If I had the option of giving less than one star, on my life I would. This pharmacy lies and consistently blames either the doctors next door or myself for their own mistakes. Unfortunately, as someone who has kidney issues, I have to deal with these people, but literally every month there is a problem. If you don’t need to go here (you have a choice) or you just need OTC products, then I strongly advise you to go somewhere else, lest they try to gaslight you too. I had a conversation with the pharmacist this morning, and - in spite of him not even being present at the time - he told me that I was wrong and had misheard the lady I spoke face to face with only last night. Don’t go here. Unless you want to add (more) stress and blood pressure issues to your list of diagnoses. They have zero respect for the SICK PEOPLE they deal with, and are only interested in covering their behinds.

I called them before I made the 1 hour journey I clearly told them what I wanted. I also explained I have a prescription. Care codein linctus is my prescription. I don’t even like it but me and my family are allergic to the other products. I called them up and they said they have it in stock but bring the prescription. As I arrived and showed them my prescription they rejected it and said sorry we thought you meant Pholcodine cough syrup. Now that’s outrageous because pholocodein doesn’t need prescription!!!! Why lie? I seriously have a flu!!!!!!

This was a good chemist. I went here for my Covid booster. They had good availability, and the place was appropriately spaced out and socially distanced. They had a separate section for people waiting for appointments, which required speaking to someone to get into. I thought this was good as it reduced infection risk by keeping people apart. The pharmacist was very friendly and reassuring, and explained the vaccine well. I got given a sticker afterwards and I thought it was a great experience. I’d definitely come back here.

I telephoned to Ask if a certain medication was in stock after being told yes we do I travel 25 minutes to be told sorry we’ve just sold it to someone just before you came however the pharmacist just before had said to the assistant that we have none in stock. Poor service especially in front of the customer wasted my time for much-needed medication for a child

I've used Elgon for many years and never had any major problems. Staff are always friendly and helpful and give sound advice on things and the pharmacist is always on hand to help. Recently my medication has been issued in a blister pack and it was spot on correct. Would recommend to everyone.

I've been here twice for the walk in vaccination service. Excellent service, very quick. No issues. The only possibly issue is that some rooms are shared with the GP building for the vaccines, which is fine, but for some reason the receptionists don't like it.

My Nan and Grandad have been using the pharmacy for years and the team are always helpful. Even after hospital discharge they liase with doctor to make sure we get the updated medicine in a short time frame. This is a reliable pharmacy - thank you

I never seen thier staffs and chemist smiled, no good customer services at all, They supposed to be open till 7 pm what on the Google but they closed 5:30pm. So declined me to give me services at 5:30 pm. Disappointed …

Unprofessional!!!!!! Avoid this place. I felt like they were doing me a favour. the lady serving at the till had to apologise for their behaviour. A bunch of boys acting like they are in college. Terrible.

Terrible attitude over the telephone! Unhelpful, disinterested and it felt as though I was keeping the person that answered from their favourite T.V. programme. No help at all in any way whatsoever.

Every time I get a prescription from here my surname is written as Khan which is incorrect. Otherwise waiting time is decent and it is the only Chemist in the area that opens till 8 on Sunday.

Sunday closing is 16:00 according to Eagle House next door. Arrived 18:00 and closed in spite of Carlton House Surgery saying open.

Usually a very good service once in a while my medication isn't ready but they do their best to rectify most queries xx

Walt disney home is a 3rd bedroom and the room is a good place for a quiet bed for the night before christmas of a kind

I booked my autumn Covid booster there and was seen on time, I was even offered my flu jab so I had both.

I often collect my mother’s prescriptions and the staff are always lovely and efficient. Great work
