There service is seriously pathetic I ordered 2 quarter chickens they came 2 hours later and it was flippen cold. The following week I ordered a pizza they took a hour and a half and I literally live a few roads away from them.. I really think El-Rome should up there game cause this is ridiculous..

The new cashier was really helpful and gave a good customer service on the Landline unlike the previous female cashier was short off and couldnt assist me with menu and ordering i would have rated 5 star if wasnt for the previous experiance well done El-Rome youre always improving

Good Pizza and friendly people, but not a wide variety. The base of the pizza is good and not too thick. Only let down is that instead of fresh chicken, they use the shop bought smoked chicken for their pizzas and their jalapenos do not seem to be as fresh as they should be.

Called in to El Romes and got one of the most pleasant customer experiences in a while. Driver showed up and pizza was still warm. Then to top it all off, their Tikka chicken pizza and masala steak pizza is simply the best I've eaten......
