Overrated when it comes to a restaurant. The three stars were mainly for the food and aesthetics. Now don't get me wrong, this establishment is beautiful! I am almost positive it's probably a vibe ✨as a club. However, when I want brunch or lunch I don't want to feel as though I'm waiting in line at the club - and that was my entire experience! I booked a reservation and got the "Oh we don't use Open Table". Well let's take it down then please... We got a table that barely had enough room for us to eat. We ended up grabbing a stool for our purses. We waited 15-20 minutes to order and was only seen because my friend knew the cook. I wanted to support black business but ‍♀️ back to my regular spot I go. *When my food came out - very delicious by the way - they played En Vouge "You're Never Gonna Get It" ...and that's how I feel about my service going forward. ‍♀️

I made reservations for (4) on Thurs for Saturday Brunch 12noon. We weren't seated until 12:30, no biggie but by 12:52P we had not been seen by a waitress, given a menu, or even offered a glass of water. A guest in my party had to grab a waitress walking by to ask if we could get menus. We were told that the waitress for our section didn't show up...yet the table directly next to us in our section had drinks and a meal while we sat waiting with no clue as to what was going on. The waitress that did serve our neighbors didn't acknowledge us or even offer to get us menus. The vibe of Elevation Lounge is amazing and that's where the 2 stars come in. I cannot comment on any of their food dishes nor drinks because we left after an hour of being ignored and went to another restaurant. I would not recommend Elevation Lounge based off of my first impression visit.

This is NOT what classy people would consider an upscale restaurant/ club as described on the News interview. The music is too loud, in my opinion, to enjoy the atmosphere. Decor is nice. Based on the dress of some of sone of the wait staff I wasn’t sure if we were at a strip club. Maybe the evening attire can be different, but at 1 pm in the afternoon, not so much. The food took a long time. We started to leave a few times, but decided since we were there we might as well stay. The goal is for repeat clients. NO repeat here. We had two cocktails and one meal, because we had decided we would not be there long. Best wishes on a successful journey.

So tonight was my first time there. Well, the place is beautiful. It's really nice inside decently spacious. However, most of the space is for v. I. P lounge, so if you wanna go get a section. Secondly, the music was wack it was nothing but trap music so if thats your thing this is the place for you. Every now and then they'll throw in a song that you can actually dance too. Drinks...weak. So if you wanna get drunk, get a bottle or get some shots like I said it was a nice place but I won't be coming again. They say free till 11 but they really mean 10 because they'll hold the line until 10:59 so they can charge you $40. Also everyone and their mama was smoking so you'll likely go home smelling like a pack of cigars.

ITS A VIBE YALL.... I've been to this location when it was two other previous lounges. This is far the best. They have lived up to their name "Elevation". This spot doesn't even seem to be in Jacksonville. Do not get discouraged about the parking lot, the lounge looks amazingly beautiful on the inside. The food, ambience and wait staff were all great during our Saturday brunch. Definitely a VIBE!! I'll be back... Next time with BOBSJAX BUSINESS partners ...

I must say I’m impressed and this was the missing link to the community! For anyone who’s had a longgggg day, life has been life’ing, or just need a drink & good food, i highly recommend. From the time i entered this amazing establishment i felt the love. The security was on point but yet welcoming(safe & secure). The waiters were all smiles, and the host felt like home! If i could visit this place 7 days week i would!!!Fellas the woman are beautiful, ladies the men are spending, everyone else the choice is yours. I highly recommend!!! I support black business & wish this one the best!!!

Well, the atmosphere was about all we had the chance to experience. A party of four who had reservations at 12 didn't even get a glass of water. We were seated around 1230 and watched two servers walk by and even serve a couple who sat next to us! Finally around 1245 the host says, "Im sorry your server isn't here yet." As we walked out everone had food and drinks, and they came in after us! Not the best experience and probably won't return. Good luck

I really loved how Stanley handled the situation that we had on New Year’s Day with our friend who got over heated and passed out !! That light skinned man kinda tall was really rude af called my friend outside her name and told us that we had to get tf out but again shout out to Stanley for stepping in and being a nice manner-able man !

Nice spot; music was amazing. One side was R&B other side hip hop. Customer Service I gave them a 2 because I waited 1.5 hours to get my food only to get the wrong food and, the staff was complaining about how busy they were.. Oysters amazing, wings nah too much salt, pasta amazing. Drinks good. This is NOT a upscale club however it's a vibe...

Great atmosphere. Unfortunately, the kitchen was backed up about two hours. Charging $10 to get into the place with a combination of mediocre service equals a bad experience. We had to stop by Wing Stop across the street for food.
