Genuine, Honest Store, very pleasant to deal with and Excellent Customer Service. I went to the store to purchase the LG LAP240 Sound Plate and I thought what I would see and get is what other well known stores are selling this same product that comes with minus accessories, manuals etc. To my utmost Surprise, what I got was a Genuine Product, NO accessories or manuals missing, this was a complete Genuine product at a cheap price and the Store staff was also very honest to me in explaining everything. I rushed back home and fitted it to my TV and everything worked like a charm. This Store is Genuine. Give them a try and your first experience will something worthwhile to remember.

To be very honest, I'd give this place a negative stars if that's a possibility. Rude, unprofessional, carefree to sugar coat it. Cussing at a customer. I have officially filled a complaint with BBB about this business. Don't go. Product are all used and open and have evident use marks on it and are being sold as new. And then calling a customer name. If you value yourself and the purchase you are making. DONT GO HERE!! YOU ARE BETTER OFF NOT BUYING ANYTHING. RUDE AND ABSOLUTELY TRASH! THIS ISNT A BUSINESS BUT A PONZIE SCHEME. REPORTED.

Another great repair cellphone repair. Thank you. This is a great shop for cellphone repairs and to buy used phones. The customer service is fairly good. There are other shops in the neighborhood - it's best to price out the repair in advance - then choose the one that has the best price. Usually it's these guys.

Don’t buy anything from this place. They will try to pass off used or broken items as new and when the product does not work, they refuse AN EXCHANGE. Not someone demanding their money back, just a working new product. Worst all - they prey upon kids.

Awful experience, I got my IPhone X's screen replaced then one month later, it stopped registering touch, they claimed they had no record of fixing it and could replace it again for another hundred dollars. DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE REPAIRED HERE!

Had a Nexus 5 fixed here. Very happy with the work and parts. All in it was only slightly more than me purchasing the screen online. Would highly recommend.

I'm a little weirded out that they refuse to provide any kind of written estimate. So this place is no good if you are trying to do an insurance claim.
