I needed an electrician to update my fuse box to a breaker box and struggled to find an electrician that would provide this service for a price as reasonable at this company did. Plus, the scheduling was very flexible and communication before was exceptional. Paul and his team were very thorough when conducting the project and were helpful in answering a wide range of questioning about the project. He presented different alternatives and provided thorough explanations for everything he was doing. To boot, explained in a way that someone with no prior knowledge could understand. Paul, the owner, answered the phone on the first ring, and listened to my request. He understood what I needed and was able to give me an estimate. He was able to accommodate my schedule and meet me after I bought the new light fixture. He also identified a need I had not anticipated which would become an issue with my new chandelier, and installed a new light switch because mine was 30 years old. He maintained excellent communication, was very professional, was professional with his staff, respectful and knowledgeable. I Definitely recommend Paul he was able to help me figure out what the problem was which had nothing to do with electrical wiring issues like Homeserve said, but with my boiler itself. He was able to rearrange some wiring that wasn’t set right and make sure the thermostat was making contact with the boiler. He was nice to recommend me to a plumber to help fix the issue. Paul and his colleague Mike were wonderful. I live in an old Brownstone with old, tricky wiring, and they handled it like a champ. Very knowledgeable, courteous, funny, went the extra mile with installing dimmer switches upon request, and they left the place spotless when they were done. Would absolutely recommend them!
