Electronic Mart, It's a very bed place for buy electronic items. They mis guide you and sale bed product to customer's. I visited here for buy ifb washing machine but they mis guide me and given lg washing machine. After one day it's giving problem in washing. I contact to sales person and he said we inform in customer care, Engineer ll come and resolve the problem. After lots of complaint problem is same. Now what I have to do. They given me more expensive with making me fool. But it's a very bed place for buy something. I request you all don't go there. They will not help you in future. I think they are not selling good product.

Very bad experience...I have been purchased 3-4 electrical appliances but suddenly i have to replace one appliance..manager said we don't change Or replace it. I request but they said sorry we couldn't do this.. I said please but they people were comes rudely and misbehaving us. If any issue happens they people don't replace it any cost. If I talk about rating 1/10 This is my personal experience don't buy anything from here.

I purchased a Haier AC from them. But got very bad service the person came for installation unable to install the AC as he doesn’t know about the electric connection and it’s 3rs day today after purchasing the AC but not yet installed. Haier has very bad service never trust on dealer about service as company has to provide the service and @haier is very bad at it.

Very bad behaviour of the staff specially Mr Akash told us lies for selling the product. Told us the product will get delivered the next day and then gets delivered in 2 days and lied us about demo time of 24 hours but instead took 48 hours. They do not refund immediately..do not buy products from here. Such unprofessional, bad staff.

Behaviour change of staff members just after the sales.. While sales, they promise for installation within 24 hours and after sales... 24 to 48 hours. Various miscommunication between their own staffs. After selling Split AC, their installation team sends window AC installation team (not just once but twice).

Very poor experience i have come here to purchase 2 split ac and the executive aniket and anshul were present and they got back from there wordings and commitment they mis guide the customers on the booking time and charge the extra money more than market price never recommend this store …
