Bill is a nice guy and an excellent electrician who takes pride in his work. He was very helpful when we called him on a Sunday night after losing power. He troubleshooted with us over the phone getting us enough enough power to get us through the night. He didn't charge for this and it saved us the after hours callout fee. The next morning he came out and solved the problem. While troubleshooting he also tidied up our wiring. He also upgraded our switchboard and waived the callout fee. A small business who gives back to the community. Highly recommend Electrx.

Called them to get a ceiling fan installed (through Beacon Lighting’s recommendation). Booking process was smooth and finding a suitable time slot was not difficult either. On the day, the boys arrived much earlier than scheduled but it’s okay, it just means they finished the job earlier. They’re very courteous asking if they need to take their shoes off (bonus point). At the end, awesome job by the boys. They also provided some recommendations for future jobs that I’ve been thinking. Thanks again!
