Sending HIGH praises to Rosa. After several years of cutting my own hair due to the pandemic I was in dire need of a professional cut to fix. I was very nervous because I had cut my hair so short and uneven thinking no one could fix it

She refused to bleach my hair (it is very thin). I didn't receive any services, but I fully respect that she was not willing to damage my hair just to make a few bucks.
