Dinner for 9 on a Friday night. Doesn't look like much from the outside. We were seated quickly. Decor is attractive, bright and fun - MUCH better inside. The ubiquitous chips and salsa we're brought quickly, chips were OK - not bad, not great, same for the salsa. Guacamole turned out to be made table-side and was delicious. Queso was less remarkable, Entree portions we're generally generous and everyone seemed pleased. One dinner was ordered without cheese and sour cream, it was brought with both. The correction was brought quickly, correctly and graciously - for that, good job. My flank steak was especially good, despite the sour cream that I forgot to ask to have omitted. My only complaint, and it's a nitpick, is the plate, while pretty, was deep, steep sided and narrow, which made cutting the steak difficult (at least while avoiding the sour cream - I really don't get the fascination with the stuff.) Did not try dessert.

Home of the real thing... Have come here on the recommendation of a friend, make that a very good friend... Bring your QR Code scanner/phone for the Menu. Went with a large chicken Quesadilla, quac,sc,pico,lettuce... Pico was ! Will return!

Loved decor but really expected more Flavour & quality ground beef/ hamburger quality for taco..Tasted like dog meat mush..Rice & beans. No seasoning & ? able white " baby food" ? Beans with no beans insight.. Also - for a 4:15 arrival & not packed house, nor was or when we left..they kept clearing plates like there was a crowd waiting & I HATE BEING RUSHED!!!. Owner needs to rethink ground beef for menue & slow down on clearing table & presenting bill when people are still eating & clearly not in a hurry..They need to read a client more carefully.. ** PLUS SIDE.- decor & homemade chips & salsa .. Superb.... ? able on returning but will give a go as I truly believe in local small business support. Sincerely M

Was having a nice time till manager and waitress changed prices on our food!!!! Drink was 6.99 became , $9.99. An I got up and they threw my food away!!!! Don't go here bad attitude! An speaking in Spanish about us! Didn't know we had an interpreter!!!!! This is why you have the typical Karen's at your restaurant, it's your attitude toward your customer! Manager rude as hell! With this waitress, I have shown you, gave her a nice tip last time. But this time she deserved nothing!!! Never coming back to this one. Horrible!

Wow! I don't mean to be rude. This was the worst carne asada tacos we've ever had! Meat was flavorless! We asked for 6 carne asada tacos. They put two in one container. The other had supposedly 4 in it with not enough meat! They made it like a pizza. The 3 different salsa's had absolutely no flavor. I hope it was just the day.... We will stick with Chris's taco or Luciana's. All you could taste was the dough from the doubled flour tortillas. Taco Bell is even better.

I went here for the first time the other day, I cannot stress enough how much I wish to TACO BELL!!! The food from here was so greased on the bottom, half of it was cold, and didn't receive chips and salsa. This is all after waiting five minutes for them to realize the had customers waiting for food. I would spend your money elsewhere so you get a good meal, Terrible food and service, HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Excellent food! Kids loved the enchilada and arroz con pollo on the kids menu. The staff was super nice and quick, the dining area was clean and colorful. It was a wonderful meal and we will be back

First visit and I must say my wife and I were very impressed. The restaurant is very clean including the restrooms. The service was excellent and very fast. The food was absolutely delicious and portions were much larger then expected. We will add this to our weekend rotation for sure. Highly recommend.

This is one of my favorite Mexican Restaurants in Indy. They are so personable and work to make your experience very special. Among the really nice features in the Guacamole made fresh at your table and the chips and salsa is home made. Outside of the excellent service is the substantial portions. Great place!!

I love this one the best! They have good drinks. Nice and strong! The owner Angel noticed I was a little too drunk, seen me stumble to my car and offered to let me sit in the restaurant until my drink wore off. I declined but he brought me water to my car and made sure I was ok. Thank you!!

Ordered take out... order was made completely wrong and could not be eaten as made... called to request to have it remade and hung up on. Not once, but twice! We get take out from here all the time but no more. Who in the heck runs this place??? Worst service ever and we tip for takeout!

Pretty much a hidden gem in a strip mall. Looks like nothing on the outside but the inside is very festive. After several visits, I'd say the food is consistently good and fast. Service can be a little inattentive but that depends on who is working.

I love this place! Last night was my second visit. The first time I went in I had no clue that it was a full service bar and restaurant or that it was so large. It wasn't crowded so the staff was very attentive, and management was very nice

The food here is worth it. The part I enjoyed the most is when the server makes the guacamole at your table. They have great friendly service. Large servings of food. Served fresh and hot, with a sizzling sound. A must try resturant!

Great place to bring the family! Everyone will find something they love on the large menu. I tried the Pink Cadillac and Skinny Margarita -they were delicious! You have to order the fresh guacamole they make table side. Amazing.

This is now called The El Mezcal, the employees are very nice, clean atmosphere, the food is good. I mistakenly left my debit card, and they handled it until I came back to get it. Will definitely return in the near future.
