Came in to see Kyle @ Elita Detailing for a paint repair consultation. When booking Kyle called within 30 minutes to have a verbal consultation of work required on my vehicle and booked in within a week to complete works. When arriving at showroom in Coburg Kyle did a visual inspection and gave a thorough breakdown of what was required to bring the paint back to life after a mishap with another detailing company. We agreed to do a 10 year graphene ceramic coat to protect the paint as well as a thorough detail to get the car looking new again. All work was completed within 24 hours and collected the car the next day. When I say I was impressed with the results I would be understating big time, Kyle has done an amazing job and has made the car look brand new again as well as protect it for years to come and make my life washing the car easier in the future. Could not recommend Kyle and Elita Detailing highly enough. To anyone reading this needing clarification please know you will have a quality product in return. I booked a presale full detail clean of my car the morning that it was getting valued. It was dissapointing for the price of the service $399, I received a very rushed job. I was informed that presale cleans take roughly 3 to 4 hours to complete. The person showed up late and was 'finished' in under 2 hours. The outside of the car was washed well and the carpets were throughly cleaned, however the finer details were missed. My windscreen was left worse than what it started as, my mirrors weren't cleaned, there was still dust and dirt both internally and externally around the windows/trims and the wheels still had grease on them just to mention a few things. The attention to detail and the care for a vehicle was not shown (I had to clean up the items that were missed before the valuation). This service is not worth the price it costs.

Had my Everest detailed at Elita. Matt, Kyle and the team did a spectacular job. DON'T bother with Tint a car!! They charged me the same ($1500) and didn't achieve a quarter of what these guys did. Elita did double ceramic coat on the paint work, windows tint (not needed so price cheaper), leather protection. This team know what they're doing, factories are in Dandenong and Coburg. They can pick up and deliver to your house or work. Elita do need to take your car for 2-3 days but after having my mothers brand new car and mine detailed I didn't mind the wait. My 2 year old Everest looks brand new again. My husbands car is currently being worked on and we can't wait to see it.

Very disappointed, like a guy there said to me.. “we don’t usually do cars like yours”. So if you have a cheap car (mine is around 10k) wait for a cheap service. I had a diamond package, in and out for 399$, but after left my car, lot of calls telling me about problems, so we decided do only outside which price increased to $500.. 50% of the job ok, but the other 50%, you can see some photos. Not even a shine on tyres. Still spider nets, windows dirty. Still can’t understand.

I drive a 12 year old Volkswagen Polo which was in need of some real TLC to the exterior paint work to get it ready for sale. Called Elita Car Detailing and spoke to Kyle who was very helpful in giving me a few different options across a couple of price ranges. He was able to book me in the next day which worked well for me with the car being ready for pickup that same day. I’m very happy with the result and I’ll be booking my other car in for some love shortly. Cheers Elita.

Excellent service and Excellent results. I have a short haired dog, and I hate cleaning my car so it was in quite a state with pet hair and soil throughout. Elita were able to remove the hair and brought the upholstery back to an excellent condition. Elita worked with my budget and even provided photos that I can use to advertise my car for sale. Amazing! I dropped off my black Holden Colorado that had lacquer (hardened) overspray and attempted repair with 1500 sandpaper. I needed to take some pics of my car to put it up for sale and it needed some attention. Several drives to the country and back meant the front end was full of bug splatter and road tar. Booked for an Inside and Out Diamond Detail prior to returning a lease car. Great service and very happy with the results. Managed to remove 95% of the scratches on the paintwork caused by an over-excited dog. Changed booking day and time, 2 days before, with no fuss. Happy to use again and recommend.

We used Elita Car Detailing twice, once for inside detailing and once for cut and polish they came out to Ferny Creek they were on time, super friendly and did a fantastic job. Our car is quite old but they made it feel like it came out of a dealership. I highly recommend this crew. 5 stars!
