Did not get what we paid for, very disappointing. My daughter’s wedding was on May 14th. The floral arch was beautiful. I absolutely loved it. My daughter didn’t, she was very upset, she wanted light pastel colors - the arch was super bright colors. The bridal party bouquets, boutonnières and mothers’ corsages were an absolute disaster! To say We absolutely hated them is an understatement, I refused to wear mine at all… I was highly insulted with the arrangements. To say they were ugly doesn’t even begin to describe them. Not to mention there was some kind of “ugly green thing” in the bouquets, several of them in each, that kept poking the bridesmaids and the bride. The flowers looked like they were old and used, falling apart, not like fresh flowers at all. For almost $5000 it was a horrible let down. My daughter nearly cried when she saw her bouquet & the rest of the flowers, but it was too late to do anything about it. We sent many photos well in advance of what we were looking for and expected. Totally not what we actually received. I felt ripped off. I asked the photographer to please “doctor” up the photos so the flowers looked decent to say the least. Thank God I didn’t get the 35 table centerpieces from here. I seriously doubt I would ever go back or even recommend this place.

I had the pleasure of working with Sandra for my wedding. I booked her two months before my wedding and she was able to accommodate me with everything i needed in such a timely manner. We worked together mostly on the phone. The day of my wedding, when i finally walked into my venue, i was breathless ! It took my breath away ! Everything was exactly how i wanted it. All fresh flowers and it smelled so nice ! I wanted a very clean, all white look and she definitely came through with the looks. Everything was very neat and clean- dealing with only white flowers and decorations are risky, but everything was elegant and neat and that’s what i wanted. Sandra went out her way to help take my seating chart, my pictures and even favor boxes to set up for the hall. She went above and beyond for us and we can’t thank her enough. I’m just looking forward for the next time i get to work with her. She is my new go to for all of the events i plan to have in the fire. Thank you so very much to Sandra and her team from a very happy bride !

Sandra does amazing work, she did both the decor for my Hindu wedding and reception, however I was disappointed in the way she made both of my bouquets, It was also disappointing that there is an additional fee to decorate the wedding cake when she is in charge of decor but, yet at my wedding she didn’t place or perhaps forgot to place rose petals on the cake table surrounding the wedding cake, she did the same for my Hindu Ceremony and forgot to place the rose petals on the aisle runner, which was stated in her contract, how do you forget those details?

My favorite flower shop in Richmond Hill, I order all my flowers from here, I can honestly say I’ve never been disappointed. They have a wide variety of flowers that are fresh and beautiful. the way she puts them together is breathtaking and amazing to look at. I admire her work! 5 star! …

Sandra is the best of the best. She is professional, kind and patient. Her work is always perfect and she made my wedding look like a million bucks. From start to finish she was very accommodating and I refer all my friends to her!!! Sandra, thank you for all that you do.

Please do not order flowers from here, I received withered flowers and very dishonest people. I felt so ashamed to give someone flowers like this I had to throw it away. Think 5 times before ordering from here.

Beyond amazing!!! Friendliest staff! They are so creative with the arrangements , fresh flowers and the prices and so low for the high quality of products used . Definitely will shop there again !!!!

Sandra made my wedding bouquet. It was lovely and reasonably priced. Store hours listed on google are inaccurate so be sure to call before you head to shop.
