First time at this location, was expecting the normal excellent roast chicken I've received over the years from El Pollo Loco's pretty much everywhere. Not impressed with the quality here, meat was tough, chewy and tasted not so good. Beans and rice were also sub par. Bad day? Hope so.

The woman that was helping me was very nice. The problem is I ordered all dark meat, and that's not what I got. That's the problem with fast food you have to check every single little thing before you leave. All the way down to seeing if they put the salad dressing in the bag.

The people who work there are not friendly and I noticed if you are using snap or foodstamps they kinda look down at the person .I don't know if I would go back to that one but there is one on braham and Camden.I was going to eat in but they were very rude so I took it home.

Every time I pick up my order is not ready and the lady(hispanic) at the drive-thru with tough attitude never friendly, the forks are never given to you laminated. The New young girl at the drive-thru does better job always attends you cheerful and with a good attitude

I always order the 3 piece meals and they never fail me to give me the wrong sauces. The chicken is great, but right before giving me the food, they would look at the receipt and somehow managed to get the wrong sauces. I don’t know if they doing on purpose or what.

The price is good especially for seniors with the discount. The thing that has changed the most is what the put in the product you order. They don't put enough sauces and cheap on the meat. When I go in now I use coupons which makes me pay less.
