They usually have great fresh food here but they usually always will forget something in my order. Always I ask for pico degio and they will always try and give me house salsa and tell me that is pico degio. Also make sure the tortillas are not hard from when the warm them up in the microwave ( sometimes that has happened) this visit a few of the pakets the tortillas were hard and they forgot to put my ranch for my large salad. I have been an El Pollo Loco customer for many years and have also worked at El Pollo in my younger years so I know what pico degio looks like. Just make sure to always double check your order when visiting this particular location.

Clerk has an awful attitude. Needs training on how to treat paying customers. Been coming here for years and this was the first experience where a young clerk throws my food order at me. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but management needs to train her or give her a break from stress.

My spouse and I are absolutely furious at what lazy employees they have working at this location! It has been 2 days in a row now that they locked the doors 1 hour early! Both Saturday May 4th and Sunday May 5th we drove 25 mins to get here only to be turned away at 9:00PM! On their store hours listed on the restaurant's doors it lists 10PM as the closing time! Also on their website and on google 10 PM is the time their dining room closes! The employees rudely laughed at us and turned us away! That was not ok to mistreat people like this and deny them service for no good reason. We are very disappointed in this location. No one cares about their job or customer service here!

Im here at 8:30pm asking for the 16 peace family meal but the worker by the name Edgar said they're simply not making anymore at this time you guys still got 2 hours and 30mins till closeing. But ok so I got the mixed but I had to pay even more for the differents when I had a coupon. Now if I'm correct you're supposed to charge the exact amount that would have been if we would have got in the 16 piece with the coupon and not charges extra. And don't even get me started with the service you're supposed to greet your customers and not just talk to them like a random person off the street or a friend you're working for a business you are the face of the company so act like it.

Worst place ever first time I go there they have a big catering order way for my order for like 20 minutes three more people's where they're waiting for a salad small orders and they were like taking care of the big order instead of taking care of smaller and then take care of the big order I have to go and ask the manager where is my order and the other two customers that do the same thing I mean you should take care of like a small orders if you have like a big order that's the worst place ever never going back there

If you are gonna use a coupon for a family deal, make sure not to come in after 7 pm or they will literally make you wait for an hour. I thought maybe they were busy and what not, so one day I came around the same time and order the same stuff I had order the other day with the coupon. I paid cash this time and they handled my order right away, within minutes I was out of there. If you guys are going to be sending coupons to attract customers, don't punish us for using them. Time is very valuable, stop doing that.

Staff is really rude and unprofessional I order a family meal I ask the cashier what where my options she's gave me a an attitude saying is all chicken there's no difference once I receive my order I ask for salsa and the employee made a comment saying didn't I gave you enough I said I didn't want guacamole I wanted salsa that they can take the guacamole and give me salsa instead pollo Loco employees need more training on how to treat costumers I won't be back to this location

It was my first time from this location but I ordered through the delivery service on February 6th and came with 3 missing items... it's like how do you even miss that many??? I called to let them know and spoke to Cassie. She was really considerant and offered a replacement for me to go pick up the missing items but since I wasn't able to she offered a refund (2 weeks wait) and on my next visit, I was offered 25% off my purchase and free drinks.

Best location (other then then Alhambra location on Valley near Atlantic boulevard they do a nice job too.) This location almost always has my leg lovers special even thou it's not advertised or offered on the menu, they still honor the deal. Fast n delicious with salsa and guacamole sauce throw in, even without asking, yummy. Lastly they get my ordered correct, unlike McDonald's ☹ CONGRATULATIONS El Pollo Loco!

Seems like every year gets worst and worst. Seems like the chicken gets smaller and dryer not good. I don't feel welcome like I used to in any El Pollo Loco any location at any time. I used to tell my family that's the best place for chicken now it's Popeyes . Their chicken is juicier I don't like Popeyes chicken frying. But I'll take Popeyes incredible mashed potatoes and chicken over pollo locos any day.

I usually go to this location because it's close to my house but I will not return again. I purchased over $50 worth of food to last my family for two days and the chicken wasn't cooked completely I had to take it home and put in the oven, my youngest daughter wings were bloody. I told the cashier and young gentleman to toss my receipt which I wish I hadn't then I would have taken the food back for my $.

Place was dirty, bathrooms smells bad plus i waited 15 minutes for them to tell me no chicken soup. The manager was rude when i asked for my money back. I have gone back. Maybe they are trying a little. But you can't take the fact that the good is healthy fired grilled chicken is great. So I guess even with sometimes rude employees you can still try and enjoy a meal to go...

Yesterday my husband and father in law stop to grab a bit to eat at this Pollo Loco and for their surprise half way through my in law's food he discovered a dead bee. That was definitely the most disturbing experience in food we have ever had. We will not go back to that restaurant ever again. And for this of you who are eating there please check your food before eating.

Wanted to buy low fat chicken wrap with side corn as the side. Jasmin the young manager said no. I told her I have done it 10 times in the past, she still said no. She couldn't do it because inventory control and there were no substitute options on her cash register. I told her I was pist off at her. She didn't see the big picture. She won the battle but lost the war.

Kevin is the most amazing worker there!! He helped me choose out my food when I didn’t know what to order. He really went out of his way to help me out and I am grateful for that. Shoutout to Kevin!

Amazing place to come and hang out. Everyone was great. Manager was amazing she came out and greet us personally and made us feel welcome. Her energy and enthusiasm is unique. She is lovely and make us feel like family. Love this place. Looking forward to come again soon.

I just bought the 12-piece family meal and they hooked it up with a lot of avocado a lot of salsa and extra tortillas this El Pollo loco I recommend they were very nice and polite compared to the one on Cesar Chavez do not eat that the one on Cesar Chavez it is nasty and they are very rude but if you want some good food I recommend it

The salsa area was dirty. The sodas were all hot. We had to ask for ice because the machine was broken. Had to ask for my missing sauce I paid for. Came home to find Im missing 2 thighs of chicken. One of the girls serving food made a face when I asked for plates. The cashier that attended me was the only nice one that did her job.

The wait is too long at lunch time and then some of my food was burned my chicken too hard they need to improve for lunch time I only have 30 minutes and I wait in the line 10 minutes and then I have to try to get back to my work and I have no time to eat once I'm back in the building they need to do more about it at lunch time

One of the cleanest El pollo loco in town the manger name is Claudia I dine here for almost 5 years they are so clean and always refreshing their salsa station, friendly staff and after a while they know you by name and give good service. They remodeled last year and always clean. The location is buys but they are super quick.

I came here last week through the drive thru, which moved very quickly and efficiently. I was greeted by Claudia at the window and she was very friendly. I got a breast and wing meal with broccoli and mac n cheese. The chicken was juicy and the mac n cheese and broccoli was nice and warm. Amazing food and customer service (:

We went late in the evening towards closing time. Staff was really cool with us making up our minds and everything came out correctly and hot. My only criticism is that the drum sticks and breast seemed pretty small. I am not asking for a turkey size drum stick but these were just slightly bigger than my pointer finger.

Today was the first time I came to this restaurant and it was a disappointment when I realized how they keep the food hot, as you can see in the photos is the containers on the hot steam table but all the food is in plastic bags, one of the less healthy methods, the Guacamole tasted badly that it was not fresh …

What's not to love about this place, I always order the 2 piece leg and thigh because I think the breast is to dry, I get Coleslaw and mashed potatoes and for dessert, a churro. This last time I went they were taking a bit of long time to get the orders out but once in a while I guess it's understandable

Have always gone to this place thru drive thru and I’ve never had a bad experience. They always acomódate to what you ask for and the service is great. Parking isn’t that great but use drive thru as it goes by quick. Easy access to the 60 freeway.

I ordered for pick up and literally in 10 minutes they had everything ready to go. The staff was so nice and great customer service was given!

Love to go to this Pollo loco. The service is great, they are friendly, the environment for the most part is clean, the restrooms are well kept, they prepare the food fast. Enjoy coming here for their customer service both fine in and drive thru.

Little parking and place not kept up. A few tables with trash or dirty left that way for long periods of time. I know it's not a great area but that would never be acceptable in nicier neighborhoods. Store needs to new manager that cares.

I come here everyday on lunch and they never disappoint! Crew is Alexis extremely friendly and the food has always been on point. Not one time has the food not met my expectation. Thank you for providing amazing service and quality food!

I love this pollo loco location because their drive thru is always so fast, and they always get it right. Even when the drive thru line is long, its somehow still quick! Love it , as someone who only has a 30 min lunch break.

I have been coming here for over 20 years. The staff is wonderful and the food is always prepared well. The restaurant is kept clean and presentable. Love the variety of food and how they introduce a new menu periodically.

1st time ordering here and last time...My chips was stale and soggy! The meat was cold like its been sitting inside the bin for a while but over cooked! I would not recommend this el pollo to my coworkers to eat here!

First time eating here! Amazing chicken by far! The corn has a kick to it and the mashed potatoes weren't lumpy! Busy intersection makes it hard to get out and to get in.
