If you have any kinds of bike issues just do yourself a favor and stop by this place. Everyone here is amazing and knowledgeable. I purchased my first e-bike from a company called Himiway (directly through the Himiway website) and unfortunately it was DOA. The staff at Electric Movement were able to diagnose, fix, and install the new part for me. They worked super quick and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I will 100% be coming here from now on with any types of bicycle/e-bike related issues. Finally, for people who also have a Himiway bike, this place is a certified Himiway Dealership - I’m highly recommending stopping by if you want a team of professionals to solve your bike problems.

Paul and the expert team at Electric Movement Chicago made finding a bike easy. I came with a vague idea of what I wanted, and their expertise and quick, friendly responses helped me and my girlfriend find a bike that met more of our needs than we though possible. Paul and Cody were super welcoming and listened closely to the issue I had with my eBike (purchased elsewhere online, unaware of their shop). They were knowledgable, friendly and helpful to say the least! Cody was able to identify some areas needing adjustments and got me right back on the road. I'll for sure be using them for tune-ups or new eBike purchases in the future.

Walked in looking for a spoke wrench to align my bike wheels.. i didn't know that there are a ton of different sizes, and i wasn’t sure what size i needed. The staff was super friendly and when i returned with my bike they offered to align my wheels and pump them up free of charge. I learned a lot form the employees and overall the experience was great.

I'm Kenneth I rolled in with my elite ebike (Rattan 750w LM) it had rear wheel power wire problems , bad disc brakes and a person stole my seat pole. Cody Kent a veteran from Cicero as we know him was super friendly and skilled technician put my ebike back to almost new in 14 days or less. I very good old town shop go visit.....

This is absolutely the best bike shop for electric bikes in Chicago! The staff were knowledgeable, very customer service oriented, and very quick with service! They work on any electric bike (which is impossible to find anywhere!) and they provide excellent services that are incredibly priced. I will be back again!

Me and a friend rented a E-bike from them the other day. We went around all of downtown and across the lakefront path. (5 minutes from their shop). Bikes were high quality and super easy to ride. Highly recommend to anyone that wants to explore Chicago more!!!

I came in a test rode a bike, I loved it they were super helpful and super nice. About a month later I bought a bike from there and I love it. They are super helpful whenever I need any service done. Great store!

Terrible experience, had my bike for 7 months and didn’t even fix it. Then sent me a text out of the blue saying “ I’ve been hostile and to come pick up my bike”. Just a ridiculous situation

Solid experience. My Evelo Electric bike is complicated but Ian, Cody and the rest of the team showed perseverance and fixed it. They communicated very well all along the way.

Great experience. Got my brakes done on the first day and had a few things looked over for me. Guys in there were super helpful - definitely will be coming back!

Brought my bike in. Was told they would call me back, after waiting 2-3 weeks and trying to get ahold of them they had no update. Will not be using them again

This experience was terrible, lack of contact about my bike. I was told I would receive updates and it was me having to make calls. Staff rude and incompetent
