I received 2 Carmel shakes(?).

Usually pretty good but the service was weird. The person taking the order seemed "ruffled" and made some odd comments. But the people making the bagels were on top of it and super nice.

This location consistantly makes better bagels than other locations I've been to. It's usually pretty busy in there, which is a good sign right now.
